45 minute wait even with a reservation, despite the table being available the whole time. Food came out 15-20 minutes apart for everyone and cold, even missing ingredients of the dish.

My reservation was not in the system however I was seated right way. It took a little longer than expected after seating for someone to approach the table.
The great service of the server made up for it.

We got there early but they were already cleaning up with brooms etc all over the restaurant. We didn't get seated for about 5 minutes. The Server was great but overall we did not feel welcome.

WE were seated very quickly thanks to a young man name Ciphus who accommodated us with a baby. Followed by outstanding service by our waiter Devin who was just pleasant and informative with drinks and menu. But the ambiance was hot, and spot lights right over our head, adding to an uncomfortable ambiance, which I went up to the check in lobby and asked the manager if he could adjust and lower the a/c or dim the lights, he said he take care of it. Well one hour later as our desert was being given, is when they decided its time to accommodate. So that was disappointing..not fun eating a meal with a spot light over your head and ac not cooling....lets hope next time its a better experience.

When this PF Chang’s opened years ago, it was managed by a lady named Jeanne. She ran a really great operation. While it may seem insignificant, I remember that the servers were required to ensure that plates were placed in front of guests with the PF Chang’s logo at 12 o’clock.

Little things like that aren’t so little ... in addition to keeping the brand in front of diners, it requires staff to always be vigilant in the details that create the difference from eating to dining.

Because of average or less than average experiences at PF Changs Falls location, we ceased dining there years ago but decided to give it a whirl again.

There was no greeting from the server, just going through the motions. Just two of us dining but 4-top was set for four and the two additional set ups were never cleared. The appetizer was delivered after the entree despite ordering it separately 5 minutes ahead of ordering the entrees. When I brought it up to the server, he blamed it on a busy kitchen. Rule number one, customers just want resolution and or a simple apology, not “reasons” why the things weren’t handled as they should have been. The beer I ordered from the list was not available so another had to be ordered. The lack of the server waiting on our table and checking on our needs was frustrating. My wife’s Pad Thai was horrific ... didn’t taste like a Pad Thai that either of us had ever experienced. If not MSG, there was something in it that caused her to become swollen and gave her a headache.

Needless to say, we long for the original days of the PF Chang’s quality and will not return.

I wish I would have kept our servers name. He was excellent given we were a group of 15. He got all our orders correctly and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Meegan our waitress was attentive and did a great job answering our questions. She has a pleasant personality. The service was excellent she check with our party frequently.

There was cardboard in our food. Our server was so nice but unfortunately for him, everything was wrong the restaurant. Some of the items on the menu were unavailable, the floor was nasty, the booth broke on one of the customers, we found cardboard in our fried rice. Just awful.

The food has declined here. The “new” Mongolian beef appetizer was tasteless, freezer burnt, and actually burnt. The lo mein noodles were mushy and not even noodles anymore from over cooking. Vegetables soggy. Hardly even warm and overly sweet tasting. Service was great, she paid attention to our drinks but we won’t visit again because it was not worth the bad taste.

We had booked a reservation for 6 people on Open Table for P.F. Changs on Mother's Day. We were seated within 5 minutes, and got a nice, comfortable booth. We had a server named Steven that was exceptional. The food was excellent. My wife and I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce entree that was loaded with delicious shrimp. The loaded fried rice was amazing. Overall, from the reservation on Open Table, to the service and food, Mother's Day couldn't have gone any smoother.

I love the food here, especially the chicken noodle soup. The soup offsets the excessively noise dining area and the not so efficient service. Lately, I order my soup and go elsewhere for quiet dining.

Overall dining experience was great. This definitely isn’t the first time, nor will it be the last; “SERVICE” today (12-23-18) was outstanding! Food is always great…although, I truly believe food is even better when you have great service as well. Most of the portions are appropriate, however, some plates seem small (i.e. the fried rice). As usual, the restaurant is a little loud, but that’s to be expected. One of my favorite places…delicious food, excellent service, what’s not to like or recommend!

This is second timei in two weeks when we have had a reservation which seemed more like a waitlist. Second time we have had over a 35 minute wait after our reservation time. Service was excellent. Food was good. Chairs and tables felt sticky. Noticed that on previous visits as well. Recommend Mongolian beef and chicken.
