Usually restaurants in Central London are often spoken about by a number of bloggers. A quick search for something a little different for a special birthday meal, I found the extensive gluten free menu available here. So much choice! Fantastic to see and wish more places were like this. As a Coeliac this was heaven on earth

Always a great choice in very central location in the heart of Covent Garden. Good and quick service, very good food and great selection. Great and well-priced pre-theatre menu option available.
I always book the restaurant, when staying in London.

We arrived slightly before the opening time of noon but were welcomed and shown to our table. We chose from the Opentable special £24 3 course menu, so started with glasses of Kir & Kir Royales. I had baked brie etc followed by a tasty beef Stroanoff (with potatoes instead of rice) and baked veg (as an extra). For dessert I had a sticky toffee pudding. Washed down with Sauvignon Blanc and coffee. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. A very pleasant restaurant - recommended.

I had a lovely lunch with an old friend at Palm Court Brasserie, Covent Garden. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious! I've been to this restaurant before but not for several years. We'll definitely return again soon as we had a great time. It is particularly good value with the 50% off the food offer.

The food was lovely, however the waiters were moving quickly and frequently splashed my boyfriend as we were at a table near the bar. This left orange stains on his shirt, however our waiter offered my boyfriend a free drink on the bar. It was a nice evening but the stained shirt was annoying.

We enjoyed the food and service but there were far too many tables in the restaurant and it was therefore far too noisy. I would recommend to a friend but I would certainly make it clear that it was noisy and customers were packed in.

Yes, very convenient for pre theatre meals. Although very busy on Saturday night and tables a bit close together ( will they have to move them a metre apart soon?), the staff were very cheerful and smiley. Considering the volume of food coming out of the kitchen it was well presented and tasty.

I arrived 45 minutes before my reservation but was able to sit and wait for my friends. The waitstaff were extremely attentive and very friendly. There was an excellent selection of food and it was all delicious - helped by a 50% discount from OpenTable. The only minor complaint is that there was a lot of foot traffic around our table but it didn't affect us. I would absolutely go back!

It was a quiet lunchtime as the weather was atrocious. The staff were very welcoming and exceedingly attentive yet not intrusive. The meal was delicious as always. Our friends were new to this country and appreciated everything. A very enjoyable lunchtime meal. Excellent value for money with the 50% off food.

It was my wife's choice to visit the Palm Court Brasserie, to celebrate her special birthday and say goodbye to family who were going off travelling. It was the location very central for all our party and the range of the menu from meat, fish, veggie and vegan.

Everyone enjoyed their food, some even said excellent, good value Prosecco, the professional service and being able to take our time.

We have eaten at Browns and Kettner's before, but will definitely be making a return visit.
Thank you.

We visited 'Palm Court Brasserie' late on a Tuesday evening after visiting a nearby cocktail bar. The restaurant was very quiet so we could choose our own table. It was atmospheric with white table clothes and being mainly candle lit. Service was efficient and friendly. We ordered a bottle of House White and a glass of red to start, then perused the menu. We were fortunate that our booking through 'OpenTable' gave us 50% off the food if we ordered a starter and main course - which we did of course! I started with the French Onion soup and it was excellent whilst my son opted for the Baked Brie in Filo which he enjoyed. Both my wife and daughter went for the Scallops with Chorizo which they thought were very good. As mains, my daughter's roast chicken was a hit and I opted for the grilled Tuna steak that was excellent being moist and perfectly cooked medium for me. We ordered some portions of triple cooked chips and a portion of Petits Pois Francais that were excellent. My wife was disappointed with her Mussels and french fries, leaving most of it, but this was the only dish of the evening that didn't hit the mark. With two bottles of House wine, two glasses of red, excellent starters and, except for my wife's mussels, very good main courses the total bill including service came in at £37 a head. Excellent value for Central London just off Covent Garden and I would have no hesitation in returning again with the discounted offer we had. An atmospheric Bistro serving good food and reasonable wine in a great location - what is there not to like.

Love this restaurant - it’s fairly no frills food, classic french dishes made very well. Went in at lunchtime so it wasn’t super busy but had a great atmosphere still and great service!

Wonderful buzzy atmosphere no good if you want romantic quiet dinner but brilliant for 21st birthday on a Saturday. Waiter was fantastic and made our experience even better although everyone was welcoming. Food was delicious. Only one slight criticism the deserts were for me a little underwhelming. All in all a lovely experience would definitely return. Thank you

Saw some classic dishes on the menu & the selection is very good for the special offer of £20 for two courses. We had beef stroganoff & salmon, which were both nice. Would come back to try something else.

Nice atmosphere but distance to the next table is quite close. Friendly staff and service is quick however the food was rather disappointing, quite salty and would leave you very thirsty the rest of the evening.

Had booked for afternoon tea, but there had probably been a missunderstanding about that. But they managed to arrange it which was good. We got our things but then they did not pay any more attention to us. Never asked if we would like some more tea or coffee.

We went to Palm Court Brasserie for lunch for our anniversary on a rare day out in London without our kids. We really couldn't fault it - a real find. Great food - we had the set menu but it all looked great - and friendly attentive service. We would definitely return.

The staff were so attentive and friendly. My chicken dish came out undercooked and straight away they offered me and alternative or a fresh one. They were very apologetic and offered me a dessert free of charge. My other guests had lovely meals also. Would defiantly recommend.
