My kids really like Parsons and it was nice to see the same staff there and some favourites still on the menu. Starters and the croquettes were the highlight especially the scallops sliders with squid rings that my daughter had great fun with. Turbot was deliciously crispy skinned with a luxurious butter sauce
Food was delicious. The potted shrimp croquettes were great and the fish pie had a beautifully cooked egg in the centre.
Food was great. The was great.
Just wish they had some fried fish.
Have been several times. Parsons never disappoints!
Tweede keer bij Parsons gegeten en was weer heerlijk. Een echte aanrader. De garnalen kroketten en de fish pie zijn een must eat!
Such a good restaurant - the food was amazing, the service was great and it wasn't too busy. Would definitely visit again
Food is no longer good. Used to be a big fan of this place. Both food quality and service have gone down massively.
Food and service were impeccable.
Dinner with a friend from New York . Attentive service and great food . Understandably limited space , but with the distance between tables being short and general noise, it was very difficult to hear my friends voice
Really lovely little restaurant. The staff were charming, efficient and knowledgeable and made our visit a delight. Extremely good fish and prices fair for the quality of the food. Will certainly be going back.
Small restaurant in Covent Garden area that is very convenient for theatre or opera goers. Small selection that seems to assure that really fresh seafood is available that is expertly prepared.
One of the best restaurants I have been to for quite some time .
Superb all round - great service
Unpretentious and relaxed. Service was good. Good spot for a pre theatre meal
Loved dining at Parsons - would absolutely visit again! We had some delicious oysters and the skate wing, which was very decadent. The bread basket is also a must (the Guinness bread!!). Fantastic wine list.
Parsons is a lovely place. The food and wine is delicious, if pricey, and the staff can’t do enough for you. The only problem is space. It’s tiny and feels squashed. Although the upside to this is that you get to chat to your fellow diners and ask if they’d recommend their food choices should you feel so inclined. 😊
The oysters were brilliant. We tried the lobsters and really enjoyed that as well
The best fish in town
Perfect for post-opera supper -- no one else there! But they took the trouble to cook our sea trout and mussels expressly for us, and wonderfully done
Certainly one of the best restaurants for seafood in London. Great wine list by the glass which changes daily. Nice causal vibe.
Great little place - this is the second time we’ve been, and we’ll definitely be back!
Excellent fish and seafood restaurant not far from Covent Garden. The fish is always fresh and to a very good standard here.
It was more difficult than I expected to find a seafood restaurant in London. By that I mean one that really concentrates on fresh, simply prepared fish and shellfish. Bingo. Charming spot, in jam packed Covent Garden. Friendly and relaxed and wonderful fish.
Well located and charming with a good selection of seafood although desert was distinctly average. Reasonable pricing given the location. Friendly and helpful service.
Fabulous food and service!! Love this place!
Seafood is always fresh and done well and great value as well.
Lovely little restaurant , food was good and the service is excellent, will be going again.
A fabulous little friendly fish restaurant, full of character. The food was excellent the only negative was the value for money! Both against portion size and also the drinks are on the expensive side of fair.
Favourite restaurant in all of London!!
Smoked cod’s roe starter was creamy and delicious, and the marinated anchovies nice. We shared a piece of grilled turbot, excellent, so too the shared fish pie. A side order of broccoli had what I felt was an unnecessary amount of a sour lemony dressing.
A glass each of white wine worked well, especially the Cretan one which we preferred to an Italian. We shall have to return to sample the apple tarte fine, as we were too full, and come earlier in the evening before the specials have sold out. Very enjoyable, though quite cramped and noisy.
Had a stunning meal at this bijou fish restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful with wine recommendations and the food was so lovely. The potted shrimp croquettes were so full of lip smacking flavour, we wanted to order more as soon as we’d devoured the first three! The fish pie is also a stunner. Highly recommended.
Un fussy food and environment, excellent service and delicious fish
Delicious fresh fish . Side dishes - squid and stuffed cucumber were also excellent.
Amazing taste! Everything we tried was delicious!
Second delicious meal I have had at this restaurant
Lovely fresh seafood. More natural wines would be great.
Relaxed, delicious and delightful. Enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the chef work. Went for a selection of starters to share and crisp white wine. Reasonable price and relaxed experience.
Fabulous Fish, lovely wine list, excellent & warm service.
Totally awesome as usual. Rock on.
Great fish and good service, at a price.
The food was really nice and creatively done. The staff were really friendly as well
