Rainforest Cafe - Sawgrass Mills

Birthday celebration for my 6 year old great granddaughter. We were treated very well with great service and tasty food. She was served a birthday surprise desert complete with candle!

Rainforest Cafe is outrageously overpriced. Not to mention, the wait is insane, the ambiance is subpar, and the the crowd is questionable. I’ve never had such an odd dining experience.

The menu is very minimal and extremely overpriced for the food quality.

Limited menu very few budget friendly items. Kids enjoyed which is what really mattered. Kids menu has a lot of variety.

Went to take my kid cuz he loves it, were offered a table right by the restrooms entrance when there were so many more empty tables, so I kindly asked to be seated in a different table. The lady who was sitting us didn’t say a word and walked us to a different one. Once there she throws the menus and silverware at the table. At least 10mins passed and not waitress had show to our table, so I had to ask for help. We ordered an appetizer (cheese sticks) and it was brought at the same time that our entrees, after waiting at least 45mins for our food, including my kid pizza which I ordered first. The server was very friendly, but food was awful. And the lady who seated us, worst attitude ever. Definitely not going back in a very longgggg time.

It appeared that safety precautions were good during COVID...tables were cleaned and spaced apart. The food was good.

My kids loved the experience ! We will definitely go back ! Preferred this one than the one in Orlando

Staff lacked good customer service. The host was nice. The server made us feel rushed. She would ask a question and leave before getting a complete answer. I guess they were short staff I don't know. But I am a server. So no excuse. Also reservation specified it was a birthday, yet staff had no acknowledgement of that . We asked for a complimentary slice of cake but felt like we were begging.

Place was Awesome so was the food and very cute ambience for the kids

Great experience and service. Went with our 1 year old daughter and she loved it. Very entertaining for kids.

Anniversary

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at the rainforest Café in sawgrass. Because of social distancing it seems as if they did not have enough staff so it took a little bit longer to get initial service even though the waiter was exceptional.

1 hour for the food, 30 minutes for a 2do bottle of wine

The food was amazing, we love this place it's very nice for a family time.

The food was horrible, the service was mediocre, the prices were ridiculous for kids food. $20 for a brownie and ice cream!? A bad brownie and vanilla FLAVORED ice cream... they serve cheap garbage and charge 4x because of the “ambience” which needs some help. It is exactly the same as when my parents used to bring me when I was a kid 20+ years ago. I understand why they stopped taking me. Expensive cafeteria food.

We had a reservations at 4pm for a table of six. It took the waitress over 20mins to greet us or even take out drunk order. So we decided to leave. As we were leaving we told her we weren’t going to stay and eat. All she said back to us was fine bye very rudely. I will never go back to this location again. We had way better service at Bahama Breeze.

Terrible from start to finish! Arrived at 1:03 and ordered by 1:10. Appetizer did not arrive until 1:56 (spinach dip). Fried chicken tasted like a frozen meal, absolutely disgusting. Husband’s pasta ordered with pesto but came as Alfredo. Child grilled cheese burnt. Incorrect bill brought to us and did not apologize-would have overpaid by forty dollars. Lemonade charged in a souvenir glass (inappropriate for 8.50). Ridiculous experience for $80 bill. No management present.

The Rainforest truly is a kid-friendly; my daughter enjoyed her special day!

Outstanding! food was great and I had a very nice date. It was quiet and I got to sit in a roomy booth. Service was overall great and i would definitely recommend it to a friend.

My kids (4 and 10) absolutely LOVE this place. They love the animatronics and giftshop. The food and service are great.

Check in process was quick and safe, tables were spread out, hand sanitizer when you walk in. All servers and leadership wearing masks

Wasn’t busy due to Corona virus I’m sure. I saw them cleaning a lot which is nice. Bathrooms were neat. Food was good. Service was good too. Had a great time. Will go back. Great ambiance for the kids especially.

My kids loved it. I enjoyed the decor and the meals. Great customer service overall. The bathrooms could have been tidier.
