Pride in London takes place on Saturday July 2 and the parade will begin at Hyde Park, before winding its way down Piccadilly to Piccadilly Circus, turning south onto Haymarket and Trafalgar Square. For those looking to celebrate in the evening, we’ll be open for dinner until 10pm followed by a DJ in the Iceberg Lounge from 10.30pm until 1am. We are proudly supporting Stonewall this year by launching our new Sirens cocktail and donating £1 for every one sold.

    Cool place. Nice fun vibe and good live entertainment and DJ later. Ambience and feel like an old speakeasy - just the effect they are looking for. Food good. Selection could be a bit broader. But nice. Service could be a little slow at times.. Fun night out.

    Bar tender was great but food took so long. Ambience isn’t the best. Nothing really batman about the place tbh. Overpriced and below average. Wont be going back again. Our bartender was really cool. Gave us a shot of tequila on the house cause our mains took almost an hour to come out

    It used to be such a nice place- good, quality food, nice service, and this subtle but very interesting Batman twist. Unfortunately, it changed a lot recently, and not for the better. The food is not worth the price anymore, all the sides are at an extra charge (like fries that used to be included in a price of a burger, or an extra £5 change for a dessert included in the set menu). The staff is trying hard to sell as many extras as possible, making you feel harassed to spend more. Our drinks, which we ordered at the very beginning, only arrived with the main course, and with another drinks menu to order more. Overall, extremely disappointed with a place that used to be our go to.

    When you first walk into the restaurant, it’s beautiful and very cool, though when we sat down, it was a bit of a tight squeeze. The live music was amazing as well. Besides that, it is really not worth eating here. The biggest issue was how incredible over priced the food was, cocktails valued at more than £16 that came in extremely small glasses (and mine tasted more like blue curcao than any actual drink). Though, I would say the biggest overvaluing was my starter. We paid £25 for a SINGLE SCALLOP. It was absurd pricing for the food. Our main, the tomahawk was delicious and more reasonably priced (though still quite expensive). I have no problem paying reasonably for good quality food, but I felt that the food was good, but was no where near valued properly. Go check the restaurant out, and eat the nitro popcorn, but then leave and go get food somewhere else.

    don't go with kids because there is zero options that they would like, although I was told that they have plenty of options( yes I looked at menu which had burgers and they would have worked) When arrived there weren't any burgers on menu for kids and they basically ate just French fries. Service was super slow even when had no more food or drinks to be finishing. Waiter failed to tell us from the start that certain menu items weren't available until we attempted to order. Again back to burgers they weren't located anywhere on menu but yet saw several other tables around getting them so was super confused. Overall this place is way overpriced and overrated for somewhere that has a barely there "gotham" theme except for bathrooms.

    Travel 45 mins in an Uber for oysters and they sold out!! They didn’t have Cod either which is what I wanted. I didn’t appreciate being sat at the back of the room where staff constantly were catching up and walking by as I dined alone. Killed my vibe. The food is still good though just wish I was made to feel welcomed by the staff

    People sometimes give themed restaurants a bad rap, but I have to say this was a fabulous. It's absolutely huge and the decor has been given so much thought along with the knowledge of the waiters who are excited to tell you the story behind your menu choice. Smoking popcorn - brings a cheeky smile to your face, the cocktails - tasty and good measures. I ordered from the set menu and was not disappointed - excellent value for money. My hubby chose from the A la Carte Menu and his cod was exceptional. Dessert for me rounded off the lunch beautifully with a Kiss from a Rose literally....rose dipped in nitrogen and crumbled over my dessert. Thank you to our waiter who hailed from Italy! Would definitely recommend! Pricing - moderate to high but worth it!

    Theming and ambiance was immaculate and is a must do for any comic book fan. The food and drinks were also excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the robust non alcoholic cocktail menu on offer. Service was a tad slow but our waiter more than made up for it when he brought us a personalized dessert. Overall recommend!

    Absolutely loved the whole experience! Great night for the 4 of us. Incidentally, I had booked the wrong thing - I thought I had booked the Monarch theatre and had booked Park Row instead. I am so happy I did because we loved the experience we had and will be booking to come back to the Monarch theatre another time.

    Location and setting was incredible, immersive without being tacky. Food was amazing, would definitely recommend the lobster starter and the duck breast! The interactive elements were so entertaining and really added to the whole experience. It was my partners birthday, and the small dessert was greatly appreciated. My only criticisms fall down to the service received. There were no check backs during our mains and desserts, and, after they were cleared no drinks or anything else were offered to us. Eventually after 35 minutes if no contact, we asked for a drinks menu. We then waited another 35 minutes to order a drink, where we had to flag a member of staff down. We were also offered a look around Old Gotham City, this never materialised. Overall the experience was good and I would like to return, but would prefer to be sat elsewhere and hopefully the service could improve. The food was amazing though, and definitely a place to visit.

    The ambience and the experience is nice, honestly we were expecting more details from the Batman movies in the venue and in the menu. Disappointed by the food, that was too expensive for the quality and the service offered. Very sorry to leave this bad review, but it was delusional.
