This food was off the chart just like the service. I wish the music wasn’t so loud but it was still great.
We loved it and will return to try more menu items!
Three weeks ago my wife and I had an excellent brunch so we returned for dinner on a Saturday with another couple.
The service was professional and the dishes were beautifully composed, balanced, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. True fine dining quality at its best. I attached several photos so you can see for yourself.
A particular stand-out was the rack of lamb. I've eaten versions of this dish in restaurants all over the world and Piaf's version of it was among the very best I've ever encountered.
In summary, Piaf is now my favorite area restaurant and will become a regular dinner spot for us going forward.
The food was phenomenal! So much variety and tasty. They have vegan and gluten free options as well. Literally something for everyone. We each had a pre dinner cocktail as well which was great and wine with dinner. Great pairings. The patio was temperature controlled and their was acoustic music playing so it was a great Friday night dinner atmosphere.
The food and service were very good during our visit. The flatbreads are excellent, and there are a number of great shareable dishes we tried. We’ll definitely go back, again.
The food was bland with the exception of the flatbreads (really, just the one with truffle) and the hummus. The service was spotty and someone from the restaurant stole my credit card and tried to use it. Do yourself a favor and pay in cash.
The food at Piaf is excellent for lunch however the dinner servings were quite small for the amount of money that they cost. Also they need an accompaniment of a vegetable at the very least to make it more appealing. There was A customer at the bar who was exceptionally loud and obnoxious which definitely distracted from our experience but that’s not the restaurants fault. I highly recommend Piaf! The ambience is excellent and makes up for the small portions! I missed Kim’s attention to detail though.
I love the ambiance and its location. Drinks were yummy service is spectacular. Unfortunately, the food was too cold.
Overall a great experience. Fun atmosphere esp the patio area.
Great food and loved sitting on the rooftop bar.
This place is GREAT. First visit tonight. Everything was amazing.
Wonderful food and excellent service.
First time at Piaf and was happy overall with the experience. The ambiance was perhaps a little more upscale than I was expecting. Not necessarily bad but will have a better idea the next time we visit. Service was outstanding.
Food was really well-prepared and tasty. Main downside was overall value of the meal. I’ve no issue with smaller portions of great quality food, but that should come with an appropriately scaled price tag. A 3oz portion of salmon with a few bites of lentils and a sauce is not worth the menu price. A side-sized portion of salad will set you back nearly the cost of a dinner portion at most places. Drinks also extremely expensive compared to similar elsewhere.
Overall good but not rotation-worthy due to value.
Great job! First time to dine and will definitely be back. The food, decor and staff are all amazing! We had a private room in back for our large group that was quiet and allowed us to have a great time.
Everything about our evening at Piaf was wonderful! The food was exquisite, both in taste and presentation. Service from Monte was attentive and personal. Even the owners came by to check on us. Certainly recommend Piaf for any special occasion.
Fun atmosphere with great food. Unique flatbread dishes and fantastic Brussels sprout appetizer. Jay kept careful I’ll but not overbearing tabs on us. Very busy for Valentine celebrations so it was pretty noisy but still pleasant.
The little bird drink was in a fun glass, but the wife didn’t like it. It tasted like straight booze. They gave us another drink at no cost, great server and experience. We will be back.
Valentines dinner, it was fabulous. We had the Lamb shank and Sea Bass, they were excellent! Good wine list as well!
This is a neighborhood gem, great Mediterranean food and great wine list! Is a great spot for everyday dining, a date night, or special occasion. Looking forward to warm spring and summer nights up on the roof top lounge/dining area to watch the beautiful Texas sunsets to the west.
Food, Service and Atmosphere were very good. Reservation was make 4 days ahead. Unfortunately, they put six adults (3 men, 3 women) in a booth and it was an uncomfortably tight fit. We asked to be moved but there were no tables available. Moral of the story: If you make a reservation for six, make sure you ask for a table.
Pre Valentine dinner. Lovely drinks and great dinner. I had the double pork chop and my husband had the sea bass. Both were fabulous. We will make this a favorite!!
this was our second visit, first was over the top.....we took friends back only reservation was at 5;30
receptionist tried to put us across from the bar (energetic bar) and I asked to be moved to the back by the windows. appetizers not garnished....... dinner plate delivered with just a hunk of fish (not much pistachio crust and just a smear of sauce, nothing else on plate (as with the week before) appetizer calamari was over cooked, dessert cakes were hard.....instead of airy. Bar was incredibly noise at 6:30....
meatballs were too large, dry and sauce was bland. three drinks were ordered, bill was over $200...(4)
not going back.
Our first time at Piaf - it presents itself more like a cool NYC bistro than a suburban restaurant which is a compliment! The upstairs bar had live music (albeit a bit loud), but would be really nice when the weather warms up so the patio bar can be open air. Downstairs was smallish but comfortable, excellent, well seasoned food (we had the enormous pork chop and baba ganoush to start). Nice, reasonably priced wine list. We will be back.
A must try, and then you'll be back again! Great place, great food, great service!
Great environment, great service, and great food! Piaf has become one of our favorite dining choices.
Piaf was excellent! Loved the food, service, and atmosphere! I would highly recommend this restaurant.
First time trying brunch here and although the choices are limited the food is excellent. My Wife and I highly recommend you try it.
Went for a girls night out. Cocktails, such as the Old Fashion, while the presentation is amazing, for $13, the portion was very skimpy and taste not as advertised. We wouldn't order again. However the wine menu is great and it's the better value. Food was wonderful, the flatbreads, the salads and brussel sprouts are definitely a must do!
My wife and I had a date night on a Thursday after work. We opted for appetizers and cocktails over the dinner menu. The Perch is beautifully set up to watch the sunset and the heaters kept us warm enough despite the cold outside. The options on the menus - both the cocktails and food were fun and interesting. We’ll go back soon - for dinner or more appetizers and cocktails!
Fantastic food and service. Love the upstairs outdoor patio.
Brought friend for first time and she's already talking about com7ng back. Great!
Piaf was great as usual. Awesome food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service! We’ve been several times since they’ve opened and have introduced several friends to it as well. We will be back soon!
I love everything about this place!! And, there are many gluten-free options for those with Celiac disease. They are also happy to substitute for any other allergies.
We really enjoyed our experience at PIAF. Dinner was good and service was outstanding! The owner came over and greeted us and we chatted for a bit. She was lovely! We will definitely be back!
Great food and ambiance! The rooftop lounge is the place to hang. Can’t wait until it gets warmer.
Great food and great service! We had a great time and our waitperson, Shay, was wonderful. Highly recommend PIAF.
We used to dine at this restaurant when it was San Daniel . We were eager to try Piaf but very disappointed when we did and will not return.
The food was disappointing.. French onion soup was actually lentil soup and bared no resemblance to french onion ( I know the owner are french).
The rice on the main was cold the fish was poor quality probably frozen.. cucumber dip was tasteless. The table next to our was very noisy the whole experience was terrible.. There are many better options in Grapevine including other restaurants owned by the French couple.
We were seated in the upstairs area. It was beautifully decorated but was super noisy. The duo playing music were not great and the music was so loud we were having to yell to have a conversation. Our flatbreads were brought out cold so we sent them back. They were remade and but were still cold when they reached our table. We tried to eat them but we just really didn’t like them. The waiter and manager were very apologetic and comped our meal but we were left disappointed because we had heard such great things about the place and we don’t get to go on date nights very often because we have young children. Hope they can work out their issues because it’s a great location and beautiful interior.
Service was good food was blah. Boring and had to send back the salad as it didn’t come out with everything on the menu. Will not come back.
Great lunch and dinner spot
