Had a fab lunch date for my husbands birthday. Customer service was excellent. The food was outstanding. Only negative was we had booked a pod and unfortunately there was a problem with the electrics so we weren’t able to sit in the pod and were seated in the main restaurant. To be fair to Craft they were very apologetic and looked after us throughout our visit. Would highly recommend and will def visit again - next time hope to get into one of the pods.

It was beautiful! The setting is fantastic. The pods are awesome! So private and great atmosphere with the music (when it was on - randomly went off) my only criticism of the pod is the door - for the waitresses must be a nightmare. Luckily we were the only table so made it easier. But would be awful if really busy!
The food was fabulous - although needed more room in the pod. I wouldn't recommend 8 people - but then it quickly becomes very expensive if it's not 8 people.
The drinks were equally fabulous!!
The staff were lovely.
Great night - but like I say expensive and the bill was confusing with the tax line! I recommend its changed to avoid confusion.
I will be back ... I want to try the afternoon tea and experience sitting inside

Food was very good however the amount of plastic being used to create the ambience feels like a few years too late considering the emotion around plastic. Plastic grass. Plastic flowers. Plastic blankets. Plastic decorations. Unnecessary plastic everywhere. The pods are a nice idea and will probably be great in the summer when the door can be kept open but just not practical in the winter keeping them closed and the servers having to struggle to open them. The music was great but far too loud. I like clubbing. I like dinning. I’m not a fan of the two being combined like this place is trying to do. Overall good food and ok experience. Won’t be going back though.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We will take your comments on board regards to the doors on the pods with our team entering to serve you. Everything else is personal preference as other guests have liked what we have done. And have loved the ambience of the pods. It's very hard to please everyones tastes.

It was a very quiet night, being the second night open. Were advised we couldn’t eat in the pod as 9 of us, however they had set table up inside so we enjoyed drinks in the pod prior. The drinks took a long time, however some were cocktails so understandable. A cocktail was sent back as tasted chemically but the waiter was happy to change.

The pod door seems very hard to open, and I suppose this will be better in the summer. However very cosy and blankets provided.

When I booked it said 2 hours only, however the length of service exceeded this due to the speed of the food coming and drinks. The DJ playing was a nice touch and gave a good ambience.

The little touches down to the napkins, glasses and cutlery showed that a lot of care and attention to detail had been applied. The bathroom only having 2 toilets was odd due the size of the restaurant again were beautifully decorated with deodorant and lady products available free of charge and were a nice touch.

The food.

If am honest, the food I think needed more detailing on the menu as it was very unclear around little elements. The venison pie was sublime, with richness and creamy topping of mash. Some of the potato stack were hard in the middle, a lot of people ordered these so on mass so it figured.

I love the idea of this travel back to childhood etc - but the pumpkin pie wasn’t too my taste. The pastry was hard and the combination didn’t work for me. It’s as if you needed a warm then cold pairing.

Don’t expect mountains of food, but it is enough and has some interesting and rich elements.

Serving staff were 10/10 which made it hard when you didn’t like something! I would go back, but maybe in a few months when some of the issues ironed out and when it’s warmer.

One thing I can’t forgive! It was hard to take a selfie or picture of the garden as they didn’t turn the lights on! Maybe next time...

Hi there, thanks for your exstensive review...I think its safe to say that early January is always quiet for everyone in the city, we are glad you enjoyed the food and the service along with the little touches. Unfortunately the venue is restricted in its structure to creating more toilets but given we don't intend on operating it with hundreds of people we were happy as were licensing with the ratio. The door being slightly stiff is a simple one that we have rectofied with some WD40
