Our meal was OK - when an order was taken and brought out - it seemed a long wait. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful but so grossly overworked they could not give customers the level of care they wished to. Possibly the same problem in the kitchen.

Little alternative if staying the hotel. Booking was easy, restaurant was expecting me. Had a nice table and not given some back corner because I was a single woman. Food was good but menu hadn’t changed for months ( stayed twice this year already ) Glass of wine is expensive, better value to buy a bottle if you can. Service was a little over attentive and pushy but changed when I asked for more time to consider

Nice setting, no complaints on food but seated then not asked if we’d like to order drinks and ignored for quite some time until having to get up and ask someone to serve us. Saw other people getting frustrated after being seated then forgotten about.

Great food and fantastic value for money. I booked a DBB deal with the hotel & all 4 of the party enjoyed a 3 course meal that was both filling and delicious.

The service we received was outstanding from all who dealt with us. It was my birthday and I had recently gotten engaged; the staff here sorted out a round of drinks on the house as part of our celebrations which was a lovely touch. Thank you very much once again :-)

Probably the worst meal we had during our entire holiday in England. The potatoe and leak soup tasted like dish water.. it was clear no chef or cook had bothered to taste it. Everyone at our table tried to season it to no avail. We managed to discard the full plates of gross soup on a nearby table. We informed the waitress who came back and told us that the cook had changed the soup. We did go and check and this was all a total lie. The main course chicken was awful as was the custard and Apple crumble. We won't bother eating dinner here again.

I booked for a Christmas Eve dinner and, unfortunately, the restaurant did not deliver. They initially put us at the entrance table even though we had a reservation and there were empty booths. The staff seemed to be annoyed by the presence of customers. I waited for tap water for 45 minutes despite asking 3 times. Indifferent faces, average food, unexciting ambience...

Very nice atmosphere, was just an overnight stay before a long flight but a very tasty meal to set us up for a journey. My husband remarked it was the best tasting steak he had had in a long time.

Dined here as we didn't want to go out and were staying for just one night to meet someone from the airport. Diner was great - we had booked on line and although the restaurant was very busy we were served quickly. Food was fine - we had loaded Nachos to start (share) then I had a burger and my husband had ribs & wings. Food was very nice (although I didn't really like the look of the buffet) and although it was on the expensive side we expected this being an airport hotel. All in all a nice dining experience.

Disappointing selection on buffet. Had much better quality meal at pub over the road the next evening. 1 starter & 2 main courses costing the same as buffet for 1.

The staff weren’t welcoming and were not forthcoming with information about what options were available in the restaurant. Virtually no gluten free options. Not very good value for money.

Service was poor and the food in the buffet was poor. Booked a meal deal with hotel, starter and main and a glass of wine, but told on arrival that we could only have the buffet and not offered a glass of wine!

Had the set buffet and it was hot, well cooked and tasty to the extent is really surprised us. Excellent value for money too. Only complaint is that almost £5 for a diet cola seems pricey!

We had one buffet and one a la carte meal. The buffet items do not offer a great deal of choice and didn't taste that good. The chicken skewer from the menu was also not that great. The chicken was dry and hard. I wouldn't come here again for the food alone.

I wouldn't recommend the Bar and Grill for dinner. I ordered a burger and it arrived 3 minutes later - obviously not freshly cooked, and tasting dry and stodgy. The coleslaw had a skin on top and looked almost unsafe to eat. It's not hard (or time-consuming) to cook burgers from fresh - and they taste much better than precooked burgers. For £16 I would expect more.

Children's pizza was not made fresh in restaurant. Sea-bass portion very small, but nice taste. A bit expensive, but service and food was ok considering it is a hotel restaurant.

The service was beyond awful was no eye contact the server could not wait to leave. I have never been more shocked with service in my whole life. As well as this the food was awful clearly microwaved.

The Park Inn Hotel is an airport hotel near Heathrow London. RBG Bar & Grill serves decent food at a decent price. They have a buffet which is great for travelers who want a quick, filling meal. Service is so-so, the tabletop felt a little sticky and could have used a good wipe-down. We were tired and didn’t feel like exploring the surrounding area, so it met our needs.

A reasonable place for a quick meal while waiting for a flight and staying in the Park Inn. No other choice but OK. Staff very good. Big expensive for what you get.
