   The best night ever! The really friendly staff invited us in with such character. The drinks were amazing. The food took perfection and raised the bar. The staff were always helpful and attentive. Decor was out of this world, feeling completely immersed allowed for the best dinning experience I've personally ever had.

   Food was incredible. Service could have been better we had to wait a log time to be served and asked for things constantly. They weren't understaffed at all but i took a long time. The service charge here is very high so pay what you think. pricing was a bit much but the food was very very good.

   I just came across this place when I was looking at fancy restaurants and I love the atmosphere! I’m not the most well-versed DC fan, but I love the glamour and the 1920s art deco theme. I absolutely loved the music that really just made the place! The waitstaff was amazing and so extra. I love those velvet suit jackets!

   What an experience!! Beautiful decor/ambiance, great service from every single member of staff & the food was exquisite *chefs kiss*. Can’t forget to mention the live band. Would definitely recommend Park Row to everyone I know.

    Definately recommend. The entrance was unassuming and introduced by "Alfred" to a secret door that took you into this huge underground restaurant with a 1920's vibe. A great live singer was what made the ambience. Not much more to do with Batman etc after that but thats fine. We had the set menu and it was very very good and filling. It is pricey but that is expected here. I think a fitting place to choose for a celebration. Beautiful bar as well

    I first went to Park Row in December for my birthday. Since then, the food has improved massively! It was absolutely delicious. The cocktails are some of the best in London and the service is excellent. The energy and vibe from the team really adds to the experience. The only thing that wasn’t as great as last time was the ambience. It felt like there were missing elements like lighting over the bar and the iced penguin. Bring those touches back as they really make a difference. My only thought was maybe this was because it was a Thursday night. Anyway, definitely a place I look forward to going to again and always recommend!

    My mother and I ate here on a weekday evening. We loved the entrance through the bookcase and then going down the staircase with the ambiance of music, shadows and smoke. Then it opens up to the main dining which was lovely. Once getting to the desk and checking in there was the awkwardness where this guy in a red jacket wasn’t sure if I was the actually person who booked the table and my mum and I was left wondering what to do. In the end the host just took us to this 2 seater table. The table didn’t have a light on it like the others however a small tea light (candle). We were handed the a La carte menu and the set menus option. We had to wait for the wine list and cocktail menu. I asked for a water and ice with fresh lemon/lime so I could squeeze into my glass - this took ages to arrive. It turned out they had squeezed it for me and put it in a separate glass. No ice was served as asked. We were slightly shocked by the prices (I will attach the set menu photo) for example bread was an added extra. And the burger would come alone unless you got at least a £6 side of fries. Personally I feel that it should come with a side as standard. We selected the cheapest bottle of white wine £34 - sold out. They recommend another to which I said could you match the price - a no was delivered. In the end we selected a £40 bottle of the First Lady Chardonnay. I will say it went down very easy. We had to ask them to change the glasses as the first lot was extremely dusty as if they were taken of a high shelf and not been wiped. After the starters - sushi rolls. I was not given a new serviette so ended up sharing my mums. The burgers arrived with the extra sides - mum ordered the Mac and cheese. The plates were not pre-warmed which meant the food got cold rather quickly and became like any other fast food burger. We didn’t opt for the dessert however looking back I probably would have as to be honest it may have been the highlight. We decided not to pay the 15% service!

    We had the perfect evening here for my partners birthday. The food, ambience and details were 10/10 and wonderful value for the experience. I cannot thank the team enough, Sasha and Andrei made our experience perfect. Sasha particularly had such incredible DC knowledge and incredible service which we were blown away by. This is one of the best experiences in London - can’t reccomend enough. We will be back!

    Great dinning experience for Batman fans. Subtle references makes the experience keep it's upscale feel while still paying a nod to the DC lovers. I would come back again.

    Park Row was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was fabulous and food delicious. The staff were great and after our meal we had a tour of the Easter eggs - a true adventure for a Batman fan!

    Food was average, my friend had cod and said it was quite watery, some of us had a burger which was good. Service was really slow with drinks and food coming later then other food - chips after burgers for example and drinks taking at least 20 minutes after ordering. Really expensive service charge added. If I was to go again it would probably just be for the bar/drinks. Hyped up to be better then it is.

    Cool place. Nice fun vibe and good live entertainment and DJ later. Ambience and feel like an old speakeasy - just the effect they are looking for. Food good. Selection could be a bit broader. But nice. Service could be a little slow at times.. Fun night out.

    This restaurant is fabulous. What as amazing ambiance. The staff are an absolute 10/10 . Especially Matthew who went above and beyond throughout our dining experience. The food was delicious and the cocktails beautiful and fun. I have already recommended Park row to many friends and family.

    It used to be such a nice place- good, quality food, nice service, and this subtle but very interesting Batman twist. Unfortunately, it changed a lot recently, and not for the better. The food is not worth the price anymore, all the sides are at an extra charge (like fries that used to be included in a price of a burger, or an extra £5 change for a dessert included in the set menu). The staff is trying hard to sell as many extras as possible, making you feel harassed to spend more. Our drinks, which we ordered at the very beginning, only arrived with the main course, and with another drinks menu to order more. Overall, extremely disappointed with a place that used to be our go to.

    When you first walk into the restaurant, it’s beautiful and very cool, though when we sat down, it was a bit of a tight squeeze. The live music was amazing as well. Besides that, it is really not worth eating here. The biggest issue was how incredible over priced the food was, cocktails valued at more than £16 that came in extremely small glasses (and mine tasted more like blue curcao than any actual drink). Though, I would say the biggest overvaluing was my starter. We paid £25 for a SINGLE SCALLOP. It was absurd pricing for the food. Our main, the tomahawk was delicious and more reasonably priced (though still quite expensive). I have no problem paying reasonably for good quality food, but I felt that the food was good, but was no where near valued properly. Go check the restaurant out, and eat the nitro popcorn, but then leave and go get food somewhere else.

    don't go with kids because there is zero options that they would like, although I was told that they have plenty of options( yes I looked at menu which had burgers and they would have worked) When arrived there weren't any burgers on menu for kids and they basically ate just French fries. Service was super slow even when had no more food or drinks to be finishing. Waiter failed to tell us from the start that certain menu items weren't available until we attempted to order. Again back to burgers they weren't located anywhere on menu but yet saw several other tables around getting them so was super confused. Overall this place is way overpriced and overrated for somewhere that has a barely there "gotham" theme except for bathrooms.
