Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina - Fontainebleau Miami Beach
City of Miami Beach & Miami-Dade County has issued an ordinance to temporarily close all restaurants.
Inspired by Mina’s sons and their two gastronomic obsessions – Sammy is the burger maniac, Anthony adores pizza – Pizza & Burger’s menu is modeled on what the Mina family likes to cook, serve and eat at their backyard get-togethers with family and friends.
For parties larger than 8 people, please contact the restaurant.
To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

We had the bunless burger, a pizza and another burger. All were excellent, cooked as requested. Absolutely no complaints - quite tasty. The service by Jennifer was outstanding! Thank you for a lovely dinner.
Had salads and pizza. Take note that we did not try the burger entrees. We were disappointed by the pizza - their Standard felt like a chain cheese pizza - and crust was a bit undercooked. Understandably a family restaurant - and my expectation was perhaps a somewhat more. ‘Foodie’ experience. Would not call this a go to place to go more than once as others have suggested.
Place is cute. Food is nothing special. It’s expensive, which I guess I should have figured being in a posh hotel. Parking is outrageous. It’s $30 to valet, the restaurant validated and pays part of it. We paid $16 to park plus tip and waited 20 minutes to pick up our car.
For my Wife’s early Birthday Dinner and it’s was an Awesome Experience. That was our 1st time here
Burgers and pizza were fantastic. The Nachos were delicious but we ordered too much food. The coconut key lime was only okay.
exceeded serve and
food. everything was great. Our kids loved the food ball table :)
Greeted at entrance by surly teenagers. Our table was wobbly, someone spent a few minutes correcting it but probably should have suggested we move to next table first! Whole vibe, dark noisy not to our taste at all.
Bring your appetite! The servings are enormous. An appetizer plate of nachos is enough to feed a family. The burgers are the size of a small dog. This is a better deal if you come in planning to share. Our server was friendly and attentive. For better or for worse, they source draft beers locally, and the Miami-Dade brew scene is pretty unremarkable. I could easily dine here again, just make better decisions ordering.
It was all very good. I just think it’s overpriced, but worth it.
Will be back. Delicious huge plate of nachos.
Our server was amazing!!!
Overall ... fantastic! Our waiter was kind and helpful, the food was excellent. Everything from the salad, the pizza, the drinks —I was pleasantly surprised by the consistent quality. Will be back!
Great atmosphere and food. Made business meeting simple and enjoyable
First time eating at Pizza & Burger in the Fountainbleau Hotel. Great pizza. Greek salad was so large it could have feed 4 people!
Excellent food. Milkshakes are a real treat and service was great. Sports on the tv and lots of fun
Server was awesome, food delicious.
Horrible service & food was terrible. We were very disappointed
We waited awhile for our food and when it did arrive one meal for one of us came 15 minutes after everyone else’s
Incredible service and food!
Great food and service. We had a pizza and wings...delicious! This is a great mid-range dining choice for this hotel. Recommend highly!
The burger was good but the fries were just so so. The dessert was very sweet and the prices are high. Overall I think you can go elsewhere for that money and get a better meal for less money and we don't care about the cost just the value.
It was good. Not great. The burger itself was awesome but till not so great. Would prefer regular fries not waffle. Fun little spot.
Terrific service despite not being the biggest name in the hotel by far. Still made us feel like VIP's. Great food and reasonable prices.
It’s in a dark basement with low ceilings, fries were super salty and burger was hard and chewy. Yuck
One of our favorites especially when staying at Fountainebleu. The food is always excellent.
The name speaks for itself.... amazing pizza and killer burgers! The wings are BANGING, too!!!
Good food but pricey - it’s a hotel restaurant. The tip is included automatically in your bill so pay attention to it. Service is good.
Great place, sport pub ambience. Enjoyed everything
This is the second time we’ve eaten here and the food is very good. The service was especially on point tonight. Our server Jessica was great. She asked us if we had any food allergies which our 4 year old has. She brought out the kids food right away which is always a plus! It is a bit expensive but to be expected in a Michael Mina restaurant at the Fontainebleau. We’d definitely come back again!
The food was over priced and the service was slow. Nothing special about the food.
We went on New Year’s Eve, only to be expected to pay $79 per person, with NO exceptions per the manager. We were not that hungry. The pre set menu was never specified when we made the reservation. We left without eating. Very poor accommodations. Will not return
Good food and worth the price but $18 per shot of bourbon is a bit high
Ambiance very nice. Nachos were great and a very large portion. Burgers were very good. Would definitely recommend.
Many tv very loud good pizza and surprising good salmon good service too expansive for causal dinning
Was good. Greek salad nothing great.
Great burgers and amazing beer on tap. We will be back.
Hamburgers were juicy and tasty. Mediocre turkey burger.
Loved the food, but didn’t like them charging 18% “service charge” for a party of 4. Didn’t catch that at the place. I generally like to tip 20% or more, but don’t like being fooled into a huge tip when it’s not clearly discussed.
Great food. Just the basics. Shared calamari and basic hamburger. Exceptional service N.Y. Jennifer
While the server was nice and pleasant and accommodating, the entries are brought with the appetizers. We live in the neighborhood, so we frequently dine at the restaurant, but consistently the apps are brought with entree.
Food was good decor was nice it was expensive for the type of food it is but so is envying Miami. Better than most places we went... we are from NYC so tend to be a little pickier when it comes to restaurants them most...
