Each guest ordering the full menu uses a two-sided disk to control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Passador to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to carve at the table. The red side indicates the stopping point. Turning back to green lets the Passador know to start offering the meats again.
Very Disappointed as no Palmito on salad buffet, the feijoada swimming in pieces of fat, male waiters not very pleasant and it just seemed like a run down restaurant you would find in a Favela in Rio, first time I went it was nicer with professional staff and the picanha which I love always seems difficult to get at the table and it’s more like beef 🥩 tartar bleeding like it came straight from slaughter house, I wonder if chefs are qualified????
This restaurant has amazing food and service. We were able to get the attention of our waitress almost anytime we needed her. She was fantastic. For the price we paid, it was a lot of food. They are always walking around with more meats and you can visit the buffet whenever you feel like it. Let alone, the quindim was spectacular. It was a great ending to a great dinner.
The only downfall of this restaurant is the really close quarters. Now, I understand that this can't be helped so that's why it didn't bother me that much. It just seemed overly packed. Great organization for the space though!
I loved it, but I put birthday as a request and they didn’t sing. I hope they do next time.
- Food was absolutely excellent
- Room was hot
- Servers could not answer simple questions about the meat when it was being served to us because they could not spread enough English
Loved this place! Great value for money and the staff were very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be back.
Really good food! A little too crowded but amazing service with polite staff. I would totally recommend :)
Top Customer service. Well managed place
Eat here quite a lot and it is consistently good meat. Definitely recommend this to carnivores only!
I had a reserved table but it wasn't ready, the table was organised after 10 minutes waiting at the reception but it was not a big deal. The waiter said that one table two and a half hours to leave (far to long according to him). The comment implied that we should not stay long otherwise they take notice. The purpose of a rodízio is to seat and relax, hence why they give you a card with green and red. Once seated, the "passador" walked five times with the "picanha" past us but didn't stop until I called. I wondered and asked if it was something to do with the 2for1 voucher and apparently not. The "picanha" finally came after my request and it was super rare to the point where it was chewy and didn't go down. I called the waiter and asked if the meat was meant to be like that and was told that I had to ask the passador. I don't mind rare meat but there's a limit. The sad part was that I was already full and the rice was already cold. It was time to go home when the acceptable rare meat came so I had a piece and asked for the bill.
Brilliant time, excellent service and just the tastiest meats
Wonderful food. Very well cooked. Good buffet selection.
