Red Lobster - Lansdale
Open table reservation made for 7:15 pm and arrived at 7:10 pm to be told there was an hour wait. Don’t believe what they tell you on Open Table, Red Lobster is dishonest.
Waitlist Beware! I made reservations for 7p. When we arrived the place was packed. Open Table advised checking in with the hostess upon arrival. We did that and were informed it would be a 30 min wait. Looking around there were tables everywhere sitting empty. One large booth for 6 people had 2 people eating... why they wouldn't be at a 2 person table with so much open seating is beyond me. The location is severely understaffed. We ordered immediately because we waited after making a Open Table reservation almost an hour. It was ridiculous and not worth the wait. Avoid this location and go somewhere else!
Our host was fabulous! She went above and beyond which made our experience remarkable and memorable. This restaurant is lucky to have her!

Wasn't very crowded for a Saturday night prime time, had about a 10 min wait to be seated.
Service was kind but slow, however I felt as though our food had been ready and waiting for quite sometime but just not brought the table, so it could have been quicker. Arrived cold (create you own platter). Overall was not impressed or satisfied. Also noticed a gentleman was waiting at the "to go" service station by the bar for nearly as long as we waited for our food to arrive.

It's always a good time when I go there
We had a great meal and great service. The fillet was cooked to perfection. The fish taco what is light and well seasoned.
It was a good value. The noise level was high as we were in a big room with a big crowd next to us. We went as a couple. Service was good and food seemed fresh. No real complaints just average. I would say to be outstanding it would have to be a better atmosphere and the food a little more unique (which wouldn't be Red Lobster then). Probably a good choice for a family with young kids and big groups.

Was not always a fan of Red Lobster due to the quality of food but was very surprised with our last visit, the salmon and Lobster Bake were delicious and HOT.
This was my 3rd time coming for lobster-fest, and as usual it didn't disappoint.
The food was good, and it is lobster fest, but wow, very expensive for a casual chain restaurant. I can get surf and turf at Outback for far less, in the same outfit and wait just as long in line. Was truly surprised at the prices, and how seemingly people have no issue spending that much and bringing their three kids.
The food was Quite good but the service was only fair. It took forever to get our check and she only came back after our meals were delivered to check if we needed more refills on our drinks.
I always enjoy Red Lobster, and enjoy it even more when it's Lobster-fest. I was there 2-10-19, and then was there again on 2-17-19. When I was there on 2-10 there was an issue with my priority seating, and a mix up with them cancelling my seating, which then showed on Open Table that I had cancelled. The manager did get us seated, but the cancellation of the open table I was told couldn't be changed from cancelled to show that I was there.
On 2-10-18, everyone ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream, and everything was very good. The service was very good as well. On my visit on 2-17 there was no issue this time with my priority seating that again I booked with Open Table. This time everyone ordered the Ultimate Feast, and it was very good. I also ordered on both visits the cauliflower au gratin and it was quite yummy. The service once again was great.
Will try and make it for one more visit hopefully before Lobster-fest is over.
Had a very nice Birthday dinner with family
Waited over an hour for our food , only to have them forget my wife’s mashed potatoes. They kept telling us they would be right out but we never did get them. The manager offered us free desert but we declined. I thought if was very nice of him to come see us and offer his apologies! We didn’t request him he came on his own. Our waitress was friendly but she seemed to forget about us once we got our salads, it literally took 45 minutes from salad to meals arriving
Even with an advanced seating through open table, the wait was 45 minutes. Place was understaffed, the main meal arrived with the salads, and biscuits were not served until immediately before the meal.
Even with the priority seating, we still had to wait one hour for our table. The manager was very nice and offered everyone in the waiting area complimentary drinks. Food was good, but not great and definitely not worth waiting an hour for.
Server wasn’t great, made the experience not great.
