Beautiful restaurant with terrific staff and service. Wine list is exceptional. However the food is not consistent with a first rate dinning experience. It's expensive but I don't mind if the food is consistent with the prices charged. Petrus will not be on my list of "go to" restaurants in London.

Petrus was all one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber, and one operated by Gordon Ramsey. From the moment we walked in the door it was all about us and our experience. The staff was warm, cordial, and driven to provide an award winning environment. The courses, of both menus, were seasonal, balanced, aesthetically appealing, and absolutely delicious. The Assistant GM really showed that she cared and was attentive and engaging throughout our meal. I would highly recommend Petrus to others. Enjoy!

The meal and experience were fantastic. The staff was courteous and personable. We had an excellent time. The only dish that didn't perform as well as the others on the tasting menu was the cod. Everything else was stunning. The wine pairings were a delicious treat.

It was our wedding anniversary and the restaurant was very busy so the atmosphere was lovely. The tables are extremely well placed with good outlooks .We hate when one of us has to look at a wall all evening. The staff were amazingly helpful, the food was the best I have eaten in London and we would definitely return.

The wine bottle that we orders was warm and took 30 minutes to cool. For such an establishment this is unacceptable the waiter should have bought another bottle which was cooler and not just dumped it into a cooler. Crying child all throughout the evening, most restaurants of this calibre tend to not allow young children in evening service so not sure why Petrus allowed this… My previous experiences here have been brilliant both for clients and family, not sure I will be going back.

I need to complain about Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay I have eaten at the restaurant several times before, and the experience this time was very bad! Very dissatisfied, there was a note when I made the reservation to celebrate, and usually a dessert is given, but this time I didn’t send it, and then I was allergic to mutton. I found that the dish was mutton and contacted the waiter to replace it. A male waiter had a very bad attitude, so he just said no. The scallop meat is very hard and not fresh at all. One of Michelin's criteria is high-quality ingredients and restaurants should have a good service attitude and service, and solve customer problems. Two people spent nearly 400 pounds on lunch, but the impression of the experience was very bad.

Fabulous food and service as always. Always nice to be greeted with "Welcome Back"! Tasting menu was very good - presentation was well done and combinations of flavors was interesting. Wine flights were very complimentary to the food. We'll be back!

They give you a two star experience for a one and a half star price. The staff is very friendly and aware of all needs. The food is on point: All the ingredients are speaking of themselves while creating deep levels of taste. Definitely worth the visit!

I can see why this restaurant has earned its Michelin Star. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with a warm feeling that I’ve only seen from one other 1* restaurant in Europe. They allowed for a minor substitution of their menu to curate the perfect meal, and had realistic (read: not the most expensive on the menu,) suggestions with wine that truly paired well with what we had. Our server Kat, however, was the crown jewel. She seamlessly swapped between personal and professional presentations to give us the experience we desired, while giving the dishes the respect they deserved. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone that wants an experience where they can spend their money and really feel like it is worth their while.

I requested water at the 3rd corse and it never came till I asked for it again during the last corse. I drank it fast and fill my glass to again only to be told that I can’t not fill my glass of water that high because it can break the stem of the glass. After spending over 1000 pounds on dinner the last thing I want is to be reprimanded for pouring too much water in my glass. I’m not one to complain I just treat everyone kind and with respect but I will never go back to this restaurant again.

We really enjoyed our time at Petrus. As expected the food and service was excellent, we particularly enjoyed the wine pairing. We also enjoyed the ambience and how comfortable we were made to feel. We don’t visit places such as this frequently and instantly we were made to feel like we belonged, which is really appreciated.

My friend and I enjoyed a pretty good tasting menu. More impression was left with the amuse-bouche, starting courses, as well as dessert and petits fours to finish. The lamb left a little to be desired according to my fellow guest. I was a little disappointed that there was no lunch menu equivalent for a vegetarian diner, so we both settled for a 6 course set menu instead.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating, the food positively spectacular and I can not even describe their wine list, rare wines that I could not believe they had. Needless to say our party of 3 thoroughly enjoyed 3 bottles of their fine wine!!! Loved this restaurant, Chef Ramsay should be proud of this amazing staff. Excellent experience and being a frequent diner and reviewed over 500 restaurants on Open Table I would HIGHLY recommend.
