We arrived at the restaurant and were seated immediately as per our reservation. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of everything and he catered to our every thought. It was My fiancé’s birthday So I asked to have a dessert customized to honor it. They went above and beyond my expectations. Even as far as to having the GM and Exec. Chef sign a Personal Birthday cars for her. I’ll definitely be returning here and I strongly suggest it to anyone interested. *We are from Lafayette, Louisiana.*
The bartender was exceptional. Food good and service at table was good.
Food was underwhelming. Octopus was fantastic as was the appetizer bread and watermelon. However, entree was just ok. Decent seasoning on the branzino. Waitress was nice but forgot twonitems we ordered. The place was not packed at all due to the virus. She may have forgotten our entire if sheactually had to multitask
Service was excellent, portions were very large, waiters and staff were very attentive. Food and steaks were excellent as well.
The atmosphere was great. The food was only mediocre.
Very good service was exceptional
Food was really good. Wine list was just far too expensive.
Server was awful. Lied to us about wine to try and get us to purchase more expensive bottles. Service was so slow- 3 hr dinner with 14 people.
Really great steaks- terrible Irish coffee - forgot to Bill wine - eventually everything settled happily - one square wheel on this wagon but will definitely go back
We had dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had the three filets and my wife had the wagyu pastrami brisket. The three filets were a little overdone for my taste even though I ordered rare. The steaks were good but not the best I have ever had. The pastrami brisket my wife ordered was amazing. It was way too much for her to eat but she loved it. The Brussels sprouts we ordered for a side had great texture and flavor. All in all it was an excellent meal.
Service was terrible and food came out overcooked and cold - pretty expensive dinner for underwhelming service and food. Really cool place though and very convenient to the Royal Palm hotel.
Always a wonderful time at Quality Meats. Whenever we come to Miami, it is a must visit before leaving.
The biggest problem with this restaurant Is the portions of outstanding meats! Neither my wife nor I were able to finish the outstanding servings despite our serious try to do so!
Service and ambiance were lovely and appropriate. We stayed at a hotel next door making it very convenient.
Overall an excellent dining experience!
All the food was very well prepared. I went to to dinner with my brother and my mother. They split an appetizer - something with quinoa and octopus which they said was great. My brother and I split the tomahawk steak it was perfectly cooked. I also added a side of sautéed spinach. My mother ordered a burger with fries which she said was great. I also have a laundry list of food allergies which the waiter was fantastic about and there was no hesitation around accommodating me, which I truly appreciated. We’re from New York and have eaten at Quality Meats in the city and we’re excited to try the one here while visiting Miami & it didn’t disappoint.
Exquisite. Appetizers , salads, entrees all great. Love all their locations.
Might be a top 5 restaurant for me globally. The Bacon / peanut butter appetizer is absolutely THE BEST! I retuned 1 year later and it was still perfect.
The corn brûlée was to die for. I gave this place a 3 overall because it wasn’t worth the pricing. Yes it was delicious and the ambiance was nice, but i felt because we didn’t order something EXPENSIVE like the server had suggested, he no longer was interested in making our experience pleasant.
We also declined a second bottle of water, but was brought one anyways. Meanwhile they are $10 a piece.
Food was great though, everything cooked perfectly. And the flavors were wonderful.
My husband and I went there to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Everything expertly prepared.
I had a reservation for 6 on a Sunday (when they opened). I was looking forward to the Wine Dinner, which is advertised for all day on Sundays. It wasn't offered as an option to me, and was not on the menu. My water glass had lipstick on it; the lobster cocktail was so brimming with ice that ice fell all over the table; the "broccoli and cheese bites" were clearly pre-made, probably frozen, and served lukewarm; my drink was served after my first course arrived; and the steak tartare tasted like ketchup. One bright spot: The view of Collins and the people-watching were fantastic.
Not quite the same experience as NYC - still good. Just not as good.
The service was perfect and food was delicious. We enjoyed the wine menu dining experience.
Quality Meats is hands-down the BEST steakhouse in south Florida! Dave at the bar took excellent care of us and poured us Canvasback Washington Red Mountain Cabernet, which perfectly complemented the thick-cut bacon appetizer, creatively plated with a peanut butter & jalapeño jelly sauce & balanced with a topping of finely diced green apple! It was so inventive, delicious, and balanced-wow! Then we had the filet mignon, so tender we cut it with a fork! We topped the evening off with a burnt marshmallow ice cream scoop, so delish! Come once and you’ll be back for more!
