The term 'Peacock Alley' was coined to portray the daily promenade of notables through the original colonnade connecting The Waldorf and The Astoria hotels in New York City. A tradition that continues today, Peacock Alley is an elegant lounge celebrated as a place 'to see and be seen'.

A historical piece of New York heritage is now in Dubai. Peacock Alley overlooks the hotel's beautiful central gardens and serves the finest teas, coffees and light meals. Guests can enjoy a classic Afternoon Tea and sample the Waldorf Astoria signature tea blend.

Enjoy the temperate weather during the winter months on the palatial Peacock Alley terrace. Take in the stunning evening views of the glittering Dubai skyline whilst sampling a traditional Shisha from 5:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (midnight).

We visited peacock alley for afternoon tea and had a lovely experience. The staff was very accommodating while taking the order for dietary restrictions. My friend and I enjoyed the egg sandwiches and the crumbly scones with clotted cream and jams. We would have loved to try more tea and coffee and hope they increase the number of drinks you can order to atleast two.
Overall experience is amazing, would definitely come back in the winter to enjoy the outdoor view.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at Peacock Alley. We had a lovely hostess, Caroline, who was incredible and very friendly. Food was delicious. We were three ladies and we ordered two afternoon tea selections and it was more than enough. Beautiful setting with beautiful food. I'll definitely recommend it.

I let them know it was my friend’s birthday but no-one wished her a ‘happy birthday ‘ or gave her a little piece of cake to mark the occasion. I was very disappointed about that.

I had the degustation Afternoon tea and had made an online reservation. When we arrived at the venue, the hostess could not find our reservation even though i showed her a copy of the email confirmation . As such, we could not get a table of our preference, as the hostess informed us that they were all reserved. I did inform here that we were not walk-in per say and after a couple of minutes we managed to get better seating.
Other than this glitch the service was pretty good and the afternoon tea was outstanding. The sandwiches were delectable and we were offered a good selection of teas. Looking forward to returning back to this delightful afternoon treat.

We came here for Afternoon Tea, the service was impeccable, the desserts were so yummy, I wasn't a fan of the savoury foods but the person I went with enjoyed the finger bites.

The pianist played a good selection on songs, the ambience was perfect, not too busy.

We had the most spectacular afternoon tea. The amount of food was extreme, we could have ordered tea for one and split it. The variety of treats was amazing and the scones were the best. The hotel is gorgeous, service was outstanding. Afterwards, the concierge booked a private car to take us back to the cruise ship port. A very refined and delightful afternoon for our last day in Dubai.

The venue is nice, and the afternoon tea offering is what you would expect. It neither wow'd nor disappointed, but on this occasion, i was looking for WOW, and swayed by a false review, possibly an offering on another day, found the event standard and non-awe inspiring. Food was plentiful and tasty. Atmosphere was very quiet. Location distant.
