Great atmosphere. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Great venue for a pre theatre meal.
There was a leak in the ceiling, so there was a bucket collecting the drips, right next to our table. Incredibly offputting.
before i sent to the thertre to watch strictly ballroom it was just the right place to have a meal and near the thertre excellant
* Good location
* Soda reffils are not free
* Nice atmosphere with great music and memorabilia
* Food average quality and rather limited options
Great food, would recommend this restaurant to anyone
Very good food and service from the team at PH. Very enjoyable lunch and experience all round.
An enjoyable trip to London with family and eating at a popular themed restaurant.
Great Service. Great Food. Great Ambience. Cannot believe we haven’t been before!
Great food, courtesy and good music were the ingredients for a very pleasant evening.
Everything was ok except had to keep reminding that it was my niece’s birthday and the message did not come on the screen (supposed to be a surprise). The waitress than made it really obvious when she said “keep looking at the screen” in front of my niece!
Lovely meal for a special occasion, dinner was served really quickly and was delicious. We also used a tastecard to get our second main course free so it was really reasonable.
Exactly what you would expect from a Planet Hollywood. Perfect place to meet my friend and their kids
Wedding anniversary before heading to Theatre
All was very good and stuff was very friendly
Overall good but was disappointed with the surf and turf the prawns were below standard and the steak was well done when we asked for medium rare and when we complained we only got £8.50 off when the dish alone was £26.50. Service was excellent and very attentive and other food we had was enjoyed by the table. Kids were well catered for and it was my nephews birthday and they sung which was nice.
Went as a Birthday treat but just felt average nothing special the food was ok and the staff were great, but it didn’t feel special :(
Service was very good but the food was lukewarm and greasy.
Great food, service and atmosphere. A fun place to go with kids.
Family get together and 21st birthday
Service was quick but food could have been much better, or not sure if im comparimg with the one in Paris!!!where the food was to die for.
Oh dear. Music far too loud, you could not hear yourself think, let alone speak. Steak was oily and grisly, Singapore noodles was dry and not really something I could tolerate. Toilet was dirty. Entire experience was not to our taste at all. I don’t think I made a good choice in going there. So disappointed.TGI Friday or Hard Rock Cafe would have been a better choice for us.
Terrible service. Food was awful. Now I know why in 17 years of living near there I never went to eat there. Never again.
An "OK" meal, nothing spectacular especially for the price charged
We had the VIP platter which was fab. Only thing that spoilt our experience was our table for two was very close to the next couple as they split a table of 4. Felt like I was having dinner with the other couple too so wasn't very private and we felt crammed in
The original venue had more atmosphere. Noisy but ok as expecting that. Burgers average.
After visiting planet hollywood in new york we couldnt wait to visit the london restaurant. Really disappointed by the venue, no where near as extravagant (like the poor relative). The seats were uncomfy & not as nice setting
The waiter was lovely, the food was beautiful & the cocktails even better
Shame you dont get offered the souvenir glasses offered when having cocktails, its only because we had visited new york we knew about them.
The shop was a let down, small & not alot of merchandise
Cant fault the food or drink, just the set up
A very enjoyable evening with good food and a good service
Some of the food was cold. Very busy.
Cocktails were good. Service was good.
Excellent from the moment we got there. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt cared for. Great food, huge portions and got the pudding to take away. Like arnie, i'll be back!
Good to take the kids, very vibrant loads going on and things to watch. Tv screens and cctv that film people dancing which plays to the rest of the restaurant.
Far too loud, too much going on. Great if you have kids
Plenty of choice on Open Table 3 course menu and good value for money. I found each course more than I could manage, size-wise, and would have preferred something smaller as a starter so that I had room for a dessert other than sorbet. The constant noise from video clips was at times a bit intrusive but i accept this is part of the ambience! Very attentive waiter and generally very enjoyable visit.
Packed Saturday night, arrived early but able to sit in the bar for a few drinks. Food was good with big portion sizes as you would expect! Overall a good night and better than expected.
I went to Planet Hollywood to avail of the joint deal with The London Dungeon and the set meal was disastrous. Carbonara had no taste and the burger was rather bland too. Ambiance was lacking as well. It was pretty empty and the noise was very echo-y. Seemed like a once-popular restaurant that has gone down.
However, they have a good platter and the server was so attentive. The rest of their dishes that aren't part of the set menu would probably be average good so not all bad.
Family meal on Saturday night for our sons 13th birthday. they messed up on the food order as one of the main meals didn't arrive. asked three times and after 20mins it arrived. told manager this wasn't acceptable and after much arguing (birthday boy wasn't enjoying his birthday meal much by now ) the manager said he would give my son a large desert for free and he would see what he could do with the bill. ok I thought. when the bill arrived it had the cost of the desert added to it and then taken off. when I challenged the manager regarding this he said well I have taken it off for you along with some other stuff ! great with the other stuff but I didn't ask for the desert that you told me would be free !!!??? I was happy to pay for the drinks but the entire evening was ruined for our son. they wouldn't let me only pay for the drinks and they reduced the bill for their own suitability. big company driven by profit and not customer satisfaction. shame on you.
ON the whole a great experience. Service really good, friendly staff, very helpful.
Could do with a few more veggie options.
The birthday cake was yummy although a bit expensive.
My son loved it for his 18th birthday meal 😃
