Good menu. Generous portions. Nice ambience. Nice staff.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We hope you had a great time with us!
Food, Service and Value all on point. Thank you PF Changs, I would totally recommend dining here for delicious food and cocktails.
Thank you for your great feedback. We are so pleased you had a nice meal with us and we look forward to hopefully seeing you again soon.
Absolutely lovely, been here a couple of times now and I can’t fault it. Their dynamite shrimp is to die for!!!!
Thia is really value for money and the food is delicous and tasty. Nice staff, we were here on a Sunday evening and the place was packed. Highly recommended.
Very poor service, staff was ignoring my table the whole time. Had to shout at one of the waiters to get his attention just to place the order as he and two other of his colleagues simply pretended not to see or hear us. The starters were not served all at once, so by the time the last of our four got his, the first two of us almost forgotten what they ordered for main... The food itself was very tasty and the presentation was superb. If I could tip the kitchen staff I definitely would.
Very loud music, hard to converse as you have to shout to hear each other.
I don't think we'll be coming back. Loads of nicer places in this price range around that area.
I booked a table for 7.30pm and arrived a bit early with my girlfriend. We were seated quickly and comfortably. The menu was awesome and we made our choices...rib eye steak, pork dumplings, dynamite shrimp ... fabulous!!! Great service and fantastic atmosphere. Beautiful food too!!!
dainamiate prawns are the best ever
and overall all the other dishes we tried were spot on
Food was amazing!! Excellent value for money. Service was a little slow but it was busy and the food didn’t take too long to come out. The Mongolian beef was amazing! Will definitely be returning
Staff were very friendly even though we were late and had 10mins left to order food . Food was good would come again
Always excellent, superb food and service. Never fails to impress!
The waiters were keen to bring drinks that were paid for and less keen to bring tap water! Had to ask 3 times before tap water was brought.
Front of house service could be improved, unorganised and slow to greet customers. Stood in the doorway for 15 mins before being spoken to. The tables were also quite close together.
Service was super slow in terms of having my order placed to delivering my food. I had to prompt the waiter 3 times to check if food was ready which was waiting to be served
We waited over fifteen minutes to be seated at our table with no apology for making us wait.
Then when we were seated no one came to take our drink orders. We had to ask twice to order so when we did finally order we had been seated for over 25 minutes.
We asked for starters to arrive first followed by mains but the food mostly came out all at once with some dishes later.
We were never asked if we would like anymore drinks etc and our plates were left on our table for a long period of time.
There is no excuse for the poor service as there were an abundance of staff but no one really is tested in serving guests. This is the first time I have refused to give a tip but the service was beyond poor.
Food was delicious! Would definitely come again. At times it was hard to get the waiters/waitresses attention, but the food came very quickly and we were generally happy with the service.
The food was absolutely disgusting. This is the third time I have eaten from here and food was not great at all this time.
Amazing food, great service with friendly staff.
Very poor service with rude host. Waiters were too busy and so non attentive. Food wasn’t hot when it arrived and most of it lacked flavour.
Really enjoyed the tasty food, the Dynamite Shrimp is great, but the service let down the overall experience. Considering I booked well in advance, our table was at the back of the restaurant and to the side so lacked any kind of atmosphere. Our waiter was so inattentive is was shocking really. Every little thing we had to ask for, including clean plates - dishwasher debris was stuck to the plates we were originally served with!
I was pressured to decide what I want to eat. I then ordered food which had more sauce on it than meat. The music was so loud I actually couldn’t hear my friend talk. It gave me a migraine I won’t be coming back anytime soon
Food was not nice at all did not look like the pictures, we attempted to walk on initally not knowing that you could only book and the person dismissively sent us away with no help andwithout advising that there was a booking 15 minutes later which we figured out by ourselves Finally venue wasn’t comfortable.
Pf Chang's restaurant need to expand across UK! Lovely food!
Thank you! We hope to do so very soon!
I've dined here a few time and as usual food was amazing. On this occasion I had booked for 7:15pm but unfortunately I was running late (20 mins approx) due to my Bluetooth not working on my phone I couldn't call them. Sorry upon arriving and explaining the issue we was told our table was no longer available and offered us the high chairs located at the front of the restaurant. I was a bit upset and without causing a fuss I thought I'd expect it. So after ordering a few drinks I decided to visit the WC.. Whilst walking past the tables I noticed there was at least 10-15 tables being vacant. Which I thought was strange because we was offered seats at the front, moments later we was offered a dining table but by then the whole experience was ruined. I understand I was late but causing a fuss and offering us a high seat (bar table) at the front was not needed. This all happend on a Monday night, I kept an eye to see if there was reservations or if any tables had reservations, nothing. Poor service and left a sour taste.
The service was very poor
We waited 15 minutes and weren’t asked if we would like to order a drink
We asked 2 operatives and were curtly told someone would come
It was my birthday treat and we were disappointed
Amazing food, my favourite is the dynamite shrimp. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Very disappointed! My friend and I ordered the Valentine’s Day menu- service was very slow and the bartender did not seem to know how to make my first friends martini order so we had to order something else when we spotted it was incorrectly mixed. The dessert was over frozen to the point of being inedible and when asked for compensation, the waiter promptly gave us the bill citing no changes made and that he couldn’t change the price of the set menu- had to haggle price off the drinks instead! Not the quality service I’m expecting when paying for a set menu and not pleased with lack of responsiveness by staff.
Really lovely food, drinks and atmosphere. It was super busy late on a saturday and the staff were all super quick in serving us...they even helped me within seconds when i set alight to the table!! (soz guys)...will definitely back for a weekly supply of dynamite shrimp!
Unacceptable service, we ordered a beer before our main course.
The main course came out before our beer, we sat and watched our beer sitting at the bar getting warm. Only to be served it 15 minutes later.
Great food, great service. This is our third trip to P.F. Chang’s and won’t be our last. I love their Mongolian beef, it’s one of the best restaurant foods I have eaten.
I really love PF Changs and look forward to visiting. I haven’t been here since Dec 2018, so was befitting to visit for a Valentines celebration on 15 Feb 2020. Unfortunately, this occasion it was not to the standard I expected.
I was seated to my table very promptly for my reservation, which was impressive given how busy they were and the drinks from the bar were very nice. However, the rest of the service was not great on this occasion, I had to request water 6 times before it was given to us and given we had ordered spicy food this was a real downer on the meal.
The waiters in the grey shirts were very pleasant and friendly, however one of the hostesses that wear the black shirts was not as friendly. When I asked to order after waiting some time for a waiter to come over, I received an abrupt response to wait for someone to approach me and walked off.
The dynamite shrimp (my personal favourite) were not as saucy as usual and seemed to be overly done with the batter which ruined the taste of the shrimp. The calamari was not very flavoursome and seemed to lack any effort in cooking as they were very soft. The mains we ordered were mongolian beef (another favourite), kung pao chicken and noodles on the side.
The chicken was extremely salty which added to the thirst that needed quenching and I had asked for the fourth time for tap water by this point. The mongolian beef was very nice, however the portions were lacking in size which was the same for the chicken and noodles. Usually, the portion size at PF Changs is not something I am ever disappointed in, but on this occasion it was.
Dessert was the white chocolate drizzled ball, which was very nice and perfect infusion of dessert items and the popping candy were a pleasant surprise.
On this occasion, PF Changs did not live up to its expectation and was disappointed with the experience. The store was not busier than usual so can’t think of an excuse for the bad experience.
We had to wait over 30 minutes after ordering before our starters had arrived and the restaurant was not at it's full capacity. The arrival of the main course was also slow and one at a time, which meant the your partner's food went cold waiting for your's to arrive.
The management did acknowledge and made some compensation
Food was excellent, however the noodle dishes were far too small as a main dish.
Having dined in some of the US outlets I had high expectations for the London Branch, food was very good and hot but a number of items we wanted off menu weren’t available but we weren’t informed until after we ordered and waited - food arrived but had to wait almost 15 mins for drinks to follow. Servers were polite and apologetic for the slow service and unavailable items. Nice atmosphere and given it was Valentine’s Day it wasn’t too crowded.
Ran out of the wing starter and the alternative spring rolls didn’t even account for this. Drinks took long so left it in the end. Desert took long so had to leave that too
Extremely nice food but small portions.. Quite expensive for what you receive.. Very busy and crowded as we went on valentines.. Service was really good until I went bathroom and someone came and cleaned out table and took my half drunk drink away but they knocked it off the bill for me which was nice.. Best Chinese I’ve had in London hands down!
Staff were friendly. However, the food wasn’t as great as I’ve had before which was disappointing. The fried rice I ordered wasn’t cooked through thoroughly - rice was still a bit hard and when the food was brought out, it wasn’t exactly hot, it was luke warm as if it’d been sitting in the kitchen for some time before it was brought to us. The only thing I enjoyed was the starters which was the prawn dumplings. This was all on the Valentine’s Day menu so I expected great things but we probably should have stuck to the normal menu, but even then, I expected a bit better. I also noticed that all the other tables were decorated with red balloons tied on the chairs but my partner and I didn’t have that and when I questioned the staff, they brought 1 balloon and tied it to my chair too low so that the balloon would hit me in the head every time it moved. It was a bit of a lazy solution and again disappointing. The only thing I was okay with was the friendly welcome, but other than that, quality if food wasn’t great and attentiveness of some of the staff could have been better.
Homophobic Staff, made us feel very uncomfortable. Awful service book elsewhere
Slow service with ok food. I understand it was valentines day but waiter didnt listen correctly to our order. Drinks were slow to come to table, seemed to be the same for the couple beside us.
Great tasting food, arrived quickly and good portions for the price. It was quite loud however next to the kitchen, a table closer to the front of the restaurant would be best.
Based on previous experience I would recommend PF Chang's to others however on this experience the customer service was poor.
I have come to dine here 4 times before.
I was very disappointed with the service.
The food took over 45 minutes to come and it was served cold. I ordered my usual- red chilli shrimp noodles but substitute the shrimp with chicken. When the food was served it was cold and the food was not chilly at all. It tasted very much sweet. The portion size was not the same as their was hardly any noodles. I had introduced my friends and brought them with me to only be disappointed. I informed one of your staff that I was not happy with the food and she walked off. No apology was given nor a substitute of food was offered. The most unexpected took place which was the fact that a service charge was incorporated in the bill. This was disgusting as if a customer is not happy with the food or the customer service provided by the waitress then to have the audacity to add service charge.
I am not happy at all
