Really good food and service, but the place was empty and they still chose to seat all the customers together a metre apart. Could make more use of their huge premises.
Our service and food was amazing
Great real italian pizza, good quality and prices, absolutely satisfied
Went for a friends stag do. Web all been here numerous times and the pricing, quality and service is always wonderful.
Will be back again for certain.
Great service and great pizza at a reasonable price. Would recommend!
Brilliant- second visit of the holiday and we were not dissapointed.
This was our first family meal out with the Covid restrictions and we felt this restaurant did it all really well. The food was simple and tasty and the kids just loved the casual environment. We are going back tomorrow for my son’s birthday- his request.
Superb Pizza, excellent staff and felt at ease with all the Covid measures they have put in place.
The whole family were very impressed with the Pizza's even the Pizza with Potato on it, not an obvious choice for a topping but it was tremendous.
We will most definitely be returning for more grub the next time we are in Edinburgh.
Definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had. Best pizza in Edinburgh. Tables were more than 2 metres apart, hand sanitiser at every table, the entrance and bar. There was packets of clean cutlery and straws and plastic glasses for drinks to keep everything sanitary.
The pizza was ok but didn’t think it was as good as it used to be. The staff were excellent even let us change table as because the door has to be left open it was chilly at the table where they originally put us. Didn’t like the plastic cutlery or takeaway cups for the coffee.
Great service and explanations around the corona guidelines. Food was amazing and great value for our first meal out post lockdown.
Very impressed by the enhanced hygiene measures and the highly - trained staff. Our server Aaron is a credit to the restaurant for both his service and his reassuring manner. Food as great as ever. Really enjoyed our first meal out since lock down. Thank you.
The best pizza in Edinburgh!!! Was outstanding service and food was amazing
Superb pizza. Great choice and a great place to spend a couple of hours. Staff v friendly and interested in what they are doing. Our party of 4 all agreed that the pizzas were excellent.
great place to come with friends or family to eat real italian pizza
Looking for a good value and delicious pizza this is your place, great for children too.
Where to start!
Firstly the service was extremely fast. Our booking was for 5.30 and we were enjoying our meals by 5.45!
Secondly the food was INCREDIBLE! Easily the best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. Thin, fluffy and crispy pizza, high quality chips and lovely garlic bread; the taste was utterly amazing!
Thirdly, the price was borderline criminal! The entire 2 person meal cost barely £30! Yes, you read that right!
All in all. A perfect night out! An absolute must!
Have been a few times but was much busier this time. . Staff were vety good but really busy, waited 15 mins trying to order more drinks but staff wrre rushing around and couldn't get anyones attention so gave up. Bought juice for daughter and glass was tiny definitely not worth money.
Unfortunately we were taken to our seats, order taken, drinks brought over. Then 5 mins later told that they couldn’t cook the pizza as the ovens were broken. However I was told we can still get our fries. Waitress asked if we were going to theatre in 90 mins- we said yes . I hadn’t 9 year old daughter with me and Storm Ciara had begun. After waiting another 10mins another writer came over to ask if we knew about the ovens. I said yes but that we were just waiting on the fries. He then told me that we couldn’t have that either. So much time wasted with staff clearly not being informed. I then had to take my daughter out into the rain and gale force winds to find somewhere else to eat, now without a booking, on a Saturday night, away to see a sell out show.
Excellent food excellent atmosphere excellent service already booked to go back on Wednesday. Definitely recommend if going to Festival theatre but book before you go
Got there a bit earlier than expected but shown to the table pretty much straight away, the waitress was very nice and the pizza wine and desserts were all of good quality, will definitely return.
A very average experience. Service was slow & not very attentive. We were going to the theatre & didn’t have a lot of time. Had to ask for order to be taken after 10 minutes, sitting waiting. Pizza was okay but nothing special & although there were spare tables everyone was sat close together which made it very noisy. Overall I wouldn’t rush back.
Second visit and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Handy for theatre across road and though we got good value for the money paid. Staff were attentive and friendly, food was lovely and wine was satisfactory. Would go again when visiting theatre.
Both times that I've been to Pizza Posto it has been delicious. The food is authentic and fresh and I have a special place in my stomach for their pizzas. They're just so tasty. I think they're also very reasonably priced.
Pizza is great. Love Pizza Posto. Added two extras to our booking last minute and they were great about it.
Such great pizza so delicious! A must for a true Italian pizza experience!
Super pizza in Edinburgh City. Perfect pre theatre pit stop!
We had a lovely meal.
Great food, large portions and good value for money
Waitress took our order then we waited while everyone else who were seated later got served. Waitress returned and asked if we were ready to order?!? We said we already had 30 minutes ago and hadn’t even got our drinks. Got up and left. Appalling service.
I've been to Pizza Posto twice recently. Pizzas are tasty and with proper ingredients. Price is low compared to Edinburgh's average. Staff are friendly but don't bother you continuously with questions so you can peacefully talk.
Took a bit longer than expected for service but otherwise very good all round
Excellent pizza - just like you would taste in Napoli. Friendly. Efficient staff. Brilliant value.
Brilliant pizza. Great speedy service and a super price
Had a great pizza during the festival. Really tasty and really quick. Service was good and attentive. Good price.
Very good value and quality of food.
Service pleasant and friendly.
Great food as always
