Palm Vaults Ratings and Reviews
I finally made it to Palm Vaults after seeing so many amazing photos of the place on Instagram and I was not disappointed. The decor was beautiful as was the presentation of all of their food and drinks. Unfortunately we happened to go there on the hottest day of the year and they don't have air conditioning, but it didn't dampen our mood as the place was just everything I expected and more. The staff were all absolutely lovely and so attentive and I have totally fallen in love with the whole concept.
This place is a little gem and well worth going out of my way for. I'd heard great things about it and wasn't disappointed. The food and drinks are very tasty, healthy and exciting, and served by friendly, attentive staff, despite how busy it was on a sunny Sunday lunchtime. It's small but none the worse for that, with a cosy and stylish ambience. The plants hanging from the ceiling and fresh-cut flowers on each table, the gold-tone cutlery, stylish lamps, attractive crockery and glassware are all lovely touches that add to the dining experience here. Be sure to book if you go on a weekend or bank holiday though as it gets very busy!
Perfect for a funky little get together with friends, staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Food tasted amazing and the interior is so unique! Wish there was a palm vaults in every part of London! Will be visiting again soon! We loved every minute 💕
We drove all the way from West London for this place and arrived late but the lovely hosts were happy to accommodate us. This place is gorgeous you couldn't get enough instagramable pics from a small cafe. Don't be fooled by it's location/ size, it was worth the drive and I'd def go back in a hurry. Really original and pretty setting makes for an even greater eating experience as if the food and drinks need it! Didn't realise healthy/ vegan food could look and taste so yummy. I got some cake and a salted caramel brownie on the way out and I'm craving more!!
Skip the ubiquitous açaí bowl, and try the pink dragon fruit bowl instead! Fantastically deep pink color, berries on top (the blueberries were to die for), great flavor and substantial amount. Also tried the matcha latte with oat milk, but for me the oat milk taste was too strong, overpowering any matcha flavor. Too bad I didnt get an edible flower though! Obviously the place does get crowded, but have a look through the extensive menu and make your pick, wont be disappointed.
I had booked a table for two this time after being turned away last time I tried to visit when the café was full. On a hot day, it was even hotter inside. There were several fans on full blast to cool inside down but it wasn't really working. The waitresses were very kind and helpful but the waiter at the counter was rude when my friend and I wanted to split our bill. He did, if reluctantly, allow us to in the end. The atmosphere is great and the drinks were good so I will return but do think we could have had a better experience.
Great food, incredible decor. Service was slow but the manager was lovely and gave us a lot of things off of our bill (without us even mentioning). Think it was a busy day. I'd definitely go again and recommend it but their organisation needs to change with their increasing popularity!
Really disappointing. Whilst the food is very photogenic it is both bland and deflating when the presentation has so much to offer. The room was very humid due to all of the plants - again visually cool but not the most comfortable. Mostly vegan options - good juices but perhaps sticky to the drinks!
Very disappointed. This place is riding on how pretty it is. Everybody in there were ordering food just to take pictures of it. all food was overly sweet covered in syrup and just a fad. The beetroot latte tastes like soil. The waitress we had was nice but it was so unorganised and a shambles i felt sorry for her!
Avoid. unless your just looking for the instagram snap!
