   Food did not taste and it was not worth the cost. They were not overly busy when we went however we had to ask for silverware and napkins several times. The ambiance of the rain forest was great

   1 entree came before the appetizers. The rest around the same time as the appetizers. The waitress asked me to pay the bill before anyone was finished. Manager came by and I let him know all of this and he said he would talk with our waitress. That's it. Will not go back.

   We did not realize that the mall closed at 8pm and scheduled a 7:30pm reservation however the host and server still accommodated us to celebrate our birthday dinner even after the restaurant had closed. We did not feel rushed and they were pleasant. This was on May 2nd 2022. I would like to appreciate the young man who was the host and our server.

   Service was terribly slow. We waited an hour for food, my drink took 30 minutes and was only brought when I reminded our waitress I had ordered it. When we finally got our food, my husband’s was so burned he couldn’t eat it and had to send it back. It was not a good experience for the cost. Our meal was close to $100

    We sat down for 20 mins before anyone took our drink order Service was not good and the restaurant was not busy My daughter ordered a drink one of the light cups that you can keep and they brought it just a tall glass And it was like pulling teeth to get them to get the glass corrected Food was ok but not really

    Our waiter forgot about us bc he was too busy taking care of a larger party bc it was a bigger tip for him. We asked him 3x to bring us something and then he disappeared until he had to bring us the check. Very disappointed with our experience. Only the ambience was nice

    Very slow service on a Tuesday night with a total of 3 tables. I was told the food took so long bc I ordered a burger. Food was served cold.

    I have been to other Rainforest Cafes and had great experiences. This one was not one of those. We went on a Thursday, mid-day, there were two other tables with people in the whole restaurant. There was no hostess at the front, we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. Once we got seated, the table was dirty. Then our waitress came an she was less than enthused to be there. Took another 15 minutes just to get our waters. Then we were finally allowed to order and that seemed to be a lot for her (no smiles or anything the whole time). Then after an hour and twenty minutes we got our food! (Again only two other tables with people and they were just two tops) . The waitress never once came over to refill our drinks, ask how the food was, let us know how much longer the food was going to be…it was ridiculous! I will mention that I was a waitress and bartender for many years and so I ALWAYS give the wait staff and kitchen staff the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t on this one! Food was mediocre, definitely not worth the wait and not worth the money. Would not recommend

    Very good place to dine with the kids, they loved to see the animals come to life every 15mins or so... if you looking for somewhere quiet, its not for you.. Food was great and the kids love the animal drinks as well... Plates was no more than about $30...

    It was my Grandson's 2nd birthday and we had 16 people including my Grandson. Our service was EXCELLANT. It was so good that when I got home I wished I had tipped even more. Food was pricey but the service was so great and my grandson was so HAPPY that I did not mind paying. Only concern was the women's bathroom was not clean at all and it smelled horrible. If they can fix that, then they would be at 5 stars.

    Waited about 10 minutes before a hostess arrived. They were busy tidying, stocking, & arranging. Then when they sat us at our table it took another 10 minutes before a server came ro our table. We had made reservations days in advance & we ate lunch (not dinner). They had just repainted the outside of the restaurant so the ambiance & rocks were covered in caution tape. We were disappointed, overall,, after driving two hours to get to the restaurant.

    Nice feel to the decor and lighting. We had one of those forgetful type waiters. We had to ask for the same thing 2 or 3 times. My steak wasn't medium as requested. It was medium well. The coconut shrimp were delicious. I'll go back only because I want my 3 yr old grandson to see the animals and experience the thunder storm.

    We ordered the appetizer plate and queso. The queso and spinach artichoke taste like they were heated in the microwave. The best thing was the egg rolls and cheese sticks. We ordered the pasatalya and it was OK. Ordered a cocktail which was the best thing we Ordered. Will go back for cocktails egg rolls and cheese sticks.

    Disappointed I didn’t get dessert as I wasn’t offered any by the guy who took our order (as I wanted the sparkling volcano for my birthday ),but not complaining about it ,as food was delicious and half the workers there (like the guy who seated us , another guy waiter ), was wonderful.I liked the guy who took our order and drinks as he was nice but i felt like not enough effort was put into greeting or offering us things . It was a hi can I take your order or would you like anything to drink kind of vibe but again he was nice and pleasant .

    We were there for a birthday party, reservations at 545 for a Sunday, we ordered our food, drinks etc, fine so far. Then the food came, the birthday girl didn’t get her food, the waiter apologized and said he’d forgotten to input her order and the kitchen was closed bc it was near closing time. Although very annoyed we made due, ordered mac n cheese instead. It was brought out 5 seconds later, cold, she ate it. We asked for things multiple times, and it wasn’t brought to us until the 3rd or 4th time asking. Eventually the restaurant was closing (7pm), the lights came on before we were done and there was a plethora of cleaning around us, fine. Then the checks came. We asked them to be split since before ordering so it would be easier. Somehow the ticket was wrong, and the worse part of it was that it was the food that the order “wasn’t placed” somehow made its way onto a ticket. Definitely won’t be coming back. On top of that the food was okay.

    The atmosphere was fantastic for two kids (four year old and ten month old), and I thought my first visit was great at forty as well! Thoroughly enjoyed the Cajun pasta, and my only complaint was that the servers didn’t stop by very often to refill drinks or check in.

    Came here for a friends birthday, we had made a reservation but when we showed up we were told the table wasn't ready and they would need 15 more minutes. They had us wait at the hostess stand and a line of families from behind us. After finally being seated, it took about another 10 minutes to finally be asked for our drink order. I believe our server only came to our table a total of 3 times and the manager had to refill our drinks. While she was very polite we didn't receive service often and some guests that arrived late didn't want to order at all because of how long the service was taking. We were also forced to tip 17% gratuity for the bad service.

    Food is way over priced, terrible flavor. Spent $80 on food we didn't even eat because it was that terrible. Our server was rude, and it was my daughter's first birthday. Will never be back again.

    The restaurant is very loud. The service is fast (too fast). I know they want you to eat and leave fast but at least leave the time to the customers to have a look at the menu. I would recommend the place for the decor and ambiance but not the service.

    We came here to celebrate my 6 year old. He loved the ambiance and it was overall a good experience. Food is a little overpriced and some of it needed more flavor like our chicken fajitas (the were not seasoned at all). Our waiter was very good which made our experience great!

    Our son enjoys rainforest. However this visit had me wishing I had never gone as I felt I was being pushed out the door by our watriss The food is expensive and not worth the prices. I only go because my son enjoys it.
