First time visiting p.f chang, the food was nice, good use of seasonings, however the noodle dishes portions are fairly small in comparison to the rice.
Service and food was good, but cutlery was dirty- was given a used glass which had murky water inside it.
Ended up waiting over two mins after the reservation time which was super annoying
Great food! Really nice atmosphere. Service once at your table could be better though
Food was overpriced and taste wasn't great. Service was terrible had to ask for service several times. If you're expecting original PF Changs experience then dont come here.
Food was amazing great atmosphere beautiful wine. Was recommend by a friend and we not disappointed. Highly recommended this place.
The food is awesome and spicy, very tasty.
The staff is very polite and ambitious, trying to host everyone. Definately, a clean place, with a very nice atmosphere ! We have been there twice akready and would recommend it to others.
I had hair in my food, the service was poor i wont be going back.
Meeting a childhood friend
The food was ok though I would say over priced for the portions. The service was poor it took us 20mins to get served. Our drinks took a while to come out though we could see that they were ready. Considering the World Cup semis were on, there weren’t too many people in the restaurant. The staff seemed relaxed and slow to act.
First time at P.F.Changs, a birthday treat and pre theatre lunch place to go.
very good service, we politely explained that we had a show to attend and only had an hour for food. waiter was very good, efficient and recommended us some great meals off the menu. Would Highly recommend a visit!
The food is great - could not fault it however service was very slow and not expected for a restaurant at this level. The toilets were disgusting (flies in cubicals, smell, no toilet rolls, wet floor under toilet). It was just awful. I read reviews prior to going with girlfriends but wanted to see for myself as I've heard great things about the one in dubai but this is poor. We had to keep asking for everything, ate in the same plates, empty plates were just being pushed to the side of the table instead of being picked up from the table and if you wanted anything you have to wait for the specific waiter who has your table, no other person can do anything for your table other than bring food over. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.
Service was incredible, we had a very attentive waiter serving us. Made a request for a special birthday dessert, when making the booking and they did not disappoint. Would definitely return!
Food was amazing & so was the service waiters... although the hostesses upon arrival seemed quite new and confused- very different from my first experience here but overall food was great!
Shocking service. Had to chase a waiter down multiple times in order to get served. I’ve had better Chinese food at my local takeaway.
Having eaten a number of times at PF Changs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Seattle, I was delighted to see they had opened in London, so on a recent trip to the city, went out of my way to secure a table and get some dynamite prawns!
The food standard was good, chefs have clearly done a lot of work to get the food out quickly and the quality was maintained to the high standards set by the other PF Changs around the world. The service however was a massive disappointment.
We ordered our food, starters and mains and asked for them to be served as such. My starter arrived however, my wife was left waiting for hers for 10 minutes. Annoyingly we could see it sat on the hot rack waiting to be collected by the serving staff. The restaurant you should note was at most 20 covers, so not in the slightest busy or to the capacity of the design. The serving staff instead preferring to talk among themselves. We managed to flag someone down and get the starter. After 4 minutes of my wife starting to eat her starter course, our mains arrived without warning and while we where still eating. Rather than offering to keep the food back, the server started to try and place our main courses around our very small 2 seater table.
At no point during any of the courses were we offered additional drinks or indeed asked how our meal was.
After finishing our mains, about 20 minutes later we were asked if we wanted sweets to which I simply asked for the manager. Full credit to the manager, they listened to our concerns and explained that they had a number of new members of staff and this was having an impact on service.
Overall, the service is the reasons why I would be unlikely to return to PF Changs in London. They aren't the only Chinese restaurant in London after all and for the prices that are being charged, the service needs to be massively improved. I would personally recommend venturing into China Town rather than PF Changs for a more authentic meal and service.
Went to p f Chang’s in Sarasota and loved.
Brought a friend for belated birthday lunch was telling how good the one in America was.
Sadly the service was awful, rude, grumpy, got order wrong. Food was good but not worth it because of bad service.
Really disappointed, spoiled our day.
I am a regular customer in PF Changs Costa Rica and the food in London Restaurant was defenetely same taste.
Amazing foood, great vibe and really good service !!!!!!!!!!!
Nice food and nice venue but very overpriced for what it is.
Amazing staff so accommodating! Thank you so much again
Wonderful experience. Good customer service.
Would definitely come again and encourage others to give it a try!
Really poor customer service. They paid little or no attention to us and every request was met with a long delay. 20 minutes from the initial drinks order to their delivery that was once we'd actually been acknowledged.
There was no explanation that food comes out when it's ready, luckily we were sharing or the 10 minute wait between the first starter being delivered and the second would have made for an awkward moment and definitely glad we weren't there for a date.
Service charge is usually a sign that customer service is poor, this place is the perfect example.
The food was okay, but not good enough to compensate for the really disappointing waiting times and service.
Staff were friendly and welcoming, the wait for the food was very short; I tried the Chang’s Chicken and had Mash as a side, both of which were very good. I’d definitely go back.
Unbelievably hot inside, made the whole meal unpleasant.
Nice food, great service and convenient location. Just as good as any of the chain in the USA.
Really good food bit on the expensive side but well worth it.
Beautiful food from starter to desert.
Service was very efficient and nice. Will def. go back there!
Slow service, waited about 15/20 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Took another 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Wasn’t busy when we went.
Food was average, nothing special. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go again.
Excellent food (noodles and dynamite shrimp), but too much noise
Best advice is avoid this restaurant, only thing authentic is the name, food poor and expensive for what you get. The starters and the mains came at the same time so main was cold by time we got through starters. Tried to complain to manager who said he would be back in a minute but after 25 mins gave up and paid bill and left the table which has still all the dishes still in it !! Could have got a better Chinese meal for half the price in china town.
Food was delicious although very small portions. I would say you need 2 / 3 dishes each for your main meal, plus a side of noodles or rice each. We ordered starters and mains, the mains tuned up and we assumed starters would arrive once they were ready, but once we had finished our mains, they offered us dessert menu, so they missed our starter order which was disappointing. We would probably go back for the set lunch menu which looks good value.
Booked a table at 10.45pm on Opentable. Once we arrived we sat at the bar for a few minutes and were then seated. Drinks and food were ordered at the same time, with drinks arriving promptly. Food took a very long time to come, with over 35 minutes wait - we were absolutely starving when we got in, so a long wait was quite irritating. We had ordered the dynamite shrimp, sushi, egg fried rice and honey chicken, with all the dishes arriving at the same time. The dynamite shrimp was lovely, however they ran out of the traditional glasses they are served in. The sushi was not very pleasant at all and did not look very appetising, we only tried 2 of the pieces. I would never order sushi from here again, if you are craving sushi there are better places to visit. The honey chicken was okay, as well as the egg fried rice. I think there are much better places to visit rather than PF Changs.
I have visited the PF Changs in Dubai and absolutely loved it, therefore I was expecting the same experience. I would probably visit again and give it another try and order slightly different dishes.
We arrived 15 minutes late to booking so we couldn’t be seated right away which was fine but waited half an hour for a table which was unreasonable due to the place being nearly half empty. Other than that the food and service was good.
It was incredibly loud, the music was on so loud so people had to shout to speak to one another. This was quite unpleasant. The portions of food for the price was a bit disappointing but the kung pao chicken was really good. Service was decent, not sure if its worth paying the £9 service charge for though. Overall overpriced for what you get, but I would get take away for the kung pao chicken if I was craving it enough.
Food was half decent however the service was pretty much the worst and slowest service I have ever had in my life. You would get your food faster if you ordered from abroad. The staff were extremely rude and ignored us every time we tried to call them. Drinks are your usual price of £10 however, the glass was more empty than full. I personally would never go back and do not suggest anyone else to go either. The 12.5% service charge is not worth paying. The worst part of our dinner was witnessing one of the waiters flirting with the guests sitting next to us which was very cringe and unprofessional. I would highly recommend Novikov instead which do very similar but much better quality food and 100% better service.
Amazing food with really great service! Would definitely recommend, all staff really friendly!
I was recommended to try PF Changs and I was not disappointed. The shrimp starter was amazingly tasty, the ambience really good with plenty of room between each table that you didn't feel cramped in and/or could hear other dinner parties conversations.
I will be returning!
My daughter’s 15th birthday and Father’s Day
Was on time for our table at 10:15 but was delayed by 20mins and waited also service wasn’t great at all I believe the manager needs to train waiters and waitresses and be more organised and getting orders correct.
