We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Complete it in under 15 minutes and its’ yours for free, we’ll even give you a bottle of our finest Prosecco to help you wash it down! Brace yourself before you attempt to plough through 5 of our homemade steak burgers – which means 5 steak patties, paired with cheese, BBQ mayo and caramelised red onions, sandwiched between fresh sesame brioche buns.     Couldn’t fault the food or service which was very quick. The bench seating could do with improving, a hard surface with no cushions so after 30 mins it starts to get uncomfortable.

    Polo Bar is a nice place to visit and the food is tasty, but is always lukewarm. I like going there but will probably try yo find somewhere else in future that serves hot food. If wad unfortunate that another customer was clearly still drunk from the night before (it was breakfast time on Saturday) and wa being a bit of a nuisance.

    Didn't actually end up eating here, we were left waiting at the table for ages while the waitress said she had to go to the loo, then there was a shift change so more time. Eventually the new server arrived and asked us to move table in not a very polite manner, so decided to take our business elsewhere.

    Six of booked for lunch and we had a really enjoyable experience- delicious food, fast and friendly service in a fun and quirky cafe. We found the music a little too loud and the wine a little unpalatable but all the really good bits more than made up for it! We will all be back!

    Great food for a great value however service wasn’t the best. The waitress could have been a bit more enthusiastic about serving us. They looked like they didn’t want to be there/serve us and that spoiled the whole experience.

    Unfortunately I was quite disappointed. It was Smokey and smelt like food. The pancakes were cold. I wouldn’t recommend.

    Went there with five friends for brunch on a Saturday. Never been there before, but if I’m ever in the area, I would definitely go back. Great menu choice and not overpriced. The pancakes were excellent in particular, and the service was really good too. Only (mild) negative is it a small space, and six of us around a table was a little cramped, but I’d definitely recommend Polo Bar and would go back if near Liverpool Street.

    Booked and paid for the birthday pancake stack but the topper said happy Halloween and no birthday cake was provided with the pancakes. Food was still tasty but seemed that they wasn’t prepared for the booking when we arrived. They did bring it out singing happy birthday but the topper saying happy Halloween and no slice of cake was disappointing

    Service was very slow this time and after hooking a table, still had to wait in the corridor for 15 minutes for one to become available. Had to keep requesting cutlery and had to find someone to come back over to clear plates and take the next part of our order. Forth time ive been, but this time really let it down.

    it was not what i expected it is realy only an upstairs small chipie. i thought it was bigger and a bar .with atmosphere. which it totally lacked.

    Four adults and two kids. We all ordered something different and everything was really good. They don’t do kids meals but the waitress was really helpful in helping provide them with suitable food and size portions.

    We were 3 people, booked a table in advance. I asked for the pancake tower challenge but without the challenge, we just wanted to experience and try the pancake tower with no rush or to explode our stomachs and the staff did agreed to do that for us. The waitresses were very nice, they even offered a more spacious table because the tower was tall, I loved the music playing there, it made me wanna dance! Overall we a had a great, tasty and sweet lunch!

    Thank you to our fabulous waitress who kept us topped up with prosecco! (Long blonde hair in a pony tail forgot to ask her name). Food was great too, especially the delicious banoffee pancakes!! Highly recommended!

    Booked in advance, for our arrival in London, excellent food & portions, good value for money, does feel like american diner inside, which we liked but tables too close together, it's a tall slim building, so they obviously have to get the tables in, would definitely go again 😊😋

    We had the chicken club sandwich with fries and granola. The club sandwich was huge and good value. My wife had the granola which was lacking in granola but it had tons of yoghurt which made the dish pointless and very sickly. The waitress topped up the granola by a very small amount. Unfortunately my wife wouldn’t order the granola again if it came up the same. We would give the Polo Bar another go though because as the club sandwich and other food that was going to peoples tables looked excellent.

    Our second visit, this time meeting up for a family birthday breakfast. Very busy place and seating is a little crowded, but we were served quickly, the service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfasts are amazing - good sized portions! Good value for money considering the location right opposite Liverpool Street station. We’ll be returning again soon.

    Great food -breakfast all day-but horrible service. Part of our meal wasn’t delivered; the server sat down at table across from us and ate a whole meal before delivering the final entree (wait if an hour) and then charged for an item we didn’t get.
