The Paris 7th district is where you will find some of the world’s most recognized landmarks: the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d’Orsay and Les Invalides Museum, home to Napoleon’s tomb but also, a quartier known for its fine French food. Cafés, restaurants and gourmet shops are woven into the beautiful streets of the left bank but since we can’t go tonight, here we are at Paris 7th. Let us entertain you!
After 33 years as Saint-Emilion, we moved the menu just down the street, here, to a more spacious dining room. Now, we have a kitchen worthy of all that Chef Kobi Perdue and staff turn out. We have room for our ever-growing wine collection and tables to accommodate parties of 8 and sometimes more. We even have a petit lounge where you can have a cocktail before dinner.
- Common areas deep cleaned daily
- Sanitiser or wipes provided for customers
- Limited number of seated diners
- Extra space between tables
- Sick staff prohibited in the workplace
Chris is so professional, he makes your evening special. Give him a raise. Nice menu with nice options. Hidden gem!
Exceptional service and cuisine in a cozy environment.
We had Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth Chris this year. We were alone for the holiday and didn’t want to cook. It could not have been better. The food was beautifully presented, tasted delicious and the portions were certainly ample. They even gave us a “leftover kit” to take home for later. The restaurant is elegant and reasonably quiet. Service was excellent but not intrusive. There is valet parking available at the Hilton hotel for $8. We would definitely do another holiday meal there.
Always a pleasure dining at this off shoot of its original roots. Excellent
Great service but okay food.
I always have very high expectations when I dine at Paris 7th. For several years I have taken colleagues, clients and family and have always had my expectations met or exceeded. This kind of consistent service does set an expectation. I am very happy that tonight I can share that again my expectations were exceeded.
Being greeted be name upon entry, even a few minutes late because of Uber; a favorite table waiting, adorned perfectly; and a team of experts attending to every need - all of this in a strip mall.
There are very few places in my world where I would give an unconditional rating - Paris 7th is exceptional.
Paris 7th is very good. Both are salads, soups and entrees were prepared very well and has nice presentation. They all tasted great. Their wine list is very extensive with varying price ranges for any budget. The tasting notes on their wine menu were very helpful in selecting a great wine.
My only concern is the motor shortfalls in service such as having the right utensils being set or available when the dish is served. This might have been prevented if they were just a bit more attentive.
It is perfection every time!
We love this restaurant. The food is always delicious and the service is great. Would highly recommend!
What’s not to love about a restaurant that puts out classic French cuisine with consummate skill if not artistry? The latter was on display in the seared duck foie gras that was taken to an even higher level with sautéed apple. The pandemic has taken a toll on the amount of chalkboard specials that are offered but fear not: what they do offer has a good balance of options. And the printed menu has superb choices. Sadly, I only rarely visit Fort Worth but when I do this restaurant (and its sister St Emilion just down the street) is my dining destination of choice.
Good food. Very average service. Awful cocktails.
As usual the food, service, and ambiance were outstanding. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a good meal in a lovely place with friendly and helpful wait staff.
This was our first time dining inside at Paris 7th. During the height of ‘Rona hysteria we did get a to-go order from this restaurant and decided that it would be much better as a dine-in experience. We were not wrong. Here in Fort Worth this is definitely one of the best places for fine dining. Every dish was delicious and the service outstanding. Highly recommended.
Paris 7th never disappoints! Service was attentive without being overbearing. Fantastic wine selection with a knowledgeable Sommelier. Food was excellent as always. My wife had the venison tenderloin and quail special and I had the lamb chops. The venison was other worldly!
This is a hidden gem! You would not know how upscale it is by the front but as soon as you walk in your in a little Paris! Very pretty and Wait staff very nice and food amazing, nice upscale dinner place. We will be back!
Fantastic in every way—best food in town!
There is a reason Paris 7th is rated the best restaurant in Fort Worth year after year. Everything is exceptional.
Fantastic restaurant, from start to finish. Don't let the outside appearance fool you, it is amazing once you open the door and walk in. From the staff's attentiveness, the extensive French menu, and the awesome wine list, you will definitely get what you pay for. We will be returning again. Definitely get reservations for a Saturday night if that is when you plan to go.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We started with the scallop appetizer. I had the red snapper, my husband had flounder and my daughter had a fillet. Each entree was paired with the perfect sauce. Portions were just right.
Thanks for an excellent evening.
Paris 7th is simply the most creative, adventurous and tasteful restaurant in Fort Worth. With a complete and select menu of perfectly executed French traditional courses, the real stars are the caulk board daily offerings. From the first course to the last - plus the area's best wine pairings - the daily menu is fresh, creative and always served with perfection. This said, the wait service is that perfect balance of efficiency, cordiality and professional skill. Again, this restaurant has no equal in Tarrant County.
First time diners at this restaurant-- but travel for work so we experience 'fine dining' all over the US and -- to some extent-- the world.
Paris 7th is in our 'hood-- so REALLY wanted to like it.
The food was excellent- the SERVICE was extremely sub-par--- to an almost comical degree.
When we arrived on a weeknight, the place was nearly empty, but we were seated within 4 feet of a very loud, boisterous work party of 4 who had obviously been drinking for a while. We were obviously on a 'date night'- so the placement was unfortunate. By the time we left, I was READY to leave, to simply escape our neighbors. Sad, given the price point.
Our principal server was completely unengaged, pretty much across the board.
At the end of our dinner, I paid, in part, using an Open Table certificate, which our waiter was TREMENDOUSLY unhappy to encounter, and said so.
I waited tables in college and grad school: I tip WELL--- I did NOT do so in this instance. I will give it one more try, but our initial experience was hugely impacted by poor service.
Very special place and menu. Excellent wine list and sommelier
Fine dining experience, exceptional food and service, balanced but small wine list.
The dover sole is spectacular
Exceptional birthday dinner! We absolutely loved the ambiance and the food was great. We had the cheese plate, French onion soup, tartare, duck two ways, and halibut. The wine pairings were great as well. We will certainly be back.
The food was fantastic especially the lamb and duck 2 way. The only thing I was put off by was having the night specials written on large white boards on easels moved around the restaurant. I don't see why they could not have been written on piece of paper and copied off for the guests as an addition to the regular menu. I thought the moving around of the boards and easels in the close spaces of the tables made a kind of circus atmosphere. The host/sommelier/waiter did a commendable job since the other waiter called in sick.
This restaurant never disappoints. We had a wonderful evening and the food as always was fantastic.
Fine dining in FW. Can be dressed up or just business casual. Had the duck two-ways and it was fantastic (especially the confit part). Halibut was outstanding too. Staff very helpful.
Great service!! Thanks Chris!
When we arrived everyone was welcoming. The server and the maître d' really went all out to make sure we had a wonderful time-- the service here is impressive: 10 star really. The food was good: the lamb was great, the filet with peppercorn sauce was nice-- especially the sauce and veggies, the scalloped potatoes were fantastic. The only slight disappointment was the onion soup: the onions just weren't caramelized at all and the soup lacked the rich onion flavor I wanted. There were candles (for my birthday) and exquisite burnt cheesecake. The wines were excellent and so was the lemoncello. Overall, I'd come back here happily. I'd just skip the soup.
Every course was fantastic, le grand plateau, soup of the day, duck two ways, all wonderful.
Chris who was a manager and sommelier was very nice, generous and knowledgeable.
And of course the wine was fantastic.
Chris the maitre d was incredibly friendly and really the entire staff was fantastic. And of course the food was terrific!
40th birthday dinner.
Pleasantly greeted by hostess and maitre’d. Meals well prepared and multiple cocktails. Our server Joshua was great. The maitre’d ignored us and focused on other tables (not sure why, could be because our demographic was the minority in the establishment). Outside of that, it was a good dinner and confirmed why French cuisine is my favorite.
Food and service is always superb here!
Great food, great selections, attentive service, calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it. Pricey but reasonable and worth it for the fine, quality, well prepared and presented food you get. Recommend for nice dining out .
Best food I’ve eaten in a while. Great experience!
Food amazing as ever but this wasn’t the service we’ve come to expect, it’s clear the restaurant is under staffed
Very well informed staff they had very good handle on the pairings that worked well with the classic menu and most importantly, they did a very good job at making us feel welcome.
Both the food and service was excellent! Will definitely be going back.
