Nice staff, great food. Lovely location.
The best Peruvian in London. Interesting dishes, amazing flavours, great pisco sours all perfectly presented
We had a wonderful, friendly and knowledgable waiter, didn’t catch the name but he was Venezuelan, and really made the whole experience more elevated along with the fantastic food and ambience. Well deserving of our extra tip.
Great evening! The food was really tasty and the service was warm and friendly. Would definetly go again
We spend a really nice moment for dining. Food was excellent and fresh. A warm welcome with many explanations as we are French. And overall the best pisco sour I ever drink !
The service was a little slow, and we had to wait ages to get menus, but once up and running was great, our waitress was truly lovely and so friendly. The food is quite overpriced, but delicious.
On arrival we were only given a la carte menu and had to ask for a set menu. Even though they advertised cocktails for £5, we were charged the full price. It took ages for the bill to arrive. The food was just average. Tables cramped together, bland and boring decor.
Food was tasty, but we were the only people in there and service was terrible. 30 mins wait between ordering and (cold) starters and then another 30 mins from starter being cleared to main!
Understand if it was heaving...
Great pisco sour menu! We very much enjoyed the food and look forward to coming back. Friendly staff and nice environment.
Excellent food. Good service but very poor ambiance. They try to fit 20 people in a place suited for 10.
The restaurant is small and tables were somewhat crammed in however the food quality makes up for the cramped conditions
The vegetarian food was good and well presented. Slightly overpriced for what it is. Eating downstairs feels like eating in a basement. No atmosphere. Not sure I would recommend.
Lovely food, great service. Quiet place just off Oxford Street, perfect to get away from everything and have some really good food
Second time there and i still love it. I recommend
Really nice authentic Peruvian food, presented beautifully, and extremely tasty. The Pre/Post Theatre Set menu is great value for £19 for two courses (or£22 for 3), the Sea Bass Ceviche starter was a highlight. Would definitely visit again!
A very enjoyable evening -- especially as the waiter performed miracles in finding a quiet, secluded table for my friend and myself in the week before Christmas. Thank you!
Really good tasty food. Friendly staff. Good service. I had a booked table and people came late and less than the booking. The manager/owner was really understanding offering really good service. I will definitely come back!
Pisqu with some foodie and health eating friends worked well. The waiter identified what could be eaten by friend with health issues and generally was very accommodating. Not many tables on ground floor but many more in the basement and not sure if that would mean the noise level would be high. The food was interesting and the house wine very acceptable. Worth a visit.
We have been to Pisqu several times all have been enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.
Everything was off: service (waiter incapable of opening a bottle with cork), wine, portion and food. All the food was tasteless. We ordered 3lomos 2medium and 1 medium rare everything came overdone. I ordered the pork belly. The smell was disgusting and the food inedible. It is pricey for nothing, for more than 20 the main you need to give a bit more than presentation. Just a tourist trap off Oxford Circus. Make a service to yourself and pass.
Felt that the quality was lacking throughout. Wouldn't recommend as the price they are charging doesn't make sense. The staff seemed like very nice people but not attentive and constantly cleared tables making the place feel empty.
The service was a little slow but the food was very good and made up for it. Enjoyable evening had by all in our party of 10.
the place was buzzing with pre Christmas catch-ups. The place needs a makeover. Downstairs is dated and upstairs is not much better. Bar manager was top guy and knew what he was doing. Food was actually quite decent and my pisco sour was on point. Just need to give the place a makeover, hire some good staff and it will be a hit.
Disappointed with the experience - booked table nearly a week in advance, but seated in a grubby cellar with no atmosphere. Service was slow, food was ok, but nothing special. Would not go again.
I had been to Pisqu a few times and I love the food, being Peruvian, I found the food just like at home so I am definitely coming back again; however they need to sort out their service, as the food took too long to arrive between courses last time that I was there but it is something that can be improved so keep providing tasty food.
Octopus starter was good. However beef main and chicken main not really. I won’t go again.
There were 4 of us and we really enjoyed our evening. The food was excellent and the staff friendly, engaging and professional.
Excellent restaurant. Service was exceptional, really friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and looked amazing. Will definitely recommend.
Beautiful restaurant, wonderful service, delicious food.
Authentic Peruvian menu. Great foods and great service. Must try Pisco Sour.
Such special place.
One of those places remarkable for its attention to detail in the way the food and service is presented. Lovely service and chic and cool at the same time. cannot wait to try more. Sat next to Peruvian group commenting this was the best in london.
Excellent drinks but the food was mediocre: tasteless ceviche and overcooked main courses of fish.
Excellent restaurant. Been there already twice in a span of a week and can't get enough of it. The food is fantastic, the service is courteous and efficient, the staff are really nice and friendly. Can't recommend enough this little gem.
We couldn't decide what this place was trying to be - decor was lacklustre, downstairs stank of damp, wine glasses were cheap and yet the bill pretty hefty for a very average meal with little alcohol. No sense of Peru here and staff couldn't explain the menu. I was disappointed and so were my guests. There are Peruvian restaurants in town that are much better and have a real atmosphere that makes Saturday night dining feel special.
We discovered this great little place near our flat in Central London last weekend and wow what a GEM! We had a great meal and will definitely return. Excellent!
A lovely little find with lovely food. I'll be going back
Amazing! Creative Peruvian dishes and a great variety even if you don’t like raw fish (although the Ceviche is definite worth giving that another try). Service was also very friendly and gave good recommendations. Portions aren’t too big so you have to order at least two courses and it’s a bit pricey. But it’s worth it!
Fantastic discovery! Amazing food, great service and ambience - will be back!
Great spot good food friendly staff
Enjoyed my dinner
Really nice restaurant - To recommend for any special occasions! - Really tasty food
The service as absolutely the best point of the restaurant: discrete, attentive, really professional.
Happy hours for Pisco until 7pm, good cocktails
Our ceviche was tasty, fresh ingredients. The yucas also really good, home made sauce.
The desert was everage but it is peruvian food so we do not expect something awesome
Really small portions which is the only negative point : 70£ for 2 pax for 1 ceviche + 1 side + 1 desert + 1 cocktail each, could be acceptable if the portion was decents
