Felt that the quality was lacking throughout. Wouldn't recommend as the price they are charging doesn't make sense. The staff seemed like very nice people but not attentive and constantly cleared tables making the place feel empty.

the place was buzzing with pre Christmas catch-ups. The place needs a makeover. Downstairs is dated and upstairs is not much better. Bar manager was top guy and knew what he was doing. Food was actually quite decent and my pisco sour was on point. Just need to give the place a makeover, hire some good staff and it will be a hit.

Disappointed with the experience - booked table nearly a week in advance, but seated in a grubby cellar with no atmosphere. Service was slow, food was ok, but nothing special. Would not go again.

I had been to Pisqu a few times and I love the food, being Peruvian, I found the food just like at home so I am definitely coming back again; however they need to sort out their service, as the food took too long to arrive between courses last time that I was there but it is something that can be improved so keep providing tasty food.

Such special place.
One of those places remarkable for its attention to detail in the way the food and service is presented. Lovely service and chic and cool at the same time. cannot wait to try more. Sat next to Peruvian group commenting this was the best in london.

We couldn't decide what this place was trying to be - decor was lacklustre, downstairs stank of damp, wine glasses were cheap and yet the bill pretty hefty for a very average meal with little alcohol. No sense of Peru here and staff couldn't explain the menu. I was disappointed and so were my guests. There are Peruvian restaurants in town that are much better and have a real atmosphere that makes Saturday night dining feel special.

Amazing! Creative Peruvian dishes and a great variety even if you don’t like raw fish (although the Ceviche is definite worth giving that another try). Service was also very friendly and gave good recommendations. Portions aren’t too big so you have to order at least two courses and it’s a bit pricey. But it’s worth it!

Really nice restaurant - To recommend for any special occasions! - Really tasty food
The service as absolutely the best point of the restaurant: discrete, attentive, really professional.
Happy hours for Pisco until 7pm, good cocktails
Our ceviche was tasty, fresh ingredients. The yucas also really good, home made sauce.
The desert was everage but it is peruvian food so we do not expect something awesome
Really small portions which is the only negative point : 70£ for 2 pax for 1 ceviche + 1 side + 1 desert + 1 cocktail each, could be acceptable if the portion was decents

Our food was cold, and a little bland. I expected more from the wonderful ingredients from the menu.
Our server was polite and efficient but their were quite a few mistakes made during the evening.
One notably being he offered my friend a side of rice when we were ordering our dessert.
She had asked for rice with her main meal, which she was refused.
All in all very disappointing

Exceptional and among the top restaurants in town. Had the most amazing food experience in a long time. Many unique flavours but one can taste the ingredients freshness which was told the chef only sources organic. Sensible price vs quality balance. Our waiter and barman did a wonderful job with their recommendations. Loved the handcrafted pisco sour cocktail made right before my eyes. Frilled Sea bass was my favourite dish. Will be back with work colleagues so they can also try it. Last but not least, lovely location in Fitzrovia and elegantly decorated which pulls many very attractive people.

Our waitress Raquel was delightful and we enjoyed informed guidance on the menu, attentive service, Maca tea and of course fabulous food. The highlights for us were the starters and desserts but the main was also very tasty if a tiny bit less unusual. We would enjoy dining here again

The food was good, although the plates were out of balance. The quality of the seabass in the ceviche (starter) was very good, it was a really nice piece of fish, but the amount of pickled onions with it lacked subtlety. The main courses were fine, but I think all of the portions could be bigger. I had a starter and main and was still hungry afterwards. Service was friendly, but not very memorable. The specialty cocktails (pisco sour) were very enjoyable however!

After having a wonderful dinner last weekend, we booked for lunch on Friday(5th). There was only 1 table occupied when we arrived and they soon left and another one came. We waited and I had to ask for the menu's and a drink, despite there being 2 waiters seemingly doing nothing. The female waiter was not friendly or particular helpful while the Peruvian man seemed embarrassed. This lack of service continued and the bottle of wine we ordered was warm, so I asked for ice(which never came) and the bottle cooled. It was put into a warm wine cooler, and placed on the counter, away from our table. Despite still only 2 tables in the restaurant being occupied, I had to get up and retrieve the bottle to top up our glasses.

The first course was good as usual but the main course dishes(3 x fish and duck) were lukewarm and very disappointing.

So not a good experience. We had a booking for 4 this Tuesday night but have now cancelled based on Friday's experience.

Tasty food, a bargain pre-theatre menu & happy hour on various versions of the Pisco Sour at £5 - what is not to like?!?

The Waiter was extremely friendly and looking very well after us. He made sure I had everything I needed for my baby girl offering water / setting up a changing area for her as there is not one in the restaurant. A stain on the shirt was not the best look and the sweet potato purée in both starter and main was a little too much to my taste but the waiter attitude made all the difference to our experience.

I went for lunch with a friend here on Tuesday, absolutely incredible place. Outstanding food and amazing staff, I would thoroughly recommend it. Peruvian is one of my favourite cuisines and I've been lucky enough to try a few places...this is one of my favourites. My friend is pregnant and we're both pretty fussy (vegan, intolerances the whole boring list) but there was plenty of choice. We had the Causa Vegetarian for starters and Morado Amazonico and Pollo a la pachamanca for the main dishes. Incredible. I'll definitely be back and as it's so near to work, would bring clients here too. Thank you Pisqu.
