The food was subpar, broccoli tasted old as of it had been sitting on a shelf for weeks or months. Biscuits were over cooked not very flavorful. Staff seemed to pass the hand sanitizer continuously without using it.
One employee was coughing all over everything and mask was soiled, continued to fall off her face. I would never return to this location again. Disgusting
Our server was wonderful! Attentive, professional and very kind. Food and drinks were served promptly. Food quality was very good, tasty and the portions were more than enough for all of us. The restaurant was clean and social distancing protocols were in place. We will return!

A well run and clean Red Lobster I would recommend clarification of the Open Table priority description. I was five minutes after my "priority time" "not a reservation" and although the Open Table information said the "priority" was held for fifteen minutes after my arrival time, I was originally told that I was put at the bottom of the wait list since I wasn't on time. I had to ask to see the manager to understand. It wasn't explained to me, but my party was seated. I am grateful to the manager for seating us, but I am happy to follow the rules when I understand them. I would ask that the system be better clarified.
Not impressed. Shrimp wasn’t crispy or hot. Restaurant was freezing inside and service sucked

A great place for everyday dining. Food never disappoints. The service is always good. The only complaint is the lighting. The lighting is very bright and makes it seem like a cafeteria. The bar area is nice but because of the lighting, I would never consider meeting friends there. I’ve heard that same complaint from other people also.
Service at this location was poor. Our waitress supposedly didn’t know about us but we were seated smack in the middle of the room, and nobody noticed? I guess it just says something about the culture. How could several waiters and waitresses pass our table by any nobody wonders whose table it is? Do they not talk to each other? I guess ignoring customers was easier? Anyway, by the time we got our waitress she apologized which we appreciated. We waited extra long for the food but it was good. Overall we would return again but probably at a different location.
Surprisingly the food was great. I had salmon with ginger glaze and was very fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. I had no idea that RL was such a good place to eat. I will certainly return.

Edwin was our server, and he was fantastic! Very courteous, kind, respectful and on top of all or needs!! Never needed to call for him, he was always right there when we needed him. Great experience!

Lobster tacos were cold and covered with too much of the guacamole salsa. Otherwise, everything was fine.
The lobster lovers dream is always a favorite of mine and there are enough gluten free options for my wife.
We waited over an hour for food only to have our orders wrong and bill incorrect. And apparently no manager on duty. Pretty disappointing.
