Pujol is Chef Enrique Olvera’s genuine and personal approach to Mexican cuisine, famed for reinvention and ongoing evolution, where tradition and contemporary gastronomy live side by side as expressed in culinary techniques -both ancient and modern. Using both imagination and delicacy. Olvera recombines Mexico’s nearly infinite ingredients and flavors, demonstrating and extraordinary food culture’s potential in obsessive detail. - Private dining room - For parties from 9 to 14 people. - We charge 20% of gratuity at the end of the event. - We consider this space as the private room, the meal will be served as family style, that been said, the kitchen will choose the 4th and 6th courses according to you and your guest's preferences and dietary restrictions. Your server will elaborate a bit more on this at the time of the event.

Last night was my third time dining at Pujol. With the years, the food and service at Pujol have been fine tuned to near perfection! Enrique Olvera is a master distilling, honoring, and curating the flavors of traditional Mexican food and presenting dishes that “wow” those with a refined and sophisticated palate, and those who are able to appreciate the complexity and love that it takes to achieve such heavenly and balanced flavors. Pujol is a truly wonderful and exciting culinary experience. A special thanks to Estefania Macías for making our experience at Pujol even more special with her warm, caring, and professional service.

Experience, food and most of all service was just Great! Would've liked more options besides the 2 menus offered in the menu, but the taste and quality of every dish compensated that for me. Highly recommend!!

This tasting menu was incredible and very extensive. At first I thought I was going to leave hungry and need to get tacos after but the 7 course meal was very filling. The meals are an explosion of spices in your mouth. The aged mole was incredible and I am now going to judge moles differently. The ambiance was nice but the dress code was very surprising seeing people in t shirts and flip flops....

We had the Sea tasting menu. All the dishes were interesting and fresh and I think it’s worth it for the experience.

There are so many staff working that it can be a bit overbearing. And you don’t have the same waiter the whole time so it’s a bit disjointed.

Es todo una experiencia, el lugar es elegante y es impresionante ver la dinámica del lugar en cuanto a los meseros, la cocina, la barra de tacos y los bartenders. La comida es deliciosa, el detalle de dar un menú a cada persona con la fecha y la presentación sin duda un detalle que no se olvida!. sus botanas son lo mejor en ambos menús degustación y durante cada platillo te explican que ingredientes tienen y su significado. Indudablemente es uno de los mejores restaurantes no solo por el sabor de su comida si no por el servicio, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Me gusto mucho la experiencia, creo que la hacen perfecto , el servicio es impresionante.
Mi única recomendación es que hay demasiado tiempo de espera entre un platillo y otro.

An incredible experience. Menu moves from subtle to complex. The molé was incredible. The fine dining format remain intact, which I enjoy, however you never feel stuffy or over worked while dining. Very accessible while maintaining high standards.

The food was absolutely amazing but to be honest the service wasn’t top 20 restaurant in the world level. I was constantly deserted by the waiting staff. It seemed like they forgot about me multiple times. I do still recommend but just giving some constructive feedback

The food was good and the service excellent but it lacked of diversity in the tastes , and of "travel" in the ingredients.
We would have attempted more exoticism and originality in the choice of the meals.
We although had an excellent time in the restaurant and appreciated more likely the service and ambiance.

I have sinned in a number of great restaurant. Pujol deserves to be near the top of the lists. Food outstanding (balanced, fresh, flavorful, complex and interesting) service warming (friendly, tentative, fun, and knowledgeable). But what sets them as GREAT -VERY- GREAT, is the story they tell of Mexican flavors, and the emotion that is created with every bite. This meal was a work of art!!!!!!

Fantastic food that reflects sophisticated selection, care, and preparation with Mexican Oaxacan roots. The mole is worth the visit by itself. Perhaps a bit on the pricey side, but that's expected for this level cuisine.

Overrated. Could not wait to leave. The corn based menu needed more variety or at least toss in some more vegetables. My stomach felt like it had eaten a bottle of glue towards the middle of the dinner. The dessert also had a soapy/essential oil taste to it. I recommend their seafood option over the corn but it was still very underwhelming. It boggles me that this is one of the 50 World’s Best. We had a great experience at Rosetta the night before with a third the cost. Disappointing end to our short vacation in Mexico City.

Cocina extraordinaria. Los platillos muy distintos entre si y con mezclas de sabores interesantes. Considerar que el precio es muy elevado, pero vale la pena como experiencia.
