We had made reservations at 7:30 for 2 people. When we arrived we had walk ins sat before us which was a little frustrating. The food was good, but nothing special. The Caesar salad could use more dressing - it was basically romaine lettuce with shaved Parmesan cheese. The fusilli was very good, super flavorful and homey. The spaghetti and meatballs was a let down. It came with one meatball and the sauce was almost grainy — definitely nothing special. My boyfriend got the 4 meats special — also not worth the price. The waiter said it came with French fries but it was a little house salad. I would not rush to come here again
The service and food was very good. We would definitely eat here again.
Amazing food. Excellent service every time!
Wonderful food great friendly service. Will be back next time we're in town.
The food here was delightful. I had a very savory pasta bologna while my friend thoroughly enjoyed his delicious lobster ravioli. Service was great; portions were large and the food quality was superb. I would highly recommend this great restaurant.
Double date, perfect ambiance
Fantastic experience! Service was excellent. Super responsive, took great care of us, water was always full. Anticipated our needs. Pasta was amazing. The chicken ravioli were creamy, delicious perfection.
Pizzas were larger than expected with great crispy crust, delicious toppings and just the right amount of sauce and cheese.
Definitely on my list for a repeat visit next time we are headed to the North End.
Recommend for a quick, simple meal. We went for dinner on NYE and the quality /flavor profile of our entrees and ambience left a lot to be desired unfortunately. They also did not serve dessert on NYE.
The was open on open table so went for it and it was a great choice. Great food and atmosphere
It was packed for Christmas but food came out quickly, service was very good despite the crowd. Had the eggplant parm appetizer which was cheesy and delicious, and the margherita pizza which was a nice thin crust. The olive oil dipping sauce for the bread was so good we drizzled it on everything! Would definitely go again.
Seated near the cold door. Tables to close together. Good was just ok. Nothing special for the $$. We wanted desert but was told there was none. Left there after dinner and went to another restaurant for drinks coffee and desert.
Service was attentive. Food mediocre. Bolognese and Cacio e Pepe both very bland. Lobster ravioli was pretty good. Caesar salad had no dressing.
The shrimp lemonchello was excellent but the pizza was just ok. Pizza lacked flavor and the restrooms were in dining room and door wouldn’t lock so ai walked in on someone for the whole restaurant to see, not a good set up
Food was delicious and service was great! A little pricey but a great dinner spot
Excellent servers and host, friendly, efficient. For $100+ I felt we paid more for the location and availability than the quality of the food.
It was my third time at the restaurant and I was very disappointed. The first two times there, everything was great, so I was excited to go back and I talked the place up to my party of four on a Friday night.
On my latest visit, the pizza I ordered came out charred on one half. The pizza itself did not have much flavor beyond the burnt taste, but it was easy to tell that the dough was made with way too much salt. This is especially disappointing for a restaurant best known for the quality of their pizzas.
When it was time to pay, we were told that the table could not split payment across multiple cards because “the machine was down”. After a lot of bluster, the server walked things back and managed to split the payment evenly after all.
It was a very disappointing visit after my previous experiences and the next time that I’m making plans, I’ll go to one of the many other great options the North End has to offer.
Great food, great service. I went for the chicken parm but our friends had grilled fish that they loved. Friendly, cozy place. Definitely coming back!
Great time love the food, very nice costumer service
Disappointed been 4 times in the last 6 months. Probably the last
Had zucchini florets only two rather than three and they were mostly cheese very disappointed. 18 dollars. No wonder why the waitress wears a mask
Had spaghetti and meatballs as in plural as per the menu description. Only got 1 meatball. Change the menu description to ":spaghetti and meatball" singular.
Bibb salad had less salad dressing than a dried up oasis in the desert and the lettuce was terrible.
The north end business has had a record year. Do you really need to shortchange the customer with the florets and a meatball.
Maybe my last visit
Great restaurant! Amazing food! Solid choice for a North End pick!
Two of the three meals were wonderful. Interesting to find the gnocchi was heavy and starchy - but the sauce was delicious. Interesting because earlier in the week I had dinner at another F. Depasquale restaurant and the server suggested substituting another pasta for the gnocchi fruit di mare (which we did, and linguine was awesome). I would definitely recommend Quattro for their grilled meats, wood fired pizza, many awesome pastas - just not the gnocchi
It is a great spot right in Hanover street. For the price the food is so good. The lobster ravioli was amazing, and I thought they had a great wine selection.
It is nearly impossible to leave Quattro without a headache. Tables are too close to each other (1 foot). Service was unexpectedly perfect, waiter was kind and fast.
If you have eaten real Italian pizza before, you will not be satisfied here. Dough was not good, sauce was not delicious. It was below average margarita.
Our waitress rushed us the entire time. Food was decent, but it wasn't a relaxed or pleasant experience.
Great service. No dessert but great entrees.
Constantin is one of the best servers out there. Food is amazing and worth the price
Despite it being a very busy holiday week-end evening we were treated with care and patience.
Our favorite place. Small Italian restaurant with authentic Napoli pizza. Grazie. Waiter was not as attentive as usual. Forgot bread and oil for table. But still our go to Hanover street restaurant. Grazie Millie. 11/26/21
My grown daughter and I loved the food! Cute little place, …..very tight, close tables and the music overhead was a tad bit loud, but we still enjoyed it. We had great calamari, bellinis, my lobster ravioli was wonderful and my daughter really liked her pasta dish. We’d definitely go back!
Super fast service, got our food in 10-15 minutes, we were in and out in 30 minutes
had a wonderful time visiting for my sisters birthday. we had a reservation and they will seat you once your whole party arrives to the restaurant. busy Saturday night. the place was small but packed. enjoyed the quattro cosmo, linguini and clams and the calamari. also love their sister (?) restaurant mare across the street. will return!
This nights special: Frutti di Mare’ was outstanding.
It is what it is, a touristy restaurant, tables are too close, very loud, bathrooms are busy all the time.
At the same time: good is decent and so is the service
Quattro was good, but the staff was overwhelmed. Drinks took over 20 minutes and we were charged $2.00 extra for mozzarella on our pizza. Who doesn’t include the price of cheese on pizza? Better yet, who eats cheese less pizza?! 🍕
I was really looking forward to a romantic dinner in the North End. I liked Quattro because it offered a variety of entrées, including pizzas which were amazing. However, it's a very loud and very vibrant atmosphere which makes it difficult if you want to simply have conversation and enjoy a dinner with someone. Next visit to the amazing North and will likely be somewhere else.
I would recommend it, but please be prepared for a very fast turnover of tables, a very loud atmosphere and the crowd was on the younger side late 20s to 30s with some families. I'm a bit older, 60, and was hoping for something a bit more slow, mellow, casual and delicious.
My experience at Quattro last night was amazing. The manager, Michael, went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best service and food. You cannot go wrong here, food, service and ambiance is amazing!!!
Great food and service! The lobster risotto was delicious! So was the chicken parm and pasta bolognese. Definitely want to try other dishes.
Felt rushed by the waitress to hurry up and eat even after we had to wait to be seated even with a reservation. Had the audacity to come back and hound us about now giving her a big tip.
The food was amazing and the service was great. We had the Quattro formaggi pizza and it was very good, and my partner had the gnocchi sorrentina and loved it while I had the cacio e pepe and thought it was wonderful. Definitely recommend.
