There was an ant in my salad and our (white) wine was served at room temperature.

Dear Catherine, Thank you so much for your review and feedback. I am sorry to hear that the experience had some downsides. I would like to apologise if you felt that the wine was not cold enough. I believe that my colleague was able to find a solution for this issue and, with your input, we were able to reach a positive solution. Regarding the Ant, I would also like to apologise. We take every feedback on board, and We have discussed this issue with the kitchen. It was very unusual as everything is washed throughout the service , but we took action and measures for this not to happen a second time. I know that from our side, there was a reflection of the experience on the final bill, in the form of a discount, that I thank you for accepting it. Warm regards Gus

Had an outstanding 2nd anniversary meal for myself and my boyfriend at Piccolinos . The food was delicious and the service was spot on! There was a lovely energetic atmosphere. We would definitely go for food there again! Thank you Piccolinos! :)

Food was really nice tables a bit close to each other which was why I got hit on the head by a waiter would of been nice to of had been offered a drink but we had to ask to move to a bigger table and nothing given to us. Music was a bit loud and took ages to get drinks and to be seated even when we had booked.

Great service from the staff, moved us tables due to being sat next to a loud group of boys. The female toilets had no working taps and there were sanitary bins knocked over and up on the side. But the food was great and the staff were very attentive. Thank you :)
