Our server Dom was outstanding! We didn’t enjoy the shrimp scampi dish and he quickly suggested another dish that was far better and saved the night. Rex was also checking in on us frequently and was very personable. Food was okay, but service was stellar! Thanks Ravello staff!!!

This restaurant should be closed and new management should be put in place. Food is sub-par the waiters try to compensate for the poor quality of the food, but it can’t be done. I ordered the shrimp scampi, which was spoiled. There is no comparison between Old Hickory and this restaurant. Close it and start again.

The hostess that greeted us was very welcoming, she found our reservation quickly and seated us in a timely manner. The focaccia and burrata cheese appetizers were delicious. Our dinners came quickly, however, they were a bit cold. We ordered a bottle of champagne and were quickly told that the actual price of the wine was over a $100 more than the menu listed price. They did give us the listed price. One of the glasses we were given for the wine still had lipstick on it. As they were clearing our table, one of the servers spilled food down the back of one of our party. I spoke to the manager and she did comp our appetizers. I dealt badly for our main waiter as we were very pleased with his service.

Make reservations EARLY - it gets booked up quick during peak evenings. Atmosphere was lovely. Service was ok after waiting about 15 minutes. Kept trying to upsell us though, which was really annoying considering it’s quite expensive & they don’t even give you bread with your meal. Food came out quickly & was very good & good portions. We had the lasagna & bolognese.

I’m from New York and admittedly very picky about Italian food, but this was hands down the best Italian food I’ve had in Nashville. I was genuinely blown away. Every single thing that hit the table was a 10/10.

The food was fantastic. We got the shrimp scampi and the rigatoni. We also got the focaccia to share and it was huge!! The service was very slow however. It took our server almost 10 minutes to come to our table with the wine list. And another 10 to come back to take our order. We ordered wine and entrees at the same time and then 20 minutes later our wine came out with our food, which was disappointing. We wanted the wine first as our beverage. Everything else was slow too. 15 minutes after we finished to get dessert and another 10 to pay. We weren’t in a hurry but didn’t expect a 2 hour dinner.
