    It was a nice experience but definetly not what I was expecting, the service was not up to the standard, we waited for a long time to order and to get the wine plus we had to wait long enough for the glasses to be refilled evertime. Trying to get the attention of someone on the floor was hard since waiters and stuff would pass near the table not even glancing at the guests, at a certain point I asked for the bathroom and the waiter gave me a glass and made a very innapropriate joke instead of showing me the way, which was extremely unconfortable. The food was cooked to perfection and the drinks were amazing. The band was fantastic and the dj as well, both gave a great mood to the place and made the evening more enjoyable. Overall I have nice pictures and videos about the place but not nice memories of it.

    Nicely decorated and spacious place, with different themed bars. Tasty food and cocktails. Not too crowded so could enjoy the live music too.

    Food was very average, quite disappointed for the hype Park Row has given. Dessert presentation was great. Drink service was slow , had to ask multiple times and wait felt at least 20mins. Overall ambiance and decor was nice though.

    We went for a late Sunday lunch to celebrate my brother's birthday, with two children in attendance. In the past there had been live music on Sunday afternoons, but there wasn't any this time (that may be a positive or a negative, depending on your point of view!) As ever, the staff were great and the venue is amazing. It was nice for the server to bring the liquid nitrogen cart over to our table so the kids could see the ice cream and popcorn being made. We will be going back in the near future.

    We arrived late for our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, regardless we were offered a table considering its a very busy night(1 Year Anniversary of Park Row). The only downside was that kitchen was closed n=but we were still able to order table snack. My wife and myself had a fabulous night and we made another reservation right there. We made new friends, atmosphere was electric. Looking forward to our next reservation.

    Absolutely amazing place, especially for the cosplay event. Good was incredible and the drinks being named after niche and well known comic characters/places are exquisite.

    I’ve been to this restaurant many times and it’s been exceptionally good… in fact on of my favourite places ….. however … this last time was I’m tact a disappointment. I’d been telling my friend how amazing park row is so I booked it for my birthday meal to have everyone there together To my surprise having ordered the same thing I have previously the dish came out and it was completely different! I ordered the jokers fish and chips which used to be battered cod and chips on a Gotham newspaper and mushy peas but now is literally just a square of grilled cod and some very thick chips! For £29! My friend ordered the duck …. It was a over £30 fish but only consisted of a 7cm long duck breast which was about 2cm wide and 1 asparagus stem …. He was not impressed at all with the price of it for this reason. Edible balloons weren’t being served either which everyone wanted to have because it’s a good laugh The nitro popcorn used to come in a normal size bowl but when I ordered this time it came in literally a hair gel size can lid! For £7! On the good note the dessert kiss from a rose was amazing …. Changed it slightly but it was very tasty and a great experience with the nitro shattered rose is still there. Live music was great …. Just a shame they changed the menu to this one which when I asked the staff they apparently do change it every 6 months - year which is strange as it’s only been open a year :/ Previously I’ve given this restaurant 10/10 but judging by the new changes I’d have to lower that to 5.5/10 beaded on the fact the Devore and atmosphere was still great. Good 3/10

    It was a good experience, we went on the one year anniversary and got to see the cosplay and that was fun. The staff were very friendly and made the experience better, and the food was interesting - especially the popcorn. We had the a la carte menu, but would like to go for the experience another time.

    Enjoyed the entrance going through the hidden book shelves down the dark staircase with picture of the joker then walking through a Smokey entrance into a open spacious restaurant and bars. We eat early about 5pm but didn't leave until gone 10pm as they had a live band and was made very welcome by Roberta who arranged a sitting area for us after dinner.. It was PR one year anniversary and a number of diners come in Batman character. Very tasteful costumes and entertaining..

    Took my boyfriend for his birthday last night. It was our first time at Park Row and honestly didn’t know what to expect. We were both so impressed by the food, service and atmosphere was great with the live music. Little pricey but I suppose that’s what you get in a swanky London restaurant! Definitely going back for another special occasion.

    What an incredible experience, from beginning to end! The atmosphere, the decor, the drinks and THE FOOD! Amazing! And we had front row seats for the live band who were insane too! Just the most wonderful evening. A fabulous one of a kind dining experience, perfect for a special occasion!

    Overall Everything was great but I felt that there should be a bigger Halal /VG menu! Also more non alcoholics drinks like the Alcoholic ones for example the one that pours out of a picture frame.

    Took my husband here for our 1st wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved Park Row and will definitely be back! The staff has excellent customer service and were very attentive. The food was brilliantly presented with an air of drama about it. Definitely a picture before we eat moment. We had a lovely surprise at the end with a "happy anniversary" chocolate gifted to us. Thank you for making our night extra special.

    We went there for my partners birthday, thinking it would be a fancy bar. It was very much the opposite. Very loud and people walking around you constantly. Just a very chaotic experience and could not wait to leave.

    Wonderful food and ambience. To be honest I would prefer to see a dress code of some sorts, particularly on a Saturday evening. Men in T shirts ( not even a polo🤷🏻‍♂️) and running shorts are, quite frankly, unacceptable.

    Fantastic experience with a great atmosphere. Only downside would be some dishes were too expensive for the portion size, we finished the tomahawk steak and could have definitely had more.

    This is the second time we went to Park Row and this time the experience was not great. The service was sub-standard and we had to ask 3 times for my drink to arrive. It was almost empty at the time and the waiters appeared preoccupied chatting amongst themselves. I don’t think we will be coming back.

    Great experience. Our waitress was knowledgeable and amazing. Great food, drinks, music show, and overall atmosphere. It is Batman themed but done in a rich and subtle way. This is an upscale restaurant that I highly recommend and one we plan to return to again.
