So let me start by saying we had a reservation at 6 PM iwe waited 20 minutes to be sat down we ordered wine and an appetizer and I also ordered our dinner at the same time 10 minutes later a waitress came up to us and told us he had to leave because his wife’s got into car accident and I understand that he told us there was another waitress that’s going to help us out so we finished our appetizer and we waited 20 minutes then 30 minutes and 40minutes still no dinner we asked her later what happened to our food and she says it was not put in yet so my husband and I just left questions I have to say the girl at the desk she was very rude very disappointed and that was that is one of my favorite restaurants and I don’t know if I’ll be coming back yet thank you
Went to try their new Peking Duck. That was so-so. Otherwise, decent, filling & consistent meal as always
My family and I went to the Sawgrass location to celebrate my birthday. Maybe 5 tables in the whole restaurant were used. Waitress was great. She was friendly and engaging however the hostess who greeted us was unfriendly and the man who bused the tables was not friendly and left our table with plates and dishes that needed to be removed. Also no one came over to fill our water glasses. The music was also too loud. If not for the waitress and the delicious food, the night would have been a bust.
Food tasted great, a little overpriced but worth it.

Great food and great service but music was exhaustingly loud. We sat outside so it wouldn't be as loud as inside, but music was crazy loud. Server said it was "controlled by corporate and local management could do nothing about it! That's TERRIBLE! We will likely NOT go back until this issue is resolved which will likely be NEVER!

the food was not up to par with other PF Changs that I have visited in the past. The server was not very attentive. We had to find her to request silverware and and drink refills, e4tc. I for one will not recommend this location and will not return.

Server was very very slow. I had chicken Thai and there were only a few small pieces of chicken in dish.
Server was very slow delivering our meal and took a very long time to provide our bill and to complete the transaction.

Good Food with consistently good service!
I was shocked with the portion of the meals. I’ve been dinning at pf changs for so many years and the food was always good and enough. Fair according with the price. But this time they charge the same and the portion on everything was so tiny compared with before. We didn’t get the value of we paid. So disappointed.

I. Am gluten free and have other allergies. The manager sat with us an explained everything. He was able to accommodate us and the waiter was great. Waiter was Ali and manager was Mike
The staff couldn’t be any more bored and disinterested if they tried. Food in the chain’s Asia and Middle East restaurants is much better than here - avoid!
Did not get seated until after 5:30 for a 5:15 reservation and tons of empty tables. Hostess was not helpful and the manger Ashley was even less helpful with an attitude. Never going back.

Although we were compensated, by the manager of PFChang’s in Sawgrass, our overall experience was far from perfect. We ordered a bowl of egg drop soup. It came out in a smaller bowl than previous times and was cold. We were told by our wonderful waiter that they now have newer plates and bowls which do not hold the temperature of the soup. The soup was sent back three times. The manager took it off our bill. We ordered two main entrées: Shrimp and Lobster Sauce, with extra sauce on the side and Peking Duck. The Shrimp and Lobster Sauce was delicious. The Peking duck was excellent as well, until we cut the meat off the leg. The leg was pink and the meat raw. Obviously, we wouldn’t eat it. The manager kept coming to check on our meal. Delicious cheese cake and Chocolate Lava cake were desserts. We were told that new owners took over this particular PF Chang’s recently. We were extremely disappointed on our overall meal, even though there were things taken off the check. We were there for 2 1/2 hours. The waiter was excellent and was not the reason for our disappointment. Although we ate at this PF Chang’s in Sawgrass, Sunrise, FL for years, we will eat elsewhere until this changes.
The food was good. The music was too loud to hear my lunch companions talk. Even thought it was lunch and everyone was ordering off the lunch menu and my menu was open to the lunch page, they brought and charged me for dinner bc I ordered Mongolian Beef instead of Mongolian Beef Bowl. Lol. I don’t normally dine here and had no idea I needed to make that distinction. It seems like the kind of thing the waitress should be on the look out for.
Our server was fantastic however the menus were dirty and sticky (every page). The seats at our booth were pealing. The restaurant just felt unkept. The orange chicken was “ok” at best. Mongolian beef was great!

This was the worst Open Table experience I have ever had. The attendant complained that I used Open Table to book a table and said she should have ‘closed’ it off. We were seated, but it took an hour to get our food (lunch) and half the tables were empty???
The washrooms were gross and there were no paper towels.

I can't stand the loud techno music..
I've eaten at P.F. Chang's many times over the years, and, several times at this particular location in Sunrise. Every previous occasion I would have rated as very good or excellent. This time it was different. Not the service so much but the food quality and not just one dish. Yes, the service was slow but it was a busy Friday night and the server was otherwise attentive. However, we noticed the menu had changed, a lot, and after trying several of the new selections of appetizers and entrees we found them weak (taste or size) or lacking in other ways. The drink menu changed as well and seemed to be a below-average pour on our mixed drinks. On a hunch, suspecting management or something had changed, I found that the Company had been sold to an Investment Group earlier this year. This chain is off our list now. Hope you have better luck.

For a Sunday with very people inside the restaurant the service was not what it should have been. We had to ask for our appetizer so that it would come out before our meal.
It came out with our meal as did the other appetizer.
There wasn’t more than 5 tables occupied at the time.
Food was ok..not what PF Chang’s signature brand represents. Very disappointed.

Not sure what happened with the service this time around because last time I was there both the service and food was amazing. But some things were really off this time around. The music was way too high - very loud it was hard to hear people at the table. The service was bad - the waitress kept disappearing because she had other tables on the other side of the restaurant. We had to keep asking for the table to be cleared because those people coming around to drop the food were not picking up the dirty plates. Not good service and the soup was cold when it arrived at our table. Not the best of service this time around.

I love PF Chang’s. My friend and I sat down close to the bar and were able to talk easily. Suddenly the music was turned up extremely loud and we could not hear any each other. I asked my waiter Sean to please turn the music down so we can speak to each other. He did. He was very accommodating and a great waiter. The food was fabulous.

Atmosphere was too busy for my taste. Most of the food was excellent. Fried rice was super bland and didn’t have much added besides rice, soy and oil.
