Really lovely food, inventive and delicious. Pretty expensive though - it is top quality but feels like paying over the top prices.
The food was super tasty and came quickly. Service was good but not annoying!! We arrived early and we were still able to get our table.
Very cosy and nice place. We enjoyed our dinner and the staff was also very friendly!
Very delicious and cosy atmosphere, would definitely come again.
Super creative menu and everything was delicious - on the pricier side of affordable, but definitely worth it.
It is incredibly cramped where we sat - with the new variant in mind it didn't feel great!
Delicious food and warm welcome from the staff. I was delighted to finally try this restaurant and was not disappointed! I will go back as soon I go to London again!
Overall the experience was good. The food was tasty but was a bit underwhelming. Felt very pricey for what we got. Also a lot less GF meals than I would have expected from D.Ella
So tasty and perfect portion sizes, so much flavour, defo going back!
Booked the table for 8:30pm on a Saturday in mid November. Food was lovely but we were told that the kitchen was closing soon when we arrived so felt rushed to make a decision on food/drinks. As the mains were coming out we were then asked to choose our desert before even eating our mains as the kitchen wanted to close. Even when we were eating the deserts we were rushed into paying the bill and felt like we were being chucked out from the restaurant. Don’t book any later then 8pm if you want to enjoy your food and not be rushed.
Everything was perfect
Food was ok nothing special. Couldn’t understand why when we arrived 10 mins early. Our food order could not be put through until 5:30! Quite pricey compared to other vegan restaurants.
Food was amazin. It was very strange to be asked twice to order dessert whilst in the middle of eating main meal!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Plants. I had wanted to try the restaurant for a while and it exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, the waiting staff were attentive and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Can’t wait to return on my next visit to London.
The food was absolutely delicious. It was my first experience of a Vegan restaurant as I am a meat eater. The food was unbelievably flavoursome and the staff were amazing. I will definitely return. Thank you so much.
I made a special trip to London to try Plants as I have used Deliciously Ella's products for a long time and really love the company. The flavours of the food were really nice but both courses (main x2, dessert x2) were very cold. We ordered some bread to start and we ordered our mains at the same time. Both came at the same time very quickly which felt a little rushed but was ok. The main was cold even though it arrived so quickly. We decided not to say anything as these things happen sometimes. Then to follow our desserts were cold - both supposed to be warm. I asked for some hot custard to pour on top to make it a bit more enjoyable and warm. I asked 3 times are the first time the waitress forget, the second time she said she gave it to another table by mistake and by the time I got it it had been over 40 minutes. I was really disappointed to travel so far for this restaurant. I had really high hopes.
The food was good, very tasty, but the reason for the four stars is the food was not consistently hot and it was served on cold plates. Service was ok, they forgot a main. However, it's great to have an all vegan menu in a goid location.
We were quite disappointed by the food, quality and service.
The food quality was surprisingly bad! The restaurant aims to be a fine dining eatary. However, the Delicously Ella brand is all about family cooked meals...very disappointed.
We booked the restaurant 2 months in advance to celebrate our birthday. I left a note to say it's my sister's birthday and asked if it would be possible to organise a cake. I also reminded the staff when we were there and they reassured me it will happen. When the cake arrived, it was just a cake. A waitress later came over and offered to put a candle ...safe to say the surprise was ruined.
The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. It all far exceeded expectations. So inspiring. Lovely find in a really central location
Even if you’re not vegan, this place is a must visit. Feels like you are far away from Bond Street station! The coffee with oat milk was v tasty, not sure how they get it like that! The cashew cheese with the brunch hash was really tasty and the waiting staff impeccable. Thanks.
Exquisite! What a wonderful experience to celebrate our “Thanksgiving” meal while visiting from the US. The food was beyond our expectations and the staff made us feel like family. Whether if not you are Vegan, this place will amaze you.
First day of their seasonal
Menu and we tried the new dishes - beautifully presented and delicious. The celeriac gravlax tasted great but looked very grey on the plate. Apart from that loved the date bread. Belu water offered freely was a bonus too. Friendly service.
Great food. We loved it. We traveled to London just to visit Ella‘s restaurant. Went there for breakfast and dinner. Beyond any expectations!
The sides - broccoli and mac/cheese were amazing especially only for £5! Service was great although we were sat in corner so not spotted v often. Cannae fault it.
Fabulous food in a very pleasant setting in a quiet corner of Mayfair. Really inventive, creative dishes that looked good and tasted even better. Will definitely go back.
The dishes are tasty and creative. I loved everything I tasted.
The anarchic choice of spices makes it a strange taste. Didn’t really enjoy, sorryyy, but I was expecting a much better meal at this level of price.
Possibly the best restaurant experience we have had, we were truly gobsmacked by the flavour of Plants. Have already recommended to everyone i know!
Breakfast - amazing Blueberry pancakes, potato hash and the tortilla …. Yum!
Had a lovely time! Serving staff were so kind and the vibe was very peaceful. We had been wanting to visit for a treat for a while and it did not disappoint! Will definitely back and will hopefully have room for pudding next time 🥰
We were keen to try this relatively new restaurant. Our starters were delicious - mushroom scallops and aubergine. My barley risotto was a bit salty for my taste (never use salt anywhere so probably not surprising) but my partner’s sliders were yummy. Torte for dessert was lovely 10/10. Overall an enjoyable visit with very friendly and helpful staff
Gorgeous vegan dishes-thr braised cabbage, pear barley risotto and roasted pumpkin were amazing-amazing flavours and textures oh and the sourdough bread and butter to start is awesome.
I really enjoyed breakfast at Plants. I am a follower of Deliciously Ella. Whilst I am not vegan I am curious about how to produce great vegan food and this was a great inspiration. My friend and I both had the potato fritter which was full of flavour, the cashew cheese was a revelation and the toppings gave a fragrant touch and chilli bite, it was delicious. My other friend had the blueberry pancakes and chocolate sauce which was demolished and she said she would never have known that it was vegan. It was also great to try our coffees with other types of milk, almond was lovely and I will try to drink more of that in my coffee. It was a beautiful venue, welcoming and comfortable. We were visiting from Aberdeen, so whilst I will not be able to go often, I was so delighted to tick this off my bucket list and I will be back when I am down in London again. Congratulations to Ella and Matt, it was just lovely.
Fabulous food & extremely attentive staff.
The menu was accomodating for coeliacs with 1 gluten free main & dessert & they were both outstanding!
Lovely delicious food but over priced. A small slice of dessert was £11. Nice venue but tables felt a bit small and crammed in. Our order was taken quite quickly and our food came quickly which was good but no one then came to ask how our food was, or if we wanted another drink. No one came to ask if we wanted dessert or coffee etc which was disappointing. I'd go again for the food but not the service.
Impressive food throughout the meal. For sure an experience to have.
I loved brunching here with a friend us was perfect for our needs and a great location for both of us
LOVED visiting from Dublin
Food was very good, but staff were so nice & friendly.
Two thing I noticed which I didn’t like, was the toilets weren’t very clean, floors were so dirty & 2. the smell of fryer fat was very strong even sitting upstairs.
We were looked after very well by Danni who knew the menu well and picked wisely for us.
The food was delicious (I had the saffron risotto) and reasonably priced given the quality and the location. A nice European cafe feel, tables close but not too close together and staff friendly but not in your face. Also very clean bathrooms! Would definitely recommend and will go again
