The food and service was good but I miss their happy hour food selections. The regular menu is too expensive.

We had a great table in the tent. It was comfortable, the reservation was for 7:15 and we were seated right away. Our friends joined us they were impressed by the food and the wait staff.

First time there. Great drinks, the BEST service. Food was pretty good but nothing amazing. It was a great Valentine’s Day. It was a lovely evening and we will be back.

Very nice dinner and atmosphere
We had excellent service on Valentine’s Day it wasn’t crowded the noise was low we were able to converse and had a wonderful meal we both ranted and rave over how good the food was and the dessert the butter cake was delicious one of the best we’ve ever had excellent service. I can’t remember our servers name/male with blond hair thin build there around 3pm we sat across from the bar. we will come back.

Our server seemed a bit confused. He didn't check to see that our table had been preset, so we got our appetizer and still didn't have any cutlery or napkins. Another server had to help out. I think he was a little green. I'm sure in time he'll be smoother at capturing all the questions he needs to ask to ensure an outstanding experience.
Overall, we love Paul Martin's and are SO happy it has managed to stay open in spite of all the shutdowns.

Our server Alec, was very attentive, sweet and was not pushy. He is definitely what people would comeback to restaurants for & they should and most definitely would ask for him by name.

It was out 1st time and the food (filet, halibut, mash, brussel sprouts) was amazing .. the service was great.. We do miss eating indoors of course, but they had plenty of heaters. We will be back!

Very good dinner on the patio with heat lamps. I liked the hamburger and the chocolate layer cake. Service was fine, but we missed the inside dining atmosphere.

Hostesses seemed intent on only seating those with reservations and gave us the worst cold table. We did have a reservation. Food was initially served without the proper substitution. The restaurant could be well served by making their plastic drop downs longer, so the cold air does not come in from below. The bus boy gave up on lightning a heater, and we had to share ours with the table across from us. I am not sure I want to go back until I can eat inside. Unpleasant experience.

First weekend after being closed for Co-vid, so I think they were still getting things back to normal which made the service a little slower than usual. Food was excellent in taste and quantity. Definitely going to be going back again.

Being regulars at PM, we look forward to the combination of good food and great service. He food was as tasty as ever, though, for the price, you don’t get more than one side. Our service as non existent. Patrons were even getting their own silverware and napkins. One man got up and got his own wine at the bar, because of no server to be seen. Just reopened after stay at home order, so maybe they’re just getting their act together.

Why is this on open table if it’s closed then they didn’t tell me it was closed until I was already on the way an hour and a half before my reservation.... on my birthday
Food was good, prices in the high side, but service was poor. Had to flag down wait staff every time, $50 steak meal couldn’t get a steak knife. While the food sat and got cold, asked waitress twice she never brought a knife!? Finally got a bus boy to bring us one. Way better options in the area, try Holdren’s! Won’t be back.

We had reservations and were seated quickly. However, our server was a little rude. My friend and I had not seen each other since May and when we had to ask the server twice to come back because we hadn’t yet looked at the menu we were rudely informed there was a 90 minute limit on the table. I completely understand the reasoning and we were fine with that, but the information could have been delivered in a more friendly manner. My friend ordered coffee once we were seated and she was told that it would need to be brewed. The server made us feel like anything we ordered was a huge inconvenience. We enjoyed our meal despite the salty server, but the experience did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if the prices are worth the rude service. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.
We had to ask three times before our lamp would be turned on a very chilly night. Our entrees were brought out at different times and by different waiters. Waitress has a dirty apron on. The food was good though. Would only do take out here

Typical restaurant thanksgiving menu along with regular menu. Turkey was terrible. Tasted Like a slab of processed cheap lunch meat but way saltier. Stuffing was tasteless, no vegetables, out of the soup that was on menu as accompaniment. Had to ask servers to remove used dishes as they brought out food. Told us to keep our existing silverware. Very unprofessional but kind servers. Took drink order and tried to take meal order at same time instead of allowing us to enjoy cocktails first. Inter of restaurant is tired. Overall not as upscale as expected but more like a fancy coffee shop.
