Great service, great food! A bit overpriced so not an everyday stop but will def go back.
Great food, slightly over priced for the ambience and Chinese food... but the taste would make it justifiable for a special occasion
Amazing service, even better food. Definitely recommend the crispy beef.
Fantastic food team and service! Highly recommend this restaurant, try all of the starters, they are so different and interesting and fun!
The truffle soup dumplings were amazing, and the staff was really friendly.
Great service, great atmosphere, good food but could have a cheaper wine. Good beer though !
Love love love the food here. Bit pricey though!
But great fun food and delicious.
The servers could not have cared less about doing a good job and seemed completely uninterested...
Food was OK - a little greasy.
Dumplings are very good and so is their iced home-made Jasmin tea, but the rest of the menu is average and no fine food. Overall, it's good but way below expectations from all what I had heard
Lovely atmosphere and service was excellent. Portion sizes a little on the small side but OMG everything was delicious 😋
Greatly over-priced for fairly ordinary Chinese food.
Amazingly presented and delicious dim sums and Chinese noodles
Delicious food. Innovative presentation. Good service. All round good thanks experience.
Our second visit and again very good. Not cheap but top food, attentive and friendly service in a great location.
We received really poor service. The waiters made no effort to make it an enjoyable experience.
Restaurant split over 3 floors, managed to get a booth which was cute.
Yes, I would recommend asa great location and the food was great. The chilli beef is especially nice.
Great food if a touch on the pricey side. Easy atmosphere and friendly hosts. Will definitely be back.
Service is as good as always. Amazing food and looking for more new dishes coming on the menu.
Really terrible. Stupid menu with weird sounding food, erratic servers and stodgy badly executed food. Beautiful styling for the insta generation but that’s not all there is to a restaurant.
Amazing food, shame we had a disinterested member of staff serving us! Zero enthusiasm, and customer service!! :(
The food was very good but the price way too high. In addition to this the waitress was very rood. She was particularly annoyed when we asked her to give us more time to choose was to order after she told us that the things we wanted to order in the menu weren’t available anymore. Although the quality of the food is really high, I don’t think it’s worth the price. The toilets also need to be modernised.
The food was amazing, service was great good recommendation from the waitress. Only small thing was the scallion pancake was a disappointment. The shrimp & snow pea leaves dumplings were to die for. Great atmosphere. Will definitely go back.
The food and staff was lovely, the staff were also very friendly. The only thing that spoiled our visit was the music, which we felt wasn’t necessary. The music made it feel like a grab’n go sort of place. But clearly from the pricing and service, it is anything but. Also the price of the food was a dash expensive for how much you got. Beside those things though, we had a lovely time.
Great fun! Great food! My 15 year old son loved it.
Really delicious selection of smaller dishes allowed us to try 6 different tastes. All very unique. Friendly and attentive staff so you can be seated and out in an hour if you want to. NY comes to Covent Garden
Great food and good service but not a place to linger so ideal pre or post theatre or where speed is of the essence.
Had a very enjoyable pre-theatre meal at RedFarm. We were very impressed with all of the food, particularly the spicy chilli beef and duck noodles. The service from our main waiter was very professional and friendly, he made us feel very comfortable. There were some waiting staff who were less engaging. Overall our experience was fabulous and would definitely recommend.
service was excellent, however the food was bit pricy.
Good food but expensive. Despite us making it clear on numerous occasions that my companion is allergic to onion, dishes came out with them on. Service was also v slow.
Excellent tasting food but overpriced for what it is.
Pricey but delicious. Would definitely come again!
Best meal we have enjoyed in two years of living in London
Amazing food but absolutely awful service. Would go back for the food but they need new staff!
The restaurant is very simple but nice. The service is good but not top, as it is not expected to be. The food is amazing and some dishes are absolutely unbelievable. The chef is a real genius. We will be back for sure.
Soup dumplings were amazing! And everything came out so fast.
Do not book this restaurant for Brunch without calling them first (even though there is nowhere on this website that says to do so).
We arrived for a birthday brunch and were told we couldn't have it. Why let us book a table at that then? The confirmation email said the table was for the brunch. I was 'told off' for not having called because 'it says to do so online' and I checked all reservation confirmations and all information on this website and nowhere did it say this. It also didn't say anywhere what the timings are for the brunch.
Thankfully, the birthday boy didn't know we were going here in the first place, so whatever happened was a surprise. But I struggled to hide my disappointment which put a bit of a downer on things. And it was kind of obvious when I started googling other restaurants before we ordered drinks.... But a few days before Xmas things were understandably full.
The food is tasty and good, but expensive for what it is. Drinks very pricey (which is why I had booked the all you can drink brunch...)
Service is average. The staff are nice enough, but it was very easy for them to just ignore us - they quite often just stood chatting away while I was trying to get there attention. One lady also just reached across our table to pick up something (a menu left behind or an empty glass) while I was in the middle of grabbing some food and knocked it from my hand - she didn't say a word.
This would be good for a meal if you're not interested in value for money, or in getting what you're expecting when you walk through the door.
Otherwise - plenty of similar better value options very close-by.
In some ways I would be more than happy to go back - but this experience left a bitter taste.
Busy place, tables are benches, mainly a young clientele (We are over 60's) however very friendly ambience, good food and service, staff very helpful.. Recommended
The food taste is great, but very small portion so the price is high. The service not so good. My friends arrived first, apparently the stuff isn’t nice, doesn’t acknowledge him when they arrived, moreover squeezing three of us into the edge of a long table, claiming there was another huge party coming . So won’t give us a booth even after we made a reservation, when there is no group coming even after we finish the meal
With family but it’s not a family restaurant with kids even not for kids of 10 years old.
But it was ok not bad
