Lovely place! Great cake and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for a girlie treat
Charming ambience and lovely food. We came for the themed Halloween cupcakes.
Everything was good but we were getting Freezing . We asked to the waitress to closed the door but she said wasn’t impossible because they need ventilation and apparently the heater wasn’t working. By the way food and staff amazing. I will come next time but I will make sure inside is warm before coming.
Delicious salad followed by cake! Rosé Champers was a great choice to start! Tables are sanitised and staff are doing a great job.
It was my friend’s birthday and I booked a table in advance. She was given a complimentary hot chocolate with marshmallows and she was surprised with it. Lovely service.
Lovely food mist beautiful cafe& was so perfect for a bday brunch
I thought it would be better than it was. Probably wouldn’t go again
Lovely as always and the staff were super friendly - my friend really enjoyed her birthday.
Amazing! Such a lovely place with really friendly staff and good food. ❤️
So pretty with superb service.
I have been a huge fan of Peggy Porschen for a very long time - even to the point where I have the beautiful print of her shops in my kitchen wall!
After wanting to come for an age to Peggy Porschen and dine, I was quite deflated after my experience!
Visited with my daughter at 4:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Was Shown to the table and ordered the eggs Benedict - Very nice although the eggs were slightly “snotty” & muffin was difficult to cut through!
Cappuccino had lumps in but tasty (very small cup) .
The toilet was right next to the tables (due to Covid we used the disabled). This is where I was disappointed as peggys shop is beautifully decorated! The toilet smelt horrible (fusty) and no hand wash or hand cream. I did point this out to the staff member who said she would Deal with it. When it came to choose cakes 🧁 to take home, there was a very poor choice. Maybe my fault leaving it until this late. Staff very friendly and helpful.
It was a great afternoon. Cakes and beverages were fantastic!
great food, great service. in such a lovely location and so beautiful inside and on the outside. well presented and lovely staff!
Good menu and delicious food. Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff.
Very lovely location and pretty inside and outside. Great for celebrations! :)
Without a doubt the best and most beautiful cupcakes in London. The cake shop itself is one of the most stunning in terms of decorations and interior. Always a wonderful experience to visit Peggy’s. They have a lovely little savoury menu too - with breakfast, brunch and lunch!
I wanted to go for such a long time and I finally went for my bday breakfast. I think I had higher expectations.
The window’s decorations are beautiful as we all know. Inside is too simple compared to the outside.
Menu wise, there are not too many options.
Our server didn’t seem to be fully aware of the menu, when I made the point on the missing marshmallows, I was told that I had to order them if I wanted. When actually, the menu was stating that were served with the hot chocolate. She brought them when I showed her the menu.
Small details, but as I work in hospitality I’m picky on those things.
Dear Sara, Thank you for your feedback, we hope you had a wonderful birthday. We just wanted you to know that we are in the process of updating our menu for the Autumn season with some new brunch and lunch additions launching this week and next. We apologise for our staff members confusion regarding the hot chocolate, and since have retrained all of our FOH staff members to ensure they are fully aware of the menu. We hope that you will be visiting us again in the future. Best Wishes Silvia
Very nice Sunday afternoon spent at Peggy Porschen Chelsea. Both the cakes have savoury dishes were delicious.
I had booked a table for brunch to celebrate my daughters 16th, it was disappointing from the beginning. We was initially given the coffee table to sit at this is not suitable to eat a brunch at, the table was far to low and the chairs to high. The table was also still dirty from the previous party and had spilt tea marks not a good impression considering the current covid situation. I asked to be moved to a more suitable table the waitress was not helpful at all she said it’s the only table available and it’s never a problem for people to eat at until now. Eventually we was moved by a very reluctant waitress.
We was at our table for around an hr and was asked to pay the bill and leave as the next booking was waiting. This was despite my confirmation email saying we had the table for 2 hrs, wen u showed this to the waitress she shrugged her shoulders and said there is nothing she can do and blamed head office.
The whole experience was a big let down and the celebrations was a little shadowed by this.
Dear Tracy, Thank you for your valued feedback, we are sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations. I believe you were given the table at the lounge area to accommodate your original booking for 5. guests. The lounge is used for special occasions and can be reserved for a 2 hrs seating due to the larger capacity of up to 6. Unfortunately, all other tables are for smaller parties with a 1.5hr seating time... (continue)
Such a delightful little place. My friend and I really enjoyed it and the waitresses were super friendly and at tentative thank you x
Poor customer service
Beautiful place to visit. Staff were very friendly and kind. Cannot wait to visit again :)
Lovely venue, lovely food. Staff a little frosty.
Excellent experience. Beautifully
presented food and nice service with a smile
It was an amazing experience at Peggy Porschen. The service and staff were outstanding. They made the birthday very special. Just want to say thanks again and we would definitely be visiting again.
Enjoyed every minute the food and service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and pleasant.
Had a lovely lunch with my daughter, food was lovely and the surrounding was so pretty.
Beautiful place, beautiful food and lovely staff - we had a lovely time and I’ll definitely come back
Average at best to be honest. Ordered a portion of Eggs Royale and the eggs were not runny, the yolk had hardened. The waitress replaced these for us but there was no offer of taking it off the bill or an extra drink whilst we wait.
The chocolate cake was ok, nothing special.
A bit noisy as full of teenage girls.
Wouldn't come back.
I must say I love the decor
There is a particular guy who gave us an outstanding service who goes by the name Jessey or so he has his hair done. My goodness his patience level is so heart warming. I also loved my cake and hot chocolate. Couldn’t have asked for it another way. Above all, I am highly impressed with the set up to meet up with the governments social distancing. I will definitely be back.
Molto buono, abbiamo mangiato due fette di torta e bevuto un delizioso the alla vaniglia e robois. Consigliato!
Beautiful environmental and food service. I orders vegan cake, so nice but I wish they have more options for vegan food and cakes
Beautiful place, nicely decorated. We had a nice time, however the food is too expensive for what you get.
I had written that it was a special occasion a birthday and was not offered any cake
We travelled from Gatwick to find they only had 3 cupcakes left in the shop. The cake was very dry and the overall experience was really disappointing considering how far we had travelled. The shop looked like any other standard shop along that road, they had no flowers outside and it deff didnt look appealing. Won't waste my time going back that's for sure
It was lovely dining at Peggy Porschen in Chelsea. The atmosphere was light, quiet, and relaxing. It is such a comfortable place to enjoy tea and a piece of cake. I would definitely go back there and try their brunch this time which is one of my favourite pastimes.
They take cleanliness very serious which is great. Food was good. Service was good. It’s a great little cafe
Food - croissant, eggs and sandwich were fine but for the price you would expect 'delicious'. Cakes look much better than they taste - again you would expect taste much superior than supermarket cake.
Floor downstairs was shut which was a shame, only 1 toilette available as well.
The food was amazing and the service was outstanding.
