   Foods are great but the ambiance is not good, too crowded customers in Lunch buffet. There is poor social distancing controlling and poor customers order management in the first hour (due to a lot of customers) For example, there are some food stations (such as grilled menus) that customers must write their order in paper and send to waitress. After get order, they will cook and serve to customers at their table. I ordered a few of grilled menus in same order but actually I got only one. I asked the waitress about the remaining menu but don’t get anything back.

   As an older couple, I had my doubts about giving the gift of a noisy, family-friendly buffet to my hard-working husband. But, I did and we enjoyed every moment of it: from a wide range of well-prepared appetizers to endless lobster; the best chestnut soup I have ever had; mountains of food choices from countries near and including Thailand, and finally, dessert, Christmas carols, coffee choices, and more dessert. We happily rolled home. I would be interested in their dinner menu and will explore that another time.

   It was nice except maybe we chose the wrong day to go as there were sooooo many people and it was very noisy so the quiet intimate dinner we expected didn’t quite go as planned. Wish we had know there would be some sort of business meal or group dining we would have picked a different day.

    Un lieu à la hauteur de sa réputation. De belles présentations, un service disponible et attentionné. Fraîcheur et qualité des mets. Le piano et la chanteuse un peu moins fort en son serait bienvenus toutefois. Mais rien qui n’altère la qualité de ce buffet et du service. Par ailleurs le dress code est plutôt décontracté et simple ce qui ne gâche rien.

    We arrived a bit early and where asked by the host to take a seat for a view minutes, by then our guests had arrived and we where ushered to our table. As there where no premium tea or fresh juices on the non alcoholic beverage package we decided to get the juice form the buffet and that was good enough. The seafood selection was amazing as expected, as this was one of the reasons we choose this time the Rain Tree Café. The hot food range was very good as well. The Dessert buffet looked stunning but the quality of the whole cakes was not very premium, the small individual pastries where very tasty and pretty. To finish we had a tasty Illy Espresso so all in all a very good 3 hour brunch, will be back soon.

    What an amazing experience we had for their Christmas Buffet. If you could have imagined it, they had it available on the buffet, including caviar. They were also extremely attentive to our allergies. If ever in Bangkok again, this is a must do.
