Opened in 2007, Racines is a Parisian bistro marked by its raw cuisine of great produce and slow cooking. Simone Tondo took helm of the kitchen in late 2017, rebranding the style of the place as "bistrosteria"; a balance between his grandmothers recipes and the techniques of a new Parisian bistro.
Named Best Bistrattoria by Le Fooding and just awarded their first Michelin star, Racines offers an experience that puts the customer at the heart of it all.
