We reserved a regular table but we were seated in the bar. We were offered dessert before out dinner was served, then our server told us our order would be up shortly. There were 3 tables that came in after us and they were served before us (we were a table of 2). No apology from anyone. Very disappointed. And we have been there numerous times. This restaurant is going downhill. We have sent concerns to management in the past with no response. This will go unanswered as well I'm sure.

Have been waiting too long to visit a restaurant. Last few times we ate here, everything was fantastic. This time, dinner was not up to par. Of course, being an Italian Restaurant, I should have went more "Italian" than we did. Food was not bad, just a little disappointing.
Service was excellent and the atmosphere in this place is great. We will go back. The pizza on someone else's table looked fantastic as we were leaving.

Despite Coronavirus environment, Pasquale's in Derby was the right choice for my wife's birthday dinner. Social distancing, disinfecting, mask wearing were all in effect and provided for a relaxing evening. Food and drinks were excellent, as was the service. We always play a 'guess the bill amount' and we both overshot considerably, very good value! We'll be back...
We can there on Sunday for an overdue Anniversary Dinner for a family and we truly enjoyed ourselves as this was our 1st family "outing" since March. The waitress was great the food was great and we had a very large area all to ourselves.
We decided on dinner nearby and Pasquales is always a safe bet. The food is predictably good and the service was spot on. We had a nice time as always.

For us Pasquale's is convenient. Food is always good. Subs, pizza, veal parm. and chicken parm. are our favorites. We have been eating here for years and never had a bad experience.
Have seen this restaurant on route 5. Well worth the stop. Portions are huge.
One in our party ordered eggplant parm, he got chicken parm. The waitress kind of just laughed it off with a comment of we’ll someone got your eggplant. Really? The other three thought the food was just ok

It started with the hostess trying to set is at the worst table in the restaurant. I asked to move. She seemed a bit overwhelmed at the request. Oh well. The waitress seemed disconnected with us. The sauce was bland. We have been there before and had no issues. They were getting ready for a big table but that should not change the service for us. Should have just stayed in and cooked at home.
We had a very nice experience overall - the noise level was high when a young family with tired toddlers were there, but was great when they went home. The drinks and dinner were delicious however, the coffee was not good at all. It tasted old and it was too strong. Loved our waitress Lynsey!

I had the white pizza and it was one of the best I've had. Our waitress was very attentive, professional, yet fun. I will go back here again.
We dined on a Saturday evening with two friends. I was able to make reservations through Open Table for 7 p.m. as late as Saturday afternoon. The service was great and our friends enjoyed their dinner; he, fish, her, lasagna. Servings were ample enough to take some home for later enjoyment.
So lucky to have this wonderful place in our community!

Went for Mother’s Day. They were overbooked but managed to find us a table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is always great.
