    I love PF Chang,s, but they keep taking things off of the menu so the choices are getting slimmer😱 The service was not as good as I'm used to, the waitress was not as attentive.

    When we arrived, the hostess could not find our reservation for 7. It took a while for her to finally admit she had not looked at the OpenTable system. I was getting irritated as it would have been difficult to seat 7 people on short notice. Finally was seated after much back and forth. The food was just OK - not nearly as good as it has been in years past. Perhaps other locations are better.

    Reservation at 530. Checked in at 520, waited 15 minutes and then asked again and was seated. Waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. Waitress seemed like she was assigned in another area but waited on us. She was great, and food was also great. Will be back.

    Food took over an hour and even then not everything was brought out together. Once of the meals was incorrect. Service was very slow. Table across from us was changing their child’s diaper on the table in the middle of the restaurant. I know it was a customer and not the restaurant but they could have provided direction to a restroom with a changing table.

    This was a wonderful experience for my ladies group as a Christmas dinner and gift exchange location. Two of the ladies wanted to order beef and we found out that there were no beef products at all in the restaurant. There was also no decaf coffee available. We found this to be very strange. Poor planning on their part? Supply chain issues? The food that we ordered was very good. The desserts were outstanding. Chocolate cake and soufflé. We did not feel rushed and were allowed to take our time. We will definitely return.

    The food is still good. We asked for the appetizers to be brought in first, and then the main course. Unfortunately everything was brought is at the same time. By the tiem we had the main course it was cold.

    We were a big party, seven people. We ordered drinks as soon as we sat down. After 15 minutes we changed to a different waitress who took our drink orders again. After 45 minutes we got our drinks. The food order was given to the second waitress at the same time as the drinks. Staff kept coming from the kitchen with food that we didn't order every few minutes, it was as if they did not use table numbers at all, so they could not tell what was ours and what belonged to other tables, just a continuous process of bringing dishes out and asking "who had this" to each table. After about 30 minutes of this everyone had their food, but not all at once, and at one point an appetizer came out 10 minutes after a main course. Then at the end of the meal the waitress delivered checks that were completely wrong. We waited and waited for corrected versions, for another half hour. Finally the manager came out and said that our checks could not be straightened out and that our whole meal would be complementary. So I guess all's well that ends well, but overall not a pleasant or smooth experience!

    I was 15 min late prior to 8 o clock reservation, the front reception did not care what do ever but to have rude vibe and rude feedback. “ you did came 15 min late soooo it’s our policy” if it’s company strict policy I respect it, if it’s mangers policy or front just being choosy then I do no respect that, but to have them evaluated and explain why that happened, and no sense of acknowledgment for my dads Birthday... Everything else was amazing I will come back again, but I hope and pray I don’t get to see those girls..

    The food is consistently good- not bad and not amazing. Portions are small for the price and quality but the ambiance helps make up for it! Over the past 15 years or so we’ve seen the dining room go from packed, hour plus wait to hardly anyone in there. Only 4 tables on a Sunday at noon. The wait staff is hit or miss and overall has gone down hill. We will continue to go on occasion to have something different but it is not our first pick.

    Booked a reservation on open table for 6:15pm and had a email to prove it. They did not have the reservation and we waited for 30 minutes. Had requested a booth in the reservation and gave us a non booth until I complained. Served me plain ice tea when I ordered mango and was told it came from the mango container! Taste buds do not lie. Ordered 2 appetizers with chang sauce and chili paste and received it when we were almost done. Server was not attentive and did not care. Fyi, this was my birthday dinner!

    This location looks and feels dirty. The table tops need to be updated. The plates on our table were not clean, greasy looking with finger prints on them.

    The waiters and manager were more concerned with getting tables set up (loud and disturbing) than refilling my water- had to walk to the bar, very slow service for a day when there’s weren’t a ton of people there, got busier later but this was at least 20 mins after putting our order in. What could have been a 45 min meal was over an hour

    We used Open Table to make reservations at P. F. Changs due to having tickets for a concert at Smart Fonancisl Center. Our table was waiting for us at the scheduled time. Drinks and dinner were great, and we were able to dash off to make it to the concert with plenty of time! Awesome excuse to enjoy great food offered by P.F. Chang’s!

    The restaurant was so cold even with a coat on it was too cold to enjoy our meal. We asked to be moved to a warmer location but the new location was just as cold. When we told the manager about this issue she told us other people told her the same thing. The manager did nothing to correct this issue. The tables are worn and dirty looking, and need to be updated.
