The vermicelli with pork belly is the best!!
Lovely atmosphere and great food. Will definitely go back again. Me and husband went there for a date night at the weekend. The Groupon voucher was a good deal becaudebyou get to try so much food and the pho was delightful.
No frills rustic setting but fresh delicious food very good value
Been here before, this time it wasn't good as before. Comfy pork burger was way better the time we visited before. Service could be way better, on our entrance waiter was rather rude and looked down on us. We are coming to enjoy the food and we were expecting a welcoming and great atmosphere, but it was far from it.
Great ribs and a fantastic pork belly burger. We’ll be back the food was very tasty and reasonably priced for the West End.
Good as always
Great value set menu. Tasty food and lots of gluten free options - so all round good experience
Food was good, but portions a little on the smaller side. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the place is a little cramped in there.
Execellent food and great value for money. Recommend the coconut ice and coffee pudding!
Lovely staff and great food! Came here for a lone lunch experience and it was awesome. Great portions and brilliant taste. The Bao Burger was definitely an experience - I recommend you try it! The restaurant wasn’t too busy at the time I dined here but giving how great valued the food is, I would not be surprised if its a popular spot in the evenings! I would come here again 100%!
We had the set menu with a group of girls for a night out. We were all so full of beautiful food when left. Amazing night
Great value, friendly service, tasty food. But on the hottest day if the year having no aircon wasn't ideal, but it added to the Vietnam vibe
The food was amazing! The atmosphere was great too -relaxed and chilled. We had the offer of four courses and a drink - such a great deal. Go for the iced coconut desert -lovely.
The place has real feel of Vietnam and the food is fresh and delicious. Waiters are attentive but not pushy. I’ll be back, as will my friend.
Food very delicious - loved it, would deffo go back
Conveniently located little place. Great food and service. Would be good to see them not use plastic straws though.
A very small bit intimate dining experience with really great food. Very friendly attentive staff, food was really good. Would definitely go again!
Nice casual dining, food was fine but I wouldn't say that the food was authentic.
Food was really nice, tasty and huge main portions.
Unfortunately service wasn't attentive at all.
Pretty dissapointing, as place is very small and every table is visible, had feeling of being ignored.
Service charge was included into the bill, which I wasnt over the moon to pay.
There are a lot of average places for pho in London but this place is my favourite (just for the pho) so 5 stars for that! Delicious. Service however was pretty bad this time. I've been here a few times and this time was poor. I mentioned I had a booking on Open Table and the waitress just looked at me blankly (lucky there were spare tables). Had to catch the same waitress' attention just to ask for menus 10 minutes after being seated. Then the starters (spring rolls) came out and it was served in a little wicker basket but the dipping sauce placed inside it had tipped over in the basket so the sauce was dripping through the holes in the weaved basket. The waitress still carried it to our table with her hand under the basket catching the dripping liquid and put it on the table, passing over our drinks with her hand catching the drops. The sauce then made a big mess on the table. What was she thinking?! I'd have gladly waited if she only went and put the food in a new basket or dish and carried the sauce on the side. I noticed there was a sign on the restaurant looking for new staff - yes! Get new staff who know what decent service is!! The stupid thing is, we still paid the 12.5% service charge because I guess "that's what's done in London". If it wasn't for the tasty pho I would have made a fuss and refused to pay it. This restaurant was a favourite of mine but after this experience I'm re-thinking whether I should return.
Great choice on the menu including wonderful Vegetarian options. We went for the set lunch which had brilliant choices. Also sampled a few of their delicious cocktails. Well worth the visit
Lovely food at a good price Pre theatre meal and food arrived quickly but freshly cooked
Food was delicious as usual.
small, cosy restaurant. Authentic feel. Delicious and well priced.
Would definitely recommend
Great food before heading to the theatre. Very tasty and promptly served.
Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The staff were very friendly, however, I felt that the food standard was not very good and I have tried better Vietnamese food elsewhere. It is difficult to pinpoint exactly what was the weakness, but the dishes were not particularly taste. There are a lot better alternatives, particularly, in its location.
Food was delicious but the service was quite slow and the waitresses spent a lot of time chatting/ looking at their phones when we were trying to get their attention
Too eager to get rid of us in the evening after last orders...
Food was really tasty-I tried the bao burger which is a really original idea.
The food was reasonably sized and freshly prepared, but the service was poor. There were too few waiting staff in a very cramped space . It took ten minutes to catch their attention to place an order, and later our drinks sat waiting on the counter as nobody was available to serve them. I expect the place is a lot nicer at quiet times in the day so would not recommend visiting of an evening, but would rate the fresh and tasty food!
I love this place, great food, sensibly priced, very polite and friendly staff. Well worth a visit
Awful service and aggressive and patronising email front open table telling us off for "not attending" when we did attend- I was 5 mins early and ran to ensure this did not happen- and spent over 70 GBP for terrible lacklustre service! Open table then send generic apology templates as opposed to checking with the restaurant first if we did attend!! An awful way to end an average evening. Based on the Customer Services lacklustre and basic response I will never use Open table again!
Pleasant and prompt service and delicious food. Very cosy but worth-it!
A solid value option with a fairly no frills atmosphere. Tables are packed closely together but this is to be expected. The bao burgers are really good and the seafood pho was excellent.
Food as good as always
It was absolutely freezing - everybody in the restaurant had their coat on and it was still cold. The service was also poor and we left after waiting 30 minutes for our dessert.
Very nice restaurant. The food was very tasty and there were lots of options in the menu, however we weren't very happy with the service as we had to wait quite a lot of time for the food and drinks.
My parents and I had a wonderful time!!
Very nice food and good value for money. Tiny restaurant and can feel crowded, though we were lucky to get a nice table downstairs that felt more private. All my friends loved it.
£9.95 two course menu was excellent, very flavoursome and I would definitely recommend a visit.
