We're not afraid to borrow from international cuisines, bringing new flavour twists to British classic and contemporary dishes. What’s not to love about our homemade Jerk Hummus, Mango Chutney, Yoghurt and Flatbread or our Sloe-Gin Cured Salmon with Wasabi Mayonnaise (with the botanicals of British gin to flavour our sustainably sourced salmon)?
We support local and regional suppliers and as our menus change frequently, we work hard to pair dishes with our eclectic wine selection and craft beers.

Great Sunday lunch. Excellent choice of wine. Lovely staff. Vegan Wellington was awesome
The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. Jerk hummus and paparadelle to start - both great - as were the pork and lamb. The vibe of the restaurant was great and so nice to be able to have a conversation without screaming (music was great but not too loud).
Interesting and very well cooked and presented food.
Really lovely food - the desserts on particular were spectacular!
Very nice restaurant service was also really welcoming and friendly. Food was very good and would definitely go back
Wow! Everything was amazing from start to finish! The cocktails were the coolest and the food was.... sublime! The hosts were the best mix of friendliness and professionalism that I have ever experienced. I also loved the decor and the intimacy of this venue. I can’t recommend it enough!!!
Living in NYC, but from Herne Hill originally, I went here last week on a visit back to London and was amazed by how good the food was. Hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time, and didn't break the bank either. The lamb with the mojo sauce was nothing short of spectacular. With friendly and attentive staff too, this is absolutely a top spot to dine in Herne Hill, as well as the surrounding areas!
The service was exceptional, the waitress was attentive, polite and good humoured. The food was really good, especially the Jerk hummus which was a surprising treat.
My only slight criticism was that the dessert menu could be improved but to be fair I was pretty full after the starters and mains.
Had a great dinner on Saturday night. They had phoned after I booked online to say they had a big group in and could we come a bit later so they could ensure they looked after us properly- really liked their approach and they lived up to their word. Food was excellent - really enjoyed the courgette Niçoise salad with halloumi and just had to go for parsnips and mushrooms for pudding- def worth a try. We were glad we made the effort to venture out to Herne Hill!
Lovely restaurant, good service and nice atmosphere.
Limited menu but food was outstanding; service was polite and friendly; only disappointment was that 1 of 5 dishes wasn’t available and no alternative available.
The food is on point!
The chefs are very creative and have even created ginger butter which was absolutely off the Richter Scale and was very accommodating.
I am returning later in the year for a 50th birthday party and I can't wait to try the food again!
Lovely food, great location, great ambiance. I would recommend this restaurant to friend for any occasion. Really enjoyed the evening.
Gosh 🤗...yet another lovely evening at Parksedge Bar and Kitchen, this time a girls night out catching up with special friends. As ever the charming and welcoming staff are always a pleasure and on point to deal with their customers. The welcoming smiles from Claudette and Barry the owners are great to see in addition to the superb venue they have created. I have fallen for this place with its super ambience, fantastic decor and just so relaxing it's difficult to pick yourself up and leave. This visit I tried the lamb and😘 Yes thoroughly enjoyed...Mario the bar attendant is a gent and is always happy to create a drink or cocktail that just satisfies on every occassion. This is certainly my go to bar and restaurant when I am in need for fantastic service, super smooth ambience and just a lovely place to be....Thank you Parks Edge and the team for doing what you do so very well and always with a friendly smile..See you soon. Marci..X
Fantastic food, great service service, we will be coming back
Park's Edge was recommended by our friend Deborah, so we knew that it would be school place to go to, and as it was my wife's birthday anniversary we thought let's give a go, and my was oon particular, was not at all disappointed; I was happy as Larry.
Nice plenty to order love the starters and pudding
Great, imaginative food. Delicious cocktails and good wine list. Friendly staff.
Had another great Sunday lunch. The food is exceptionally good and they have a great wine list. Home made soda bread, wonderful roast potatoes and sublime puddings. Highly recommended
Great food. Nice cocktails and mocktails. excellent ambience and acoustics. excellent service and very professional yet friendly staff. Lovely view of the park. perfect for this summer.
Celebrated my wedding anniversary with hubby and once they knew they congratulated us and a complimentary prosecco. Great service, friendly..Fantastic ambience and great location..Food was lovely especially roast rump stake and the snapper for starter. My burger was super and cocktails were great...I will Def be back very soon.😘😘
Initially we were unsure what to expect given its decor. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the food and would definitely go back again. Another great local eatery around Herne Hill / Brockwell Park area.
Had a lovely evening at this little gem of a place. The food was fantastic, especially the crab mac & cheese and I'm not usually one to go for, what is essentially, pasta and cheese sauce. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, however it took a while to get our first drinks and to be offered water. Overall, well worth a visit!
Imaginative food well presented. Exceptionally helpful waitress who looked up our journeys on her phone.
Very relaxed atmosphere, fantastic waitress. Food was very tasty, well presented, good portion sizes and interesting menu choices. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
It was my birthday
They offered me a mocktail :-)
I have had dinner three times at Park’s Edge and love the place! The food is delicious and very well presented. The staff are incredibly friendly too. Definitely recommend it.
The welcome was v friendly the food was excellent and we got to try out a chocolate pudding they are testing for a future menu . Service v slow though for first 30 mins but fine once got started . Go chilled and don’t miss the soda bread with honey butter is delicious
Great food, in a lovey restaurant. A hidden gem in Hern Hill.
I'm tempted to describer this restaurant as a 'hidden gem' as, despite being a local, I hadn't realised it had opened recently, however, I really have no excuse for my ignorance as the location is great - just on the edge of Brockwell park and around the corner from Herne Hill station and Half Moon Lane.
I had the duck, which was cooked perfectly, and some of the small plates, which were interesting. Really good value for money too.
Fabulous food in very nice surroundings.
Was excited about trying Parks Edge as the menu looked really promising and had heard good things. I was slightly underwhelmed by the dishes I ordered (onion and artichoke tart and duck waffle), they lacked a ‘wow’ factor which I was expecting from the description and price, but overall had a lovely time and enjoyed other tasters I had from friends meals - the salted honey butter was great!
Took a friend for a birthday lunch give days ago and we both really enjoyed the occasion. The food was unusual and delicious and the service helpful and friendly.
We drive from out of London to go to Parks Edge Bar and Kitchen because it ticks all of our boxes of great food, great atmosphere and great service. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
Visited this restaurant on Sunday to celebrate a family birthday. Food was great, staff were friendly and accommodating, loved the ambiance and the decor, will definitely go again!
We had the pleasure of dining at Park’s Edge last week and what a treat it was. The food by Tom Spinks and Matthew Carrizales was fresh, innovative and playful, and extremely tasty. It is a seasonal, locally-sourced menu and we sampled the homemade brown soda bread & salted honey butter, the duck & waffle, the grilled jerk squid, and the tofu kimchi stew to start, followed by the red gurnard, the duck breast, and the roasted cauliflower gnocchi. To round it off we somehow had room to enjoy some delicious desserts and chocolate truffles too.
The restaurant overlooks Brockwell Park and is a fantastic addition to what is a growing foodie scene in Herne Hill. The décor cleverly creates a cosy and intimate feel, whilst retaining a sense of elegance (including a feature wall by rising interiors star, Kit Miles).
In a two week period where we dined at Petrus, Fera, and Opso, we cannot sing the praises of Park’s Edge enough – not only in terms of the menu but also the team behind it all, who are clearly extremely passionate about food and making each meal memorable and special. We will certainly be returning very soon and have already spread the word to friends and family who are keen to experience it for themselves.
I have dined here on a few occasions and never been disappointed. Staff are very welcoming and will go out of there way to please you. The dishes are experely executed. I will be back!
Relatively new restaurant to Herne Hill.
The space is quite small but they have avoided cramming in too many tables so our table of 6 for Easter Saturday lunch felt very comfortable.
Only the set menu was available for lunch. The choice therefore was limited. However, We all enjoyed our starters. I had lamb and kimchi. The smoked salmon was a hit with the others. I then had Duck and Waffle. The duck was perfect. The veggie burger was less successful apparently.
Desserts were great. Overall, the quality of the food was very good and I will go back to try the evening a la carte menu.
The food was excellent and the decor is lovely and the service was great. But, I was excited at the prospect of a new relaxed neighbourhood restaurant, but I feel with the type of menu on offer it isn't really that. It is a nice place for dinner for a special occasion, but not somewhere I would just pop to for dinner on a regular basis, which is a shame, that's what is needed in this area, not somewhere trying to offer a find dining type experience with a very very small menu. I would love a few decent well priced regular dishes then a few 'finer' options. Somewhere you could go to for a little treat date night or out with the girls for a catch up, nice and relaxed, I think its trying too hard to be something more at the moment.
Service a tad erratic to begin with. We were told we couldn't have menus until another table had finished with them. Cocktail order taken but had to remind staff that we didn't have the drinks. (Not charged for). Have to say, the cocktails were delicious. The food however, was simply amazing. I had a tofu started and never knew tofu could be sublime. It was. Yes, I did have the grapefruit, black pepper desert and it was delicious. Definitely recommend for the eating experience.
