The waitress was very awesome and the service was excellent. The food was deliciously yummy.
Food took a very long time to be served. 2 of 4 orders were incorrectly prepared.
This restaurant is apparently new to the Open Table app and their staff members aren’t well informed on how the points system works. The hostess inadvertently canceled our reservations even though we showed up and were seated on time! We received an email saying we were no shows. We have been using the Open Table app for several years now and it has worked almost flawlessly til Red Lobster.
They are apparently pushing their own “Rewards app” and the two managers I spoke with regarding our Open Table points knew nothing about it. Tyra Wilkins who said she was a manager informed me I must call their Guest Relations 800 number to get it resolved. Not too impressed with the way this was handled. Will probably not go back to this restaurant unless they decide to train their staff on how Open Table app works. I contacted Open Table via email and got the issue resolved in a very prompt and courteous manner. Open Table continues to ROCK! Thank you Yanique at Open Table!!

I have to admit my party was the noisy party of 8 with 2 screaming infants. I ordered lobster it was on the dry side but I enjoyed it. No one complained so we visit again.
We had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a table but other than that it was great
Server was awesome and very attentive however the restaurant was fairly noisy and the kitchen forgot a few items from our order.
Good seafood, relatively inexpensive. The lobsters are minimally opened, just the tail was split. They made an error on our order but fixed it quickly and comped us our appetizer.
