The Original Dynamite Shrimp
Crispy tempura battered shrimp, spicy sriracha aioli, spring onions
Tender flank steak caramelised with our signature dark soy sauce and garlic served with spring onions
Slices of wok fried chicken, spring onions, sesame seeds, chilli pods and potatoes in a Sichuan chilli sauce
Loved the ambiance and decor. The dynamite shrimp, Mongolian beef, and Kung pao chicken really stood out among the rest of our dishes.
I wouldn't come back again or recommend salty burnt expensive poor service
Food wasn’t that great was extremely salty and when complained the waiter said the chef isn’t cooking very well today
Lovely food and great cocktails it was a great setting in terms
Of the restaurant and attentive waiter and waitresses
One of the best foods I have ever had in my life. We had Dynamite Shrimps 🍤 in starter and Mangolian Beef in the Main course and both of these were delicious 😋.
Food and decor was lovely and could not fault. Service was not great, had to wait 15/20 minutes before being asked for drink order, staff delivering the cocktails didn’t make an effort to tell us which drink was which. No check up on how the meal was going or if we needed more drinks. Service was not delivered with a smile..
Would recommend for the food but not if expecting a good service
Booked ahead of time and got a lovely table in the centre of the restaurant - ambience and vibe was good and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Dynamite Shrimp was a highlight of the meal and would definitely recommend, the mains were a bit disappointing however. We went for the different variations of the Lo Mein Noodles, beef was tender and well cooked however the noodles as a whole were not what I expected for the price point and reputation of PF Changs. We also asked for something to one member of staff and he never came back and then had to ask another staff member after which we got what we requested.
Would come back but maybe order a different main dish
The staff were incredible and so friendly. They all deserve a raise ! So welcoming and made sure our time there was special.
I booked for a birthday meal. Asked for the complimentary ice cream with a candle but after waiting for this, the bill came and we left.
Food was not as I remembered it, standards gone down a little. The menu was still limited and the server couldn't answer any of my questions regarding the food on the menu.
Very disappointed after the amount I was charged.
The Occasion was my fathers Birthday.
There were no Pork Dumplings, chicken dumplings, spring rolls and chicken wings. How could this be when your a high end restaurant and don’t have 4 starters.
It was rather a disaster as it was my parents first time visiting PF Chang’s Covent Garden.
The staff and service is very good but not happy with the food choice.
The food is definitely tasty it is just bad service - had to ask to order a drink, then to order our meal, had to ask twice for water and they delivered main course and minutes later starter ? had to send mains back and ask them to ALLOW us to eat our starters first , then had to ask again to make a drinks order and finally to get a bill. Also would of appreciated advice that the side of noodles was only a small portion as we made it clear we were sharing and it literally is a handful, yummy but when it arrived we had to reorder another portion of rice and noodles as not enough, which meant waiting as mains got cold - second visit here and pretty much the same issues as last visit - the concierge at the door was really helpful though - just need to sort the servers out.
Service was poor. They gave main course before starters and one of starters they bring once i finish my food. Extremely poor service
Food was wrong twice and sides were cold. Dynamite shrimp were really nice
Quite disappointed with the flavours of the food.
I bread really good reviews of the restaurant but unfortunately it really did not live up to the hype.
For the price, the portions were extremely small. The main noodle dishes looked like they were starters. The prawns were pre cooked and tasted very rubbery.
The restaurant was nicely decorated however when wanting to take pictures, the ballon archway was not very convenient as it was at the staircase and it was constantly very busy.
Sadly will not be returning.
I booked table for 6 for a birthday and was so disappointed. The food was poor quality, tastless and cold. I requested a nice table for a special occasion however got seated right at the back of the restaurant next to the kitchen. I also emailed in advance and told them its a birthday meal yet had to remind the staff several times about bringining out a birthday desert plate which they said would have a candle but never did and not to mention being charged the wrong bill. Overall this was a disappointing experience and i will never be visiting again.
Not worth the hype. Mediocre food but the service was good.
I have been here a few years before and my experience was totally different in terms of food. Food standers have dropped and wasn't as good as before
The standard of food in pf chang has certainly decreased, no taste and zero taste of the usual asian spice. I’m soo shocked i used to come here often pre covid. But it’s definitely not the same. Hope they make a comeback very soon.
I used to love PF Changs. They used to get it right everytime. But unfortunately it's defo gone down hill since it first opened.
Might be cut backs might be staff.
Front of house lady that checked us in was soo rude. A passing joke about not being able to get a table when we have kids with us lead to her saying and I quote "we hate kids here"... wow ok. Sat down, waiter was attentive as usual took our order and instead of having ur starter first, and then bringing out your mains, they seem to be bringing out both at the same time which means you dnt get to enjoy your starter as u dnt want your main to go cold!
Mongolian beef omg my fav dish... sadly, has turned into some watery hard and chewy bits of meat that I almost doubt is actually beef - not going to lie was really looking forward to taking my wife here again but we were soo disappointed on soo many levels...
despite some peoples reviews we have been a couple of times not been disappointed with our visits dynamite shrimps are really really good as was rest of food will defiantly be going again
I like the food , it's was delicious but the portion was too small.
I have reviewed PF Changs in the past and it was always the service that let it down.
Went here on Saturday (8th Jan) and had a totally different experience. Whether it was the time of year, or time of day (5pm), or in fact the server (Sebastian)... not sure what changed, but the service throughout was a vast improvement on previous.
The food was excellent as usual - Dynamite Shrimp lovely as always, and I was very pleased with the Sesame Chicken I had. The only let down was the noodles (side dish) - I knew not to expect anything amazing, but there was a small bowl with the most tasteless noodles. Very bland, and not worth the £4.95 I was charged for them!!
Very nice staff, lovely ambiance, food was ok, could have more Asian infusion.
We ordered wings as appetizers and they came after the main course was served. The mongolian beef was salty and extremely chewy. The dynamite shrimps had an eggy smell.
The Dynamite Shrimp is always a must here. I am never disappointed when I go here. The decor always looks amazing
The food was very good, when we got seated by the lovely host, we were shortly approached by the waiter ready to take our order. Loved the good, efficient service.
Second visit in the last few months. I went with friends in November for the first time and insisted on going back with my wife on a city break this weekend. Both times the food has been exquisite with super helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere too. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.
Food was delicious. Chang’s chicken was yummy! Dynamite shrimp was to die for
Everything was perfect
The food was great as expected, but rice and noodle portions were a bit small and prawn noodles were quite bland. The staff their are the best, they seemed so chilled and quick to get back to you although they must be under a lot of stress, they don’t show it. Really appreciate the service.
Everything was great except when we first walked in the hostess was tending to the diners in front of us and that was fine, we waited patiently for our turn. Then she came back after seating them and completely blanked us and went straight to the people who came in after us - no acknowledgement or anything just blatantly blanked us. I was really put off by her attitude but thankfully another hostess came over to us quickly and seated us right away (I got the sense that she saw that the first one was being douchey).
Everything else was amazing as always.
The food is very nice and staff friendly
Food and drinks were great, Samuel gave us amazing service we will definitely be going back. Only thing I would say would be that the host actually look at the type of booking as we had request and I had to remind her
The interior decor was very nice and relaxing. The service was really good and me and my friend were greeted nicely when we walked in.
The range of food options was great. However, the starters could be a bit larger - I paid £10 for 4 chicken dumplings which I don't think was worth it!
Overall, the food tasted food and service was great! Will be coming back again
Very tasty and some of the best food and service Ive had in a while
I was bit disappointed because of ambiance I came first time with my wife on her birthday yesterday I didn’t like the ambiance at all and my table was wonky all the time upside down and table was right next to bar …. I have also asked the floor manager today is my wife birthday would you change my table she said she can’t but she offer me a celebration instead but no one came to celebrate…..but was all good it taste really good .
This is my third visit to P. F Chang's Asian Table and the service was awful! The Bar Lab menu was limited, only one of the cocktails was available! Our mains arrived with no sides. We were later told a side order had not been put through by our waiter! Mains were getting cold while waiting. One side then arrived although we were waiting for two. While we were waiting for the remaining side our food continued to get cold. Though it was placed under the heated lamps at OUR request, when all the food had finally arrived it was warm. There was no offer to recook the main and serve all food hot together! Very disappointed
Awful food, beef overcooked. Dynamite shrimp good. It all depends on the chef and the chef right now is doing a pretty bad job.
Food was good until we noticed there was a fly in the food. we got a 20% discount from our bill though.
Food wasn’t the greatest unfortunately. Service was just ok.
