unfortunately, we were seated next to two large tables of a group of people who had no interest in anyone else in the restaurant. They were so loud, even when the bank was playing, we couldn't carry on a conversation at our table for four. The band was fair at best. Probably won't be going back when the band plays.

Always get the Asparagus & Crabmeat Appetizer. Owner is friendly and take an active role in being sure your dining experience is good. My wife recommends and loves the Linguine and Seafood dish. Linguine is superior to Spaghetti in that it holds the sauce better and is more substantial. Linguine is for Adults and Spaghetti is for younger eaters. Also, on such a hot day in Houston the Restaurant was cool and welcoming.

Very friendly place. The owner's mother came over to chat with us after our meal as she was making the rounds to the other tables. Food was very good, service was friendly and efficient. We'll be back.

Took my mom here for Mother’s Day. I was absolutely amazed by the quality/ flavor of food. The place is great, the drinks were delightful. I found one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever tried in my life.

Excellent meal. Excellent service. We we’re moving our son into his new apartment with friends and had to be flexible about dinner plans depending upon the move. I booked the reservation at 5 pm for 7 pm and was skeptical about the restaurant as everywhere else had no room. Was I ever wrong and so is everyone else who overlooks this restaurant. This is a hidden gem. Will go back again next visit.

We had a table of 6. We started with the asparagus appetizer, which they are famous for. We weren’t disappointed! Everyone ordered a different entree and everyone said their meal was fabulous. This is an Italian family owned restaurant who has been in the business for years. They know how to make you feel welcoming and they know how to cook Italian!

The main reason that we continue to return to Piattos' is their consistency good service and great food. The fact that the owners and managers walk around and greet the guests is always a nice plus! It is definitely one of our 'go-to's for good, homestyle Italian food!

We are visiting from California, I saw the crab asparagus and wanted to try it. We ordered crab asparagus, piatto salad and chicken parm, everything was so good I forgot to take a picture. We will be going back before heading home just to get our own crab asparagus, I was an appetizer but also too good to share. Our server was very nice and attentive. I wish I got his name. All of the staff was 5 stars.

Some of the best food I’ve had in a while! My mom had the Snapper (fish special of the day) and she said it was amazing. I had the Romano Chicken with Fettuccine Alfredo and it all had amazing flavor. I had the cannolis for dessert and would have eaten 100 more they were so good.

We waited along time for someone to take a drink order, then we didn’t get the appetizer we ordered for 20 to 30 minutes. We love your restaurant and the food is wonderful. Just not a great night for service.

This is our third visit where the asparagus appetizer was outstanding. Frying asparagus is not easy! My filet points with mushrooms was savory, tender, and plentiful. Service was very good, polite and prompt. The tables are not crowded and the room is pleasant if unobtrusive. I like this place!
