On our previous visit we found each dish in the set menu to be excellent but that cumulatively they were very rich. Now, the quality has been maintained but the style has been lightened so that this meal was well-balanced. Service was personable throughout but it became a little stretched as the restaurant filled up; there was, however, no shortage of apologies. The room is very comfortable and relaxing.

A great experience which begins as soon as you enter The Four Seasons hotel. The new room is light and airy and the staff friendly, professional and interested. The 5 course set lunch was good value and showed great ingenuity and flavour without the rich reductions that often appear with cooking of this quality. My standard quibble with most restaurants at this end of the market is that of weepingly expensive wine lists and sadly this restaurant is no exception. The home made sourdough was lovely. Highly recommended.

Bottom line, Michelin Star in every way!!! The experience of sitting at the counter gives you an opportunity to experience the superior food preparation. The marriage of the ingredients gives your pallet an experience that you won’t forget!!! Also, don’t forget about breakfast, it is the best you will ever taste!!

A lovely place. Went for lunch for the first time there and service was quick. Lovely ambience to the place. Staff were very attentive - all wonderful, except portion size for the scallop starter should have been bigger for the proce charged for it. Other than that, all great.

It was our first time but it won't be our last. The service was immaculate, food delicious. We retired to the bar which was equally well serviced. My wife enjoyed the cocktails while I stuck to beer, all served with a smile and a chat. Highly recommend

We went for lunch at Pavyllon. We chose the Mayfair set menu with pairings which was good value. The food is very high quality and the service and wine pairing were excellent. The dining room is also very comfortable.

Disappointing. Not very creative or inspiring. Certainly not up to the standards of this chef's other main restaurant in Paris. Best food was the "free" mini sharing pizza as a starter! Prices pretty high for a non-Michelin starred restaurant. Will not go back.

From start to. finish this was one of the best (solo) dining experiences I have ever had. I sat at the counter looking into the kitchen, the superstar chef was there and said hello to everyone, the cooks and waiters chatted to me from time to time, but not too much! The 5 course lunch menu was absolutely delicious from start to finish, and for 55 pounds for cooking and flavours of this quality it was great value. The wine list is not cheap but this is the place to treat yourself. What a truly excellent restaurant.

I was seated at the bar overlooking the kitchen. Watching all chefs in the kitchen was an amazing orchestration. The waiters that served me were excellent, very attentive. And then theres the food, perfection! I look forward to going back on my next trip to London.

What a lovely meal my partner and I had at Pavyllon. We had heard good things about the restaurant and it did not disappoint! The £55 set menu was delicious and excellent value. We were split on deciding our favourite course/ for me it was the egg dish. A dessert of fig with curry ice cream was very different - in a good way! All courses were superb though. Staff were lovely and service efficient! We have waited a long time for the return of such a restaurant and will certainly be back VERY SOON!!

An amazing experience. The food was sublime. Tasty , interesting - and yet not heavy / rich. Mayfair tasting menu was 10/10 - perfect. Best of all the service. Cannot speak highly enough about it. Friendly , professional and personal. One of the best birthday experiences in a very long time. Can’t wait to go back.
