The waitress service was good but the hostess was extremely rude. We were late for our reservation and I tried to change the booking on this app. Once we got there I said I’m sorry we are late and understand if you can’t seat us but the app wouldn’t let me change the time. The hostess the said with the most rude and sarcastic tone that we would just have to give a call next time because they were really busy last week and I said I tried to change it but couldn’t and apologized, and she kept going how it was important that I called while I was driving with my two small kids in the car. The restaurant was not busy there was nobody waiting in line and there were many tables empty. The explanation and tone was not necessary

Seafood Boils is a robbery... Oh well, don't be deceived by the inflated plastic bag. I am done with Red Lobsters!

Fantastic. My parents loved it all, the calamari, the clam chowder, the Shrimp Your Way entrees and of course the biscuits. Only complaint is that it's a bit dark and had to read the menus for them

I have gone to red lobster several times husband favorites. The server Peter is excellent serve us well. He is great recommend him to serve ne always. Fine the crab was very salty. Chip was not the greatest, soft no taste. My dishes was not so great. Thd fish was not crisp just blend, didn't enjoy my meal. Neverless we choose there because is our 50th wedding anniversary on that very day. Don't mind spending the price, once the food is good we are happy. We are at kegg regular. We love it there.

The service was great, but the food was disappointing. Oshawa location was much better. The soup was stinky and the shrimps were small.
