Food was really nice and staff. But the toilets both was a mess I had to let them know as I was unable to use it. Toilets need to be checked regularly. Overall experience 8/10
Food was very nice, my girlfriend is Thai and she appreciated the food. Good customer service. We were a bit let down as some food was not available and they were the ones we wanted to get but we still had a very good experience

Nice restaurant in a really good central location.
We’ve been here before so went back for an anniversary dinner.
Staff are really attentive and provide really good service.
I felt the food let them down a bit as it wasn’t as nice as we remembered it being. It was still pretty good though.
Lovely staff! Service was slightly slow to begin with but a really fun birthday dinner! Highly recommend and I will be back for sure!

Restaurant felt very tired, hasn’t been updated/painted in a long time. Walls and general decor quite shabby. Food was generally pretty good but the place lacked ambience. The service was good, the staff suitably friendly and attentive.
Service was incredible and the food was amazing. The food tasted and looked fantastic. It was value for money and safety under the current COVID-19 restrictions was paramount. We felt looked after and would highly recommend a visit

Excellent Thai food in London. Service was prompt and helpful. Not exactly a romantic or very private dining experience, but good value. I expect it would be quite noisy when full. We’ll be back.

Food was very tasty and a good choice. Only issue was food was served not very hot, the rice was so cold we had to send it back.
Went on a Sunday afternoon before the theatre so were the only ones there for a large amount of the time we were there.
We were plonked downstairs in the basement, no ambiance whatever. Food ok but, have had a lot better elsewhere

Enjoyed yellow curry crab very much. The beef was also tasty but getting cold after 5 mins.

Such a lovely restaurant. Service was great, mocktails were tasty but the food was delicious. Best prawn and tofu Pad Thai I've had in a very long time! Seabass and prawn and asparagus rolls were amazing!
It was good to see that Patara in Maddox Street had reopened following the lockdown and I was looking forward to good Thai food. It was disappointing that having been open only a few days they had run out of the red wine, vegetarian taco starter and Chinese water spinach side. It also seems that they have increased the prices since lockdown so I feel there are better more affordable options for dinner in the area.
