Great food. Alright service. Server was very slow at getting to all of her tables but it’s not her fault you could tell the restaurant was understaffed and she did the best she could. Food is so pricey. It is excellent and prepared fresh which is why we always love going. Will return. Happy customer here!
Our server messed up the entire time we were there with my grandma for her birthday. It started with forgetting my mom's sangria which was no big deal. She then ordered the wrong items for my grandma's "create your own ultimate feast". My grandma asked for a steak, to which the server replied "how would you like it done" and she said "well done". Scallops came out on the plate. Not a huge deal again but this is where things get annoying. She says she will get the steak made for her right away. Now, I understand a well done steak takes a while but the kitchen could have bumped up a steak that was already on the grill to move it out quicker and satisfy the guest. By the time my grandma is practically done eating with maybe a couple of shrimp left, the steak comes out. It is bleeding absolutely everywhere on the plate and of course we make a comment about it. I've worked in restaurants since I was 14, went to culinary school and was a sous chef for a couple of years. So we all make a comment about it's temperature. The waitress argues that it needs to rest to be fully cooked... I'm sorry but a steak will not rest from medium rare to well done. We cut it open and it was purple in the middle. She offered to cook it more but my grandma was so turned off we boxed it up and she didn't want to eat and had to recook it at home the next day. What a great time we had for nearly 200$. She took a whopping 5$ off the bill, and gave us a piece of cake. I don't believe that the mistakes made we're justified with a 5$ discount and a cake. If it wasn't my grandma's special birthday I would have made a scene. We've all decided as a family that we will not be returning to red lobster ever again because the food quality and attention to detail is completely lost. It's Niagara falls, they want you in and out to flip that table and make a tip.
Friends gathering, food were delicious. The staffs are friendly. Shrimp lovers had a great time having unlimited shrimps with different flavors. In general we all had a good experience dinning at Red Lobster!
The portion size of the snow crab legs was small. Knowledgeable and polite server. Good atmosphere.
We had the snowcrab ,very good,..the service was great.htotally enjoyed the meal and great location....
Overall a great dinner - server Matt was excellent. Even when he was busy, he took the time to let us know he’d be with us shortly. Food was good although the broccoli was over cooked and didn’t appear fresh. Seafood was great and the stuffed mushroom app is always delicious.
Joan is an excellent waitress who blew us away with her positive and professional approach to service. Simonne, the floor manager, was a delight and came by to see how everything was.
You can trust this establishment for a few reasons:
1) food quality. Great job on all levels
2) employee tenure. Most staff have been there 20 plus years. Joan taught us how to eat lobster legs and she even took a bunch of pictures for us (and 1 selfie hehe)
3) management cares. SImonne asked every table how their dinner was
I was blown away by their hospitality and commitment to great food and great service.
4) the biscuits (you will get it). They gave us extra free biscuits even to go....so kind

I only visit this location with friends when I am visiting from out of time. The service is always top notch - servers are attentive and friendly (the bartenders at this particular location could take a page from their book, actually), but our last visit this past weekend was very disappointing. It took over an hour an a half for our food to arrive and we sat at the bar for 40 minutes while we waited for our table, despite having made a reservation. When the food arrived it was barely edible. I ordered the sole and it was not cooked through. The broccoli was over cooked and was practically mush, while the rice tasted crunchy. All of us were ill the next day. Highly doubt we will visit RL again but, if we do, it definitely won’t be at the Niagara Falls location after this past experience.
