I dined with my family t
Food was good, service was not.
OK, packed Thurs night in DC. Had to ask for the waiter a couple of times, although the manager saw me looking for him and came over immediately to help. Food was good, panko shrimp appetizer could have had larger shrimp. Lamb was good, nice flavors, not over-cooked. Tables a little close together. Would go back, just not on a busy night.
It was a great place to catch up with a good friend that I haven’t seen in a long while.
Wonderful friendly service, just the smells from wonderful food embraces the diners. My ceviche with an assortment of seafood in a wonderful spicy sauce thrilled my pallet. My main course was the lamb shank over grilled rice so tender, juicy juxtaposed against the creamy and crisp rice. I had to take dessert home for tomorrow, but a wonderful dining experience. I will return.
My friend and I went in for a restaurant week lunch, and had a phenomenal time! The food was delicious, although the portion of the first course was too large for lunch, I almost ate it all anyway because it was so yummy. The second course was even more delicious, for both of us, perfect portion, phenomenally delicious. Our waiter was knowledgeable and paid great attention to our needs, and a woman I assume was the manager came and spoke to us twice as well, which was really nice. To make it all even better, we were back at work in just under an hour, which is the length of our lunch break. We will definitely be going back many times!
What a fun culinary adventure! Wonderful place for night out in DC
Went to Pisco with a group of ladies in town for the weekend. Service was phenomenal, and we followed suggestions from our server. Highly recommend!
Food was great. Waiter was knowledgeable and personable. Get the Nikka Ceviche
Fantastic food, a bit pricey.
New Years Day brunch with my honeybun! We absolutely ❤️ Pisco and are loyal customers. The GM’s there are superb and the food is impeccable. Overall the staff make it a wonderful experience. Happy New Year Pisco!!
New Years menu selection was not good
Ate here at New Years Eve on an expensive price fixed menu. While the food and service was very good, I look forward to trying again while not handcuffed.
It’s was a great one... we ended up sitting at the bar but the was no significant difference in the service we received...
Great restaurant with a variety of Peruvian gourmet food. Great atmosphere. Plenty of parking lots nearby.
It was alright. We pick the bar instead of sitting in the dining room. It worked out perfectly. I wish the bar staff would be more attentive to its customers though
Food wasn’t as authentic Peruvian as I would have liked yet it was good. Service was excellent. Did lack vegetarian options
Great service, delicious food and beautiful place
Amazing! Food, drinks, and service were outstanding.
Great! Attentive Service, food came correctly. The ceviche is perfect.
Food and service were good. Seating was Comfortable.
Chef Pedro has a great assortment of food on his menu. Enjoying the Peruvian food culture is a great experience.
GREAT ceviche!!! Also great cocktails and Happy Hour price
Excellent atmosphere and food. Service was spotty. Recommend the Ceviche and scallops.
Always a pleasure!
Food was excellent but the service was lacking. The server was very slow in refilling our drinks, not cleaning our tables and not very friendly. It was our third time here and after spending over $150 in brunch for two, i would expect nothing but excellent service.
Great food, service, and drinks. This place is legit! 🔥
Great food. Great service. ZERO complaints. Definitely recommend for brunch.
5 year anniversary, and they brought us champagne to celebrate!
Not quite like the food we had in Peru but solid. Server was attentive. I’d give it another try but wouldn’t go out of my way.
Service was extremely slow but food was good. They gave us coffee on the house because they acknowledge how slow the service was, so they are working on it.
Great good. Only drawback is it’s a loud place. But it won’t stop me from returning because the food and service are great.
I absolutely love this restaurant! A friend told me about it and in the last three weeks, I've gone three times. The ceviche is fantastic and you must try the red sangria. It's not the typical sangria, they add their own twist to it with a Peruvian liquor. It's really delicious! The lamb shanks are also a must. So good!! The ambiance is great. It's a 'young-professionals' kind of crowd. The Happy Hour / bar area gets packed, but you can generally find a dinner reservation during prime time if you plan ahead. Highly recommend Pisco y Nazca!
Good food and service. Not for a romantic date. Very loud. Menu has not changed much at all-can be good or bad if you eat here a lot!
The octopus ceviche was very good and so were the clams although the cheese in the later was overpowering the clams. The salmon and lamb entrees were very good. Server gave us a good recommendation on the wine (a nice tempranillo) and was attentive and funny. The desserts were also very good. I will return again.
They had a wonderful seasonal drink - coquito - which was excellent. I am familiar with it from my Puerto Rican background but have never seen it on a menu before - It was so exciting to see. My husband and I had the ceviche sampler, the tostones with braised beef on top, one of each kind of empanada, a shrimp stew and the chaufa blanca saide. I really enjoyed the ceviche sampler - it was nice trying three such different types. The tostones and empanadas were tasty, flavorful and the right sort of crispy. The shrimp stew was also delicious- it had a great under-taste of a yummy seafood stock which I enjoyed. The chaufa blanca was a great side - and it went very well with the shrimp stew!
Extra impressed with the service. My wife and I sat at the bar. Excellent service in general, but then she took a bite of something especially spicy and was in pain. Several staff members jumped to assist, offering water, milk, and sweetened condensed milk. The whole experience could have gone down at that moment but the care provided by the staff both fixed the problem and made the experience better overall. Thanks to all of you.
