Good atmosphere service was good overall good experience recommended
The restaurant was good and nice the lady India is a greater waitress she knows best when making cocktails choices
Really loved this place, and the food was amazing. Everyone needs to try the dynamite shrimps! It was toooooo good. Definitely recommend.
Superb menu - polite servers. The variety on the menu is excellent , quick service and the food was simply delicious! Never leave this place disappointed! The dynamite shrimps are simply the best.
Love P F Changs one of the best places for food in Central London
Went there for my birthday dinner. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff. She was courteous and helped us with the table. Once we decided what were going to eat, we asked a waiter if we can order. Their reply was, one moment and he disappeared for 5 minutes only to come and tell us. "Your waiter" will be with you to take the order. I think any one from the waiting team should be able to take an order. The service was average otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
I recommend getting there famous dynamite shimps they were amazing!!!’
Lovely food only complain was the music was waaay to loud. would go again for sure
Amazing food near Soho. We loved it. Seated us early even though the restaurant seemed full when we arrived. Can’t wait to go back for more Dynamite Shrimp!
I would recommend this restaurant, and I would return, purely for the food that was very nice indeed.
We had booked beforehand and arrived approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Despite there being tables available, and other people (walk-ins) being seated straight away, we were asked to wait by the bar until our time. (I actually saw our table free when I popped to the loo during our wait)
While we were waiting some bloke in a waistcoat (I assume a concierge) decided to make up some tables and re-arranged chairs by dragging them all over the floor - as if the ambiance wasn't lacking already, this noise was both cringing and AVOIDABLE!
The air was filled with the noise of people talking - not a lot you can do about it, but no attempt in using music. And we were sat next to the bar serving area, so not the best seat in the house.
The saving grace is their food - some people describe their dishes as small and expensive, which I won't deny, but the flavours are exceptional and taste very fresh compared to some other Chinese restaurants nearby. I do however think its wrong that when purchasing a main meal you have to buy the rice/noodles separately (some dishes come with, others don't). I mean, when spending £60 on a meal could you not throw in a small tub of rice?
On a side note, the toilets are an experience. Very small unisex cubicles hidden in the basement. Don't mind the concept but KEEP THEM CLEAN. This all adds to the experience, and toilets that are dirty or have paper floating in the sinks (as two of them did) says to me that you just don't care. Take care of your customers in all areas of your restaurant.
Tasty food, especially the famous dynamite shrimp which we ordered 3 portions of!! Even the fried rice was epic. The Sushi was good, not great... but really good value for money, amazing and attentive service too. The only downside was the smoke from the open kitchen... next time we’ll ask for table further away!
Apart from a small hiccup at the beginning (where they tried to seat us on a four people table with another couple) it was an excellent experience. Food was amazing - you have to try the shrimp dumplings and the portion sizes are just right. Service was excellent, our waiter was very attentive and polite. Great value for money as well.
My friends and I had a great time! We are definitely coming back in the future.
Food was amazing. First time trying PF Changs was in LA and the food basically tastes the same. Do wish they still had orange chicken on the menu though.
I have been coming here for the past couple of months and every time I come, its always great food!
Cebrated my 31st hear with my husband, loved it I would highly recommend!!!
The best Asian food ever.
We go to Chang’s when in the States and we’re delighted to find they are now in the Uk.
Their provision of a wide range of Gluten Free (my wife is Ceoliac ) is a major plus.
Only downside is we have to travel from the South Coast- Arundel up to London
Can we have a restaurant down here please?
Restaurant was entirely let down by the service. Waiters would blatantly ignore you when you called them and continue walking. Rice only came after having to remind the waitress we’d also ordered rice. Had to request the bill from 3 different waiters/waitresses. With good reason requested the optional service charge was removed, and the waitress did not seem too pleased which was very clear in her facial expressions. Disappointing.
Nice restaurant, good food but they definitely need to work on making service better.
The staff and food is great! The food comes on time as well. Was disappointed with the Dali Chicken as it was too dry so we couldn’t eat beyond one bite. Rest of the food was yummy.
The service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!
I waited 45 minutes for a waiter to talk with me and order! After many waiters just looked at me and did nothing while I watched them go back and forth to newly seated customers. It was after I said something to the hosts and then 10 minutes later a guy came over with a smirk on his face and said “wana order” with a attitude and then he left and never saw him again! Received my food pretty fast and enjoyed it but had different people come and drop it off. Then I waited and waited and finaly talked to a guy and to get my check and leave. It was so bad and felt unwelcomed and laughed at for being alone. PF Changs definitely needs to work on thie customer service and timing. I could of been part of the HR team or a Food Critic and would have been very harshly anylizing every aspect on the way everything was handled. Definitely makes PF Changs looks like they have bad customer service.
This is one of mine and my partners favourite restaurants, we even bought our friends here for a double date night. Everything was perfect but I must say it is annoying when the mains do not come to out together and other people are sitting at the table with no food.
You have to try the purple colada (cocktail). We ordered a lot of starters and shared them, they were all delicious especially the beef with the greens (can’t remember what it was called). Looking forward to going back and having some of the mains!!!
Great venue, tasty food. The only downside was that we were told upon entering the restaurant that we could only have our table for 1.5 hours - as this had not been said to us when booking this was a surprise and very disappointing and we were hoping to have a nice evening with plenty drinks, courses (including dessert).
Went a month ago and was excellent, went today and meaningfully downhill. No kids menu anymore, prawn dumplings were hard and sweet and sour chicken was very over cooked and seemed like whole restaurant was being served by one waiter (who to be fair was working very hard to handle everything)
Areally great evening from the food which was outstanding, the service was great and had a lovely personal touch to the whole ambience. A great event in London all round 😊
i didnt enjoy the food to much spicy sauce on my prawn starter and the rice was horrible so grainy
We were told our reservation was for 90mins when we arrived, the food took over an hour to arrive. No apologies or reason given by the waiter. As always the food was amazing, however service was poor but service charge was added automatically to the bill!!
Food is good, but severely under staff. Friendly staff but slow service, we order a drink and I had to remind the waiter to bring it as we were almost finishing the lunch. Watch out the cleanliness, the fork was dirty and I had to ask to change.
I hope they manage to fix it, as I really like their food.
Really awful service. We had a 1.30pm reservation for 3 people for which we arrived on time. Lady says can you wait to the side whilst we get the table ready.... Then disappears but keeps telling other people they can wait for a table and leave their contact details. She flits around and ignores for 15 minutes until I ask her is it going to be ready soon? She says it will be any minute now as she's just got the table ready. We continue to be ignored untill I go into the restaurants asking 3 staff members why have we been waiting for 30 minutes despite arriving promptly for our reservation?! Another few minutes pass until they seat us in a table that's only just been vacated. There were over 26 set seats empty whilst we were waiting so why not seat us sooner?!!! Whilst we got a complimentary drink for the delay they still tried changing for service charge.... I don't think so. Food was okay but also slow and one main came after the first 2. Highly unrecommended.
The service was poor and very slow. The food generally was good but the tempora was too oily. But I would go there again not at a busy time or day , maybe during the week would be a better idea to go there.
Delicious , spicy and top quality food..... very clear pictures on the menu which really show how the food will look..... portions were very good.... and the service was excellent..... the setting has a casual laid back decor.... so the crowd and ambience was such..... overall, it was a good dining experience and I will definitely want to go back there again.... thanks
After booking a table we arrived at the restaurant, we had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated which was ok because we got a drink at the bar. When we were taken over to the table it was quite busy as it was a Friday night so a little bit of a tight squeeze. However the food was brilliant the service was a slightly slow but as I said it was a Friday night so was understandable. I would recommend it because the food did live up to the standard.
Nice setting, good quality food, food comes out very fast aswell.
Superfriendly atmosphere och superfriendly staff. Came here for the third time, first time with my family, and we really appreciated it. Great thanks especially to Alice Bailey which is a superpro!
Food was okay, but vastly outweighed by terrible service. 1.5hr time limit for table, but order not taken until 25 mins of being seated. Drinks arrived well after the food did, had to ask various members of staff repeatedly. Food items missing from order. No attempt by any members of staff to follow up on issues or offer gesture of goodwill.
All in all not really worth it.
A very impressive first visit at P.F. Chang’s.
Due to dietary requirements I only eat halal meat so this was a perfect find in the center of London.
Booking a table was made as easy as ever with OpenTable, we were running a little late but they kindly held the table for 20mins which was appreciated.
The food was gorgeous, the mains did take a little while to come to the table, but aside from that we really enjoyed everything.
One negative if there was one is that the steak was a little on the grizzly side, we didn’t want our other mains to get cold so we didn’t complain but I will make sure I make the request of the steak not being too fatty next time.
Can’t wait to visit again
Nice atmosphere and good food at a reasonable price
The food was really delicious for the price paid. The lady who took us to our table was really lovely. However, I was very disappointed overall with the service as they took ages for our drinks to come and we waited 20 mins for our cutlery to come so I decided to get up and get my own cutlery and plates. The ambience was perfect, the food top notch... they just need to fix up on there level of service.
The staff were very nice and welcoming. The food was good but not worth the price stated.
