At a recent family get together to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday we made a reservation at the Williamsville location. We were seated promptly, our server was very friendly and efficient. Our food arrived shortly and it was served hot and precisely as we ordered it. After our meal the server brought out a bowl of vanilla ice cream for my sister and everyone in the dining room sang happy birthday. She was thrilled. I would highly recommend this location for a family get together.

Had a very good meal with good service. The only thing I wish Red Lobster would do, because it is a seafood restaurant, would be to provide butter warmers for lobster & crab, cloth napkins and hand wipes. The butter warmers would help warm the food that rapidly cools off. Cracking hard shell items can be messy and the napkins and wipes would be very welcome.
